Tessa and TLC Dog Spa & Groom embody what it means to be an all around excellent business. We called on short notice to have our golden retriever groomed for our wedding and despite being fully booked, the staff worked together to squeeze Scoobie in and gave him HANDS DOWN the best bath/trim of his life. He was so relaxed that he fell asleep in the bath. He smelled incredible for weeks and his fur felt like butter. We received many compliments on his behalf. If we didn’t live out of state, we would be TLC customers for life. THANK YOU.

Tessa is incredible, and I can always get ahold of her. She responds quickly (most likely in between appointments) She is patient and you can tell she loves the animals and what she does! My dog runs to get inside and right into Tessa's arms, that speaks volumes. "Yellow dog" loves her.

Tessa is wonderful. Jax has anxiety issues and always shook when I dropped him off to get groomed. First time there he was right at home. He didn’t even care when I left. I will never go anywhere else.

From the manager (possibly owner) to everyone who works there, I've not met a single person on the team that didn't make our "big baby" feel right at home. Dogs are a good judge of character and he actually followed the girls right into their shop (three times now)...and he knows what happens in there......(yes, the shear terror of a bath is the most terrifying thing to Shadow). So happy to have found them and will be going back every time "Mr. I gotta roll in everything" needs more than we can give him at home. Plus, they make him look GREAT with his summer cut - major bonus.

My Brobie LOVES going to TLC, and that is exactly what he receives: Tender Loving Care from Tessa. My Brobie LOVES being groomed, so he gets the whole spa experience. Head to toe. Blueberry facials! Weeks later he still smells delicious. I walked in to pick him up, and Tessa and the gals were busy giving haircuts, washing, blow drying, etc. No one knew that I just walked in. From where I was standing, I witnessed another puppy standing up while being washed, and he was kissing and being hugged, and kissed and hugged back by the young lady who was washing him/her. TRUTH! ❤❤❤❤❤
