The normal service is good, but when it comes to Ice Cream, they really don't know what they're doing. The first time they mixed up all the orders, so cherries were where they shouldn't be, and whipped cream was outright missing on one. The second time was even worse. The employee at the ice cream area was really annoyed with me for some reason, rolling his eyes and making noises. He also put the ice cream in the lids, and the bottom was the lid, which is a issue when the bottoms are basically paper. I really had to stress how really poor the ice cream job is, and I know it can be changed, so hopefully things can change, or things will have to change for me.

This is one of the smaller Stewart's shops. Even with the smaller size it has the best selection of ice cream, a very big grocery area , and their customer service is the best out of all the shops in Glens Falls. During our visit I had a great time just hanging out with the kids eating ice cream and scratching lottos. Before leaving I used the restroom only to be shocked to find a sharps container honestly I'm conflicted on those things but if it helps for public health and safety of the workers then I get it

As this location is 2 minutes from my house I travel father to a different one because these girls are ALWAYS so rude and seem to be miserable . Go to get a cup of coffee there is none so I ask if they have any fresh pots behind the counter and get barked back it'll be a while. One of many horrible experiences and unfortunately the young manager does not seem much more pleasant

The supervisor, younger girl with light hair was pleasant. She made eye contact and smiled at customers.The woman behind the counter preparing food tried to avoid dealing with people. She saw me a few times waiting at the register and couldn't even greet me even though we obvs made eye contact. I stood there for a few moments and she could have eve shouted hold your horses lady.I'm not upset that I waited any length of time, because nothing is worth a rush to get, honestly.What bothered me more was seeing that same woman touch her face with her gloves on and the go back to the food with the same now contaminated gloves.Use the back of your arm when your face is itchy. I work food service. Gloves don't sanitize themselves magically and your face can carry all kinds of fun things.

To bad I had to put one star just to write a review .however the girls are rude handling money and food ....dirty and the place is filthy. Eveeryone knows this is the worst one. Sure your district manager is going to get right on the issue.save your batch response. NEVER going back!! Cumbys here i come!!
