Two months in a row I recieved many voicemails ahead of pickup, and two months in a row they didn't have the scrip they called about ready when I got there.This store doesn't fill all of their own scrips, I guess recieving deliveries of ready-to-go common stuff, but their automated notification system is entirely detached from that and directly contacts customers (over and over) with incorrect information.I'll be changing pharmacies next month and recommend that you get your stuff filled somewhere else.

I don't know who is running this pharmacy now but it's a disaster. The last few months the service has gone down hill. Multiple trips to the pharmacy to get simple refills. Doctor called in scripts for my daughter last week- today I went to get them and they were not even filled!!

I went through the pharmacy drive thru for mine and a family members medications. We had to go back around for one of the meds, and as we went back around they only gave us the one kind. We go back around again and they tell us they gave my meds to someone else and they hope the other person will bring them back. After more waiting they finally brought me the second medication. They were very kind about the mix up but giving someone the wrong meds can become very dangerous.

One of the worst retail experiences in a long time-1. The young lady at the register in the pharmacy was so disinterested; she literally rolled her eyes when I walked up to the counter; awful2. The woman at the front register was equally as rude; I dont have enough space here to write what happened; it was unbelievable-Never in my life-

Love Rite Aid! Always shopped here. Welcome greeting at the door & pharm. Stores have practically everything needed, & more. Friendly & clean stores, bathroom if needed, love advert flyer & online, too. Stocked shelving, ....if I cant find it, they will always help. Pharm is very knowledgeable. Store is in town, is a blessing.

I'm a fairly new customer of the pharmacy at this store on Ridge Road in Glens Falls. On April 10th 2023 I called the pharmacy 4 times over the course of the day between 9:30 am and 5:45 pm to get 2 prescriptions that are due for refill, I didn't have the RX number on hand and had asked in the past to put any medications that are able to be on auto refill. My calls went unanswered until the last call, a pharmacy employee picked up the phone and hung up. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, what if it was urgent? The pharmaceutical team is there to help the public in need of medications, not to have time to pick up the phone only to hang up. If the employee has time to pick up the phone, then answer it!!!! That's absolutely in no way to treat a customer. Hopefully it's figured out which pharmacy team member did this and they are reprimanded. I'm extremely disappointed with professionalism of the pharmacy team......

I switched to this rite aid after having a great experience with the one I used somewhere else. What a joke. They don't keep anything on auto refill, I seem to continually have issues where I run out of pills because they don't reorder without me asking, even though I've asked for autofill multiple times. On top of that when I was pregnant and on insulin, they couldn't keep stock of what is apparently an extremely common insulin that I clearly was needing on a regular basis. Again, supposed to be auto fill but it wouldn't until I'd realize I ran out and they would have none. I had to multiple times take my prescription to another pharmacy (who was shocked this kept happening). This is the closest drug store for me, but I will be removing my prescriptions and going elsewhere asap.

The pharmacist & pharm tech were so kind & patient today. Meds were pricey and I had to use a discount card. They were so nice about it. It was a little time consuming and they didn't seem bothered by it at all. It makes all the difference when people are kind. & they had a dog cookie for my pup.

My daughter just had a big surgery pharmacy didn’t tell me they didn’t have the antibiotics she was prescribed instead they just gave me 2 of the same ear drops she was also prescribed. Would’ve been.nice if they let me kno instead of having to find out when it was time for her meds.

If I could give a 0 I would they never call and they said since April was suppose to have a card for my daughter which last month went and didn't have to show card they billed perfectly fine now today can't get my daughter's mess because of it .. now on to me they never call when scripts are ready or if they don't have definitely switching soon

Today was Christmas and my 76 year old mother was sick with the flu. After being released from the emergency room and needing a prescription filled, we headed to the Ridge Street Rite Aid pharmacy in Queensbury New York. I apologize for not remembering his name but the pharmacist on duty by himself was overwhelmed with customers and never once did he loose his composure. He was professional and waited on every customer with compassion and class. Thank you for being a wonderful person doing your job regardless of the holiday.

This is a pretty nice Rite Aid franchise. It is well locsted downtown and if you are staying at the adjacent Queensbury Hotel it is a great place to get snacks or supplies for your trip. The staff is helpful and they have a pretty great selection of groceries, toiletries and office supplies for the local or traveller in need.

This pharmacy is the closest to where I live but the blonde pharmacist here is extremely rude. I called ahead was blown off by the woman I spoke with saying "yah it will be ready" when I got there the blonde woman acted like a witch and pretended like she didn't speak to me.
