Top notch professionalism!!! Jordan from Nature’s Way came out exactly when expected with a courtesy call before arriving! He thoroughly walked me through the services offered and helped me arrive at plan for my home that fit exactly what I needed. With extremely friendly and knowledgeable service like this, it gives me incredible confidence my pest concerns will be a thing of the past. No wonder they’re the best! Hugely appreciated and thank you very much!

Regretting using this company and will be looking into others. Called to get information on process and pricing, set date and told they would be there between 8-12. At 12:10 I called to inquire about status and was told it was scheduled for between 12 - 4. No apology for the miscommunication; I said to to the individual I’ll continue to just sit around and wait and she responded “ok”. Should have been my first clue.Decided to proceed with rodent elimination and sealing of my house. They came and put down their system. I wasn’t home at time, assumed we were all on the same page. They were given payment information that day.Over a week later I noted payment hadn’t been processed, so I call to inquire about that and when they will be back next to check activity. I’m told next scheduled visit is well into Nov!!!! I have a very active mouse investigation, initial meeting indicated they would check activity weekly.As for payment, they had the information and the individual was going to check with someone else as to why it hadn’t been processed, as they had the information.Never heard back from them. Called again today and spoke with a manager, expressed my concerns. He again insisted their system would drive the mice out but they only come out monthly to check on status. Meanwhile we had a mouse in our fireplace looking back at us 🤬🤬🤬 but sure their system will work. He was going to speak with billing department to inquire why payment wasn’t processed and call me back this afternoon. Shocker………didn’t happen.I’ll be looking into other companies.

My initial experience with Nature's Way Pest Control was excellent. Nick called before his arrival to let me know when he would arrive. Nick was very professional and explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. After agreeing to purchase their services, he set up everything and also explained what he did, how everything worked and discussed the follow up services. I was very pleased.

Couple of things - I checked the house the day before the technician was scheduled to follow up (Wed) and nothing had been caught in the traps. Then, the invoice said the traps were set for mice, when what I’m dealing with are rats. Could just be a misnomer, but having paid over 400 dollars so far, I was hoping for some results. Seeing nothing is disappointing.

I’m not sure how this company is with pest control but I would never use them for my attic insulation again. They had to come twice because they made a mistake the first time and the problem still isn’t fixed. I’m going to go with a different attic insulation company for any future issues. The biggest reason for this one star review though is the lack of communication. These people never get back to you. You have to call and call and keep on them to get any kind of information. Every time I called it felt like the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about. Everybody just seems very confused and unknowledgeable. It’s just very aggravating to deal with

The roaches were removed from one apartment but not from the upstairs apt. which did not get treated each time that the others did. There was free access to that upper apt. every day of the week but I did not see any roach traps left there as in the other two apts.

It took a year for the issue to be completely handled, but now it has and we're satisfied with the results. Pros: making my initial appointment and moving it when it became necessary went smoothly. When the technician arrived, he was respectful of my home and what we needed done. He also took the time to explain how far apart appointments would need to be and the process he was using.Con: communication from the office could improve. I originally had an 8am-12pm window; at 11:30 I called to ask for an ETA and was told my appointment was moved to an afternoon window and no one had called me, which was frustrating because I had already been waiting all morning.Service: Flea & mite extermination
