The manager September is great, very helpful and kind. Ashley is a great employee and is also very kind and helpful. I don't know the others on a first name basis though. In fact, one particular female employee with dark, curly, short hair was quite rude to me once. But the rest of them are all nice and approachable.Good selection of items... Not enough grocery items, but they are working on getting there. Just remodeled and added tons of new items. And its in a good, easy to walk to location. You can mostly just use the bike trail if you want.

I come to the store a lot because our house is right down the street. They're literally the only store I know that allows their employees to be smoking cigarettes outside while they have a line of customers. Is it so hard to check out customers? Literally every time I go there there's no one behind the register.

Horrible customer service. Inappropriate music blasting. After waiting 20+ minutes in line to check out, the man working didn’t even say a word to me. Just scans my stuff and put it next to a bag. As I’m carrying a screaming baby year old, he watches me bag my stuff. Never again

They've remodeled and although they seem to have more things, they got rid of a lot of things I went there for. Disappointing to me.

I've had it with this location. You got a bunch of " That's not my job " type of people. I stood up front at the counter for 5-10 minutes and rang the bell. The girl stocking stuff in the isle next to me just looked at me.. She did not come help me or get anyone. Meanwhile there is a line of 3 or 4 people behind me. This is an on going issue with this place. You could have a line of 5 people and they just stand there and look at you. Make one person check you out. Instead of hoping on the next register available to help the younger cashiers out. I remember going to the old location and I was in line and they had maybe 5 employees outside smoking cigarettes instead of cashing people out inside. Management needs to do better. What ever customer service practices are being taught here are wrong. Do better Family Dollar...

I went to find 2 but they weren't there which was ok my issue was more with the customer service or lack of. 😕 rather than being greeted there was a whimper and sighing. Then as I was leaving (I didn't purchase) I wasn't asked if I found what I was looking for it was more of a stare and then I was the one who said have a good night. I'm now in the parking in my car writing this. I work in customer service its not hard to say hello. I'm not asking for above and beyond

Today 1/10/22, at 12:20pm, I was rudely treated by the woman worker about 5'4 height, brown hair, thin shape, around 30yrs old.When I was in the store I walked around, and just decided to shop somewhere else, which is my or anyone's right.As I was waking out the woman worker abruptly says:I don't get it with you guys, you walk in, you walk out, and you don't buy nothing!So I said: don't you talk to me like that!I'm going to talk to your boss!She says: I don't Care!I said you should care! I also said I will never shop here again! Shame on you! Grow Up!When I said that she didn't look at me or give any response.It's a shame, because there are nice workers who work here, who I never had any issues with.She should be fired. When she says she doesn't care to me, it goes to show that she doesn't care about any of the customers .I will bring this to the attention of Coparate.

Love it .. They are in a new building in Glens Falls .. Very nice... Fully stocked most of the time . the workers are excellent .. The manager goes out of her way to help everyone.. Very pleasant ..I'm in there all the time .close to home

I buy a lot of my groceries at Family Dollar, and the prices are substantially lower than grocery stores. Also, the employees and manager are always more than pleasant. I tell people all the time that I looooove Family Dollar!
