Ailse are dangerous and not clear. Roller carts everywhere aisles blocked. Back room stocked to ceiling with stuff door left open for customers to see. Very dangerous working conditions and shopping

I like this dollar general because the workers know everybody. They just remodeled the store and now sell more home furnishings. They have really cute bed in a bags, adorable girly pillows, shaggy area rugs and soft fluffy throw blankets. I get alot of my home decor from here as well. There open till 9pm, and if your looking for a place that sells beer and cigarettes together they do.

Fast and friendly service. First time in a Dollar General store. Kinda looks like a crack house but I think that’s what they’re going for. If so- nailed it.

Every time we go into this Dollar General the people are always very friendly and helpful if you need it. The Isles are always clean and nothing is obstructing your way when you go through. The shelves are always faced and everything is just clean and organized. the prices are great which is why we go there. if you're in South Glens Falls and you're looking for a really nice store to go into for groceries and such go here.

Been in there a few times. Always come out with what I want. I'm thinking about going there and see if they have a toilet paper roll holders. Reason I say this because no one in warrensburg carries those isn't that amazing? Hey I might go by there and see if they have them just to hell see if they have them or not. But like I said I've always been able to get what I need when I go there. Salespeople are pretty nice. I know one of my places I went to Stewart's and I can't wait to give the review on that place. You know what I was saying if you don't have any nice to say then don't say anything at all, well.. I hate that place so I'm going to review it if they let me. Haha

This store needs more help. I've live next door and am in there daily. The workers are fine, but usually worked to death. Give them a break. I'm certain you'll have happier employees and customers. TY

I walked in at 8:40pm and there was a plastic swimming pool in the way for me to enter the store. The older gentleman then shouted to the other rep in the store “we have a customer in the store” as I was walking through the isle to get what I needed the same gentleman shouted we are closing soon sir. Mind you it was 20 minutes before close. Very rude and very unprofessional. Please train your representatives to treat others with the same respect they would want to be treated. Thank You. As I was leaving the store and writing this review in the parking lot as the store representative sat in his car outside, another customer entered the store and the same rep said from his car .. you have about 2 minutes.. so rude and unprofessional.

I don't love the new remodel but dollar general is always a convenient alternative to Walmart and prices are pretty close to their competitors without the huge lines and zero customer service. I can't believe I'm saying this but I really love dollar general, and I hate discount dollar type stores.

I was in a bad mood due to other rude customers, but the cashier was very friendly, and was able to get me to laugh. I was excited that she was aware enough to notice my emotional state. Great service and quick too.

Store was extremely crowded with stuff. Aisles way too narrow, carts with boxes parked everywhere. Staff was trying very hard to please, I appreciated their efforts.

Always finding what I need and what I didn't realize I needed. October 7 2020 I am now realizing it's been 5 times in this store for charcoal and the management has not resupplied.. waste of my time and gas money to continue coming here. .Management needs to be fired! Now off to Family dollar they have charcoal and have everytime Dollar general hasnt!!!! Time to update and restock.

This place is nice, customer service is good from most of the workers, store is usually nice and clean customers in the area seem rude theres always a problem and they disrespect cashiers when i checkout workers deserve more leisure they seem high strung.

1.This store is bad customer service, Do not go this store.2. On line Ph. No. Is Wrong.3. I called 3 times & left massage for $800.00 of purchasing/Business no called.4. I stopped at store & left in my contact No. for Manager No reply after days yet.5. so bad service.I am looking some chairs need contact to manager. never reply yet.This Store has really bad customer service.I own business in own But i never come this store any more. Even i have to spend more but go other store. I will not come back here anymore.So lousy service.

Definitely have anything you need on the fly. And well kept! Staff is friendly when not overwhelmed with customers. Definitely a great store.

Always had a decent experience here I think they're a little touchy with some things but Gatorades a dollar and a lot of things there are fairly cheap definitely worth it

Was practically kicked out of the store at 8:50pm was told I only had one minute to get whatever it was I needed. We walked out the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional
