I went here looking for a real health food store and I found it. I’m so happy! I needed dried greens, antioxidant teas, and dulce, This store is like a little oasis packed with all good things. Crystals, mermaid bracelets, barrettes all hand made set the vibe. Maine kelp products is what I needed and was so happy that they carry them. Also Hibiscus dried tea.Highly recommend. The guy who helped me was awesome and showed me exactly where things were and answered all my questions.Highly recommend.

Dave was great to deal with, he was able to help me pick out the most beautiful stained glass piece for my wife. So much to look at in the store, stop in and Dave or Cheri will take great care you. Also best all natural honey around!!

Was so excited to visit this store as I’d heard good things, and had made a special trip. However, when I got to the door, holding my tiny dog, ready to make sure I could bring her in (I always politely ask first), I was physically barred from entering and told no dogs. That’s of course totally fine! It’s why I always ask! What wasn’t fine was the rude and aggressive way the man rushed at me, and the rude way he spoke to me. If he had been polite and friendly, I wouldn’t give this sort of a review. I really would expect a shop like this to have a kinder sort of person working there!

Wonderful, refreshing natural food store that honestly reminded me of my favorites way back home ❤️ Sherrie was SO kind, understanding of my crazy toddler and even let her grab a special stone for free while I was checking out! THANK YOU for not only providing food, vitamins, supplements, oils, etc but for also being a comfortable place to shop at with littles! Will be back soon! Also, my favorite collagen is $5 cheaper here than other stores, just saying ;)

I love this store. I have been a long time customer but lately needed some help with digestive needs. After consulting with the store owner, Cheri, I added some supplements and made some suggested dietary tweaks, and within just a week I have felt better than I have in years. Her knowledge of nutrition is vast and she is passionate about helping people. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable about all her products and has helped answer so many of my questions regarding health, wellness and longevity. She always takes the time to help me figure out what's the best route to take, even if it's not in her store on her shelves!! I'm so grateful we have this store so close to my home!!!

From the warm welcoming at the start of my trip, to the final transaction of my fresh and local purchases I am in a state of bliss every step through Adk Natural Foods! There are so many wonderful products I can feel good about spending money on & eating throughout the week. Shopping here is like voting for a better world. Fresh veggies, a freezer full of ethically raised meats, and so many wonderful treats on the shelves... you're missing out if you don't stop in. It's location super accessible too!

This store is awesome. The owner is very friendly and informative. I told her about certain health concerns I had for my son and she did alot of research on the spot and helped me find what I needed. The store itself is a great place to find pretty much any health food or supplement. There are alot of connections with local farmers as well so veggies, eggs, meat and milk are available. It's a nice atmosphere and definitely the place to go to learn about a healthy lifestyle.

Always always ALWAYS find what I need plus learn more about the foods I buy here. They are very knowledgable and use the products themselves. Prices are comparable to the grocery store but there is more of a farm - to - table inventory here by comparison as well. Definitely give them a visit.
