Better selection than Troy, usually not too long of a line and it's kept reasonably clean.If you're in the area it usually beats going to price chopper.They have a decent amount of vegetarian options, though the section is nothing to write home about. Hopefully they expand on it sooner or later.

You Can never find an employee to help with anything at this store. 2 registers open. They want me to play cashier and do my own checkout. At least give discounts if we gotta do a cashier's job.

Found all I needed. Very disabled friendly. Only wish that had more carry baskets. Chasier are friendly as well. My only negative is the fact that they don't have a lot of mobility carts and the ones they do have are in need of charging. Other than that great experience.

Just wild how I’ve had consistent service with straight talk for 4 years, now I can’t even upgrade my phone without paying in full because I don’t qualify for smart pay? Because of this i unfortunately will have to switch my service because my phone from straight talk is 2020 and is starting to mess up on me …. Makes me sad to have to switch services ….

I’m a very patient, very nice guy, now that being said, I would love for you to fix your shopping carts. I got stabbed in the nether regions by one of those bumpers with the wires hanging off at the end of the outside corner of these damn things. If I didn’t already have four hellions of my own you would be sitting in the courtroom with a picture of bloody nuggets in the picture I’m about to submit. My problem is I asked an employee for help. “Who can I turn this into? Can you help me with it?” I kindly ask. He looks at me and says no and walks away. I’m not putting any names down here but you need to fix your cart and your people. Pretty much ignored me with blood in my hands, but I was not about to drop trough. I just looked at him, and he kept looking away. I was at the scan and go registers on the home in the living side of Walmart. The closest register to the store, he was left of me waiting in line. I have been an employee of a few department stores before my days in the military. Even at 17 years old, I still had the sense to help a customer even though I was standing in line trying to purchase something for lunch. I did not expect this from a grown man. And now I know I’m gonna hear it “ It’s Walmart. What do you expect?” If he’s that miserable at his job, quit and go to another place. Don’t leave a customer who got stabbed in the giblets standing there shocked that a grown man couldn’t handle a simple task to help that customer.

They’ve started putting locked cases over the shelves which makes shopping take at least twice as much time as it needs to. Very inconvenient and quite frankly insulting that you’re treating your customers like criminals when it’s been shown that locking up items doesn’t even deter shoplifting, it just hurts sales. It also makes more work for the employees who are already stretched too thin. I'm going to start going to another store that allows me to read the back of a package before i buy it without supervision 🙄

This place should be shut down. It’s gotten so bad over the last few years. Shelves are never stocked, cold food is never handled properly, always stinks of pot and body odor. Every time I’m here there’s kids running wild and causing chaos/destruction. Trying to pickup an order? You’ll sit there over an hour. It’s just about as bad as the one on Washington Ave Ext.Better off just going to East Greenbush, Catskill, or Latham depending on what’s closer to you. Avoid this place at all costs.

I like to shop at Walmart for my food. I usually get everything except for my meat, because the prices are cheaper compared to the other local grocery stores. Their clothes and other products aren't bad either and sometimes you can find some good stuff on clearance. I like the one shop stop of it. The store is clean for the most part and the staff is friendly. Wish they accepted samsung pay/apple pay, etc, and accepted outside coupons.

Website doesn't fully describe product(s) and does not list in-store prices. Why? Your store lists online and its confusing. Wonder why your nickname is wally ripoff world. One price quote low and then high when I call to check on an item(s) price. Missing KMART STORES. Oh well, I guess.

I am very sad to say or see that stores are no longer carrying cds. I had asked the gentleman at the counter if he had any CDs, and the man had no idea what I was talking about.I'm really disappointed. A CD was recently released as a Walmart exclusive.Sure, I can purchase it online, but the release day adventure should be in the stores.My solution is that any Walmart exclusive should be available in the stores as well as line. (Video games, movies, vinyls, and CDs) Even if the store only carries a minimal count, it may be beneficial to the actual store.This Walmart is still good. They are remodeling, and I hope to see success for them with that.

Be careful when buying video games and video game systems for Christmas Walmart has a 30day return policy even if it’s not open and you have a receipt they won’t except it back after 30days. So if you’re buying for Christmas you have to buy it close to Christmas if by chance you may have to return it. I’m sure it’s like that for other stuff.

Seafood affordable PRICE and 8/10 always in stock King Crab, lobster claws, crawfish,shrimps and all the fixings for not only seafood boils but all your other meals (check expiration dates of items you purchase, clean your fruits and vegetables)

Not a fan.Just refused beer sale at Walmart.Showed ID but then they wanted to enter it into their data base along with my identity. Talked to a manager. They weren’t. Asked for the general manager. Got a “coach”. I haven’t looked like a minor for a few decades.Then I was told it was the law. Not true. From the NYS liquor authority website:“The Authority strongly encourages licensees to ask for proof of age.”An encouragement is not the law.Was trying to bring beverage to a party.

One of the worst walmart for online grocery order pick ups. Employees don’t know what to do. I assume short staff one of the reason for them to be sloppy while others are coordination, lack of experience. Always customer line directs to voice mail system.

I went to the store to get FERRY MORRIS Plant Labels. I, of course, bought other stuff. But the VERY NICE WORKERS had no clue what I was saying. They tried to sell me magic markers. I felt bad for them because they really were trying the best they could. But, I am MAD at Walmart management for putting them in an impossible situation. They should be doing stock work on the 3rd shift, trying their language skills with co-workers. Needless to say, the 25 minutes I spent with them and a supervisor took 2 minutes to find at Lowe's next door.

These guys are a total mess. Online it says auto is open at 7 am. I head over to get a tire mounted. First I find some rude fat lady at the front, who works there telling me they open at 8. I show her the website opens at 7, see gets annoyed and tells me website is wrong. I say “you guys need to change that”, as im 15 minutes away. She gets an attitude with me. Ok. I walk around and find auto manager. He tells me they won’t mount tires because ALTHOUGH they are 15” tires, they are 225, not 215. Nope… won’t even help me. These guys are clowns. I guy what do you expect from Walmart?

Worst place to go to , customer service 0.....I stood there along with other 1 person for 25 min before I asked if I can be helped out. His responds was , I can't help you now I am taking care of someone else. He was going back and forth to office while waiting for car keys. If you don't like your job , go to warehouse and work where you don't deal with people.

Whoever does the shopping for online delivery orders here picks the most asinine options for replacements. Then they just send it on its way without giving the buyer time to say, NO. I ordered a 20 gallon trash can, paid $10 for express shipping, and received a replacement half the size for the same price instead. This is after the fact that I'd already ordered the SAME trash can, in the same day, and received it with the wrong lid.I tried to call and fix it, but nobody picked up the phone. It hung up after 5 minutes of ringing, so I had to call corporate to resolve a simple issue. Instead of leaving it up to corporate to apologize and throw money at customers, maybe they should just pick up the phone and solve their own problems. Ridiculous.

Typical Walmart, nothing special... just FYI, I think the building is haunted, was alone in the pet food aisle and saw a bag of cat treats launch off the shelf, in like an upward arc of travel and land in the middle of the aisle... didn't simply fall, it was like thrown upwards, and not possible for someone to reach through from other side... no explanation, just weird and creepy.
