Great experience ordering business cards amd buying supplies for my office. I was warmly greeted and offered assistance. I met a guy named Frank, I think he was the Mgr. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.The store is clean, well lit, and nicely laid out. About every aisle I entered an employee offered if they could help me.I work for the State but have to purchase alot of my own office products for reimbursement, so I will definitely return and recommend it to my colleagues in NY Courts.As far as the negative reviews I read, well I guess some people are just better off at Walmart.If you need professional assistance, this is the place to come.

Every time I order online for same day printing services when I get there my order is nowhere to be found, even though I have a confirmation that it was printed. Twice now I've been told that the order says it was already picked up and I've had to wait while staff reprints the whole thing. Usually incorrectly, once it was printed without color, most recently it was printed on regular paper instead of the heavy duty paper I ordered. After waiting for 20 minutes for something I should have been able to walk in pick up and walk out I'm left too annoyed and tired to request they fix it. Feels like it's done intentionally. From now on I'll be doing my printing elsewhere.

Terrible store. Staff is surly, poorly trained, unhelpful and generally disinterested. I know its difficult being in a customer facing role - but that's the job. The management of this particular Staples is failing to a shocking degree. I left hoping I'd never have to return. That's not good.

Frank, Will and Ray were so helpful to us while we resolved issues with our brand new computer purchase recently. They made sure that we were satisfied with every single aspect of our purchase, loaded all of our data and programs onto the new pc and were always available for any questions that we had. We highly recommend Staples in Glenmont and their outstanding service.

Awful service! At 3pm today the Spanish guy with the gray beard was rude! Took me hours to print out pages . Missed my deadline. I asked the Spanish guy at the register for help with the printing machines i said they were both broke he said “really both of them are broke?”After he told me he couldn’t assist me do due a customer behind me but there was not any customer there! He pointed to some lady in an aisle . AWFUL!!!The kid behind the desk was running the show and trying his best. He was great!One bad employee can ruin an entire experience! I’ll take my busines elsewhere!

At the checkout, when a customer says they do not want to join your rewards program, that needs to be the end of the pitch. Not to get it two more times before you are actually done. On top of that, there was the "donate for school supplies" pitch, where the cashier kept talking about it after I declined. I don't know if this is a store issue with management telling cashiers to be aggressive or an issue with the cashier, but when a customer says "no" to a pitch, that's the end of the pitch.Four separate "pitches"... and all I wanted to do was buy a couple boxes. Unacceptable.

I came here to look at laptops and while the selection wasn’t great, the customer service was. The young man behind the register named Juan was very knowledgeable, eager to help me, and was very personable and gave me great recommendations. Five stars for Juan! :)

I was shopping at this store about a week or so ago. While checking out, I noticed a recycling brochure. I asked the cashier if they recycled CRT TVs. She didn’t know so she called her manager who said yes and that I would get $5.00 credited to my Staples account by doing it. Today, I needed to purchase a bunch of inkjet cartridges, so I loaded the TV into my truck and brought it to Staples for recycling. When I brought it to the recycling area, I was told that they do not take TVs. Needless to say, I did not purchase the inkjet cartridges because I was quite annoyed about being lied to by Staples. So, I went to another recycling center nearby and paid $25.00 to recycle the TV. Then I went to Walmart to purchase the inkjet cartridges that I had originally planned to purchase at Staples when I went to recycle the TV. Things worked out though because the money I saved by purchasing the inkjet cartridges at Walmart more than made up for the $25.00 recycling fee for the TV. Now I have multiple reasons to not shop at this Staples store. I strongly suggest that you do not shop at this Staples store if you expect honest customer service.

DO NOT go here to set up a Laptop. I asked for my files to get transferred from one laptop to another. First, they claimed it would take 24h and they barely get the data off the first laptop onto a flash drive during that time. Second, FILES WERE MISSING, and third all files WERE dumped and all MY prior file organization will be lost (apparently keeping your files organized is an extra cost). NEVER GO THERE! I will be going to best buy or even doing this myself in the future because I could do a better job myself.

I went in there to purchase a laptop. No help to be found. Finally found some woman way more interested in putting a desk together than helping me purchase a laptop. Finally, I dropped off an expedited WW UPS package wednesday night. It is still sitting there going on SATURDAY!!! I expect a refund. Completely unreliable and horrendous customer service.

The item I wanted was out of stock, however I was able to get the newer versuon for an even cheaper price and a better deal also on the warranty. The sales rep worked with me the whole way through and made sure that I got the best service.

Very unhelpful. Even though the store was empty they would not transfer or help copy my military records. UselessI literally just went to the staples down the road and 5 minutes later a simple drag and drop and I have the copies that I needed. Frank to the manager wasted 5 minutes explaining why he could NOT COPY what I needed in his COPY CENTER. Sad

Horrible i went in nobody waited on me. When i did get waited on the girl did not know what she was doing clearly she was all over the place. She told me it would be done tomorrow because i placed the order after 2pm. Then bad experience number two i came in the next day around 230pm 24 hours later and the girl working tried finding my order it wasn't done. Then she tried to find it in the system it was never put in. Then ontop of that i was told they woyld be done by six o'clock at night because the printer was down. Around 5:45 i get a call from ashley saying they would be done the next day. It has been 4 days of waiting for 500 buisness cards this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional worst service i ever tried

I came to exchange an item, did not have a receipt and instead of telling me they cannot exchange faulty item without a receipt, they treated me like a criminal in front of customers like I was a thief. Terrible store manager and employees. I am bringing the receipt back to show them item was purchased at Staples. Rude people.
