I don't understand how one pays so much for a service and they end up doing this outrageous thing. This is the second time it's happened. They are irresponsible, mediocre people and always the same excuse. The dog was moving a lot, so then they called my cell phone number to pick up my dog. If you can't do it well but don't do this massacre I paid 100 dollars for this and they told me forgive us take 20 dollars in credit and this itch spray think twice before taking your dog to trim or better stay watching so that this doesn't happen what a bad experience 😡😡no entiendo como uno paga y mucho por un servicio y terminan haciendo esta barbaridad es la segunda vez que sucede son unos irresponsable mediocres y siempre la misma excusa el perro se movia mucho pues entonces llamen a mi número de celular para pasar a recoger a mi perro si no lo pueden hacer bien pero no hagan esto masacre pague 100 dolares por esto y me dijeron perdónanos toma 20 dolares en crédito y este spray para la comezón piénselo 2 veces antes de llevar a su perro a recortar o mejor quédense mirando para que esto no les pase que mala experiencia
