Super impressed!! I worked for your sister store TJ Maxx for quite a few years and was coordinator for 3 different areas throughout my time with the company. This was one of the most clean an organized stores I have been in. All I could think was, man I wish I had who ever the rockstars are in this store working with me! Lol Keep up the great work guys...your store looks great! And yes...your cashier did in fact offer the TJ Maxx card and hit all the points

Great experience !My husband and I went shopping for sleeper sofa , and found one we really liked there.Lori, the manager , was great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating .We don’t live in the area , but when we will be close by that store , we will definitely shop there again. Go to the neighborhood Marshalls. They are generally well-stocked in all departments except men's. It's not uncommon for the chain but it is certainly a pain point.

The store is dirty. The bathrooms are nasty. The management is beyond rude would not recommend shopping here went in looking for something for fall, came out with nothing. there was no help on the store. Floor place has really gone downhill even though it has for years looks like I’ll be going to HomeGoods next to it.

Love this Marshall’s. One of the better ones in the area. It’s generally clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful.The checkout line does tend to get long and they don’t call up another cashier. That’s one of the most frustrating parts of my visit usually.Other than that, no major complaints!

I love the Glenmont store. I usually find what I want and always enjoy looking at the enormous variety of items for sale .While shopping I had occasion to speak to several staff members and they were all helpful and friendly. I got the perfect for my needs pocketbook. I love Marshalls!

The older black woman that works here is rude. Rolled her eyes when I first walked in and refused to do a return even with a receipt, I was obviously disappointed and instead of making anything right she rolled her eyes again and walked off. Despite all of this I chose to browse anyway, went to the checkout to purchase a couple blouses, and she creeped up behind me and pointed out something in my cart as if I was going to steal it. I spend a lot of money here. And for her treat me that way was appalling.

Love love love this store. Friendliest employees who are helpful too. Clean store and clean restrooms. Important to me, as I drive over 2 1/2 hours there. I stop in when in town to see family. Highly recommend this store for the value and variety. Fresh inventory daily. See what you like?, better snap it up before it is gone. 🛒🛍happy shopping!!

honestly,there was a older women with blonde hair that was EXTREMELY rude.i didn’t realize where the line started and i said “hi,i have a return to make” and with a very heaving attitude she replied “well you need to get in line then” and it just shook me up.she was also speaking about “how drunk she was after drinking her martinis the other night” which i thought was very inappropriate.Not happy with my visit.

I love stores like Marshalls. You have to pick through all the racks to find bargains and there are new arrivals weekly. I can get lost in Marshalls for a few hours no problem.

Great selection of what you want and even more what you didn't know you wanted!!! (Read: bought far more than I planned on!!) Line for register moved right along, and cashier was super friendly!! (Even wrapped my breakables before bagging!!)

Great experience today. Found a beautiful Nine West bag for a good price and the perfect fall color flowers with a long stem for my living room vase. Then I turned the corner and found a pair of active wear pants with zippered pockets and my husband's favorite closed hemline at the ankles. Good day of shopping at excellent prices.

Cashier seemed like she had an issue with my race. Threw my receipt on the counter and when asked if it's the store policy to through receipts on the counter she clearly stated, yes! Worst experience. I love the store but deal with racism with most shopping experiences. Sad. African Americans are not the only dishonest people on the planet. They're in ever race, culture, creed and gender.

Was here Sat. Before Christmas...they were abundant with cashiers. Hardly spent any time in line, which is usually crazy this time of year. Store was very clean and stocked!
