I shop here often and have noticed the small and big changes over time. Both the staff at the front and the pharmacy care a lot about the customers. I can spot at least one staff member who has a smile and happily gives all their focus to helping me find a product. The aisles and counters are clean. The managers always try their best to resolve problems and listen to the customers. The cashiers always do their best to multitask, greet, assist, and call management at any moment to help. I truly appreciate my time at this CVS and feel the extra travel time here is worth it!

This particular CVS is well stocked, organized and very clean and orderly. Above all the staff is particularly helpful and friendly.. every.single.time. I go out of my way to use this CVS.

The gentlemen named Ash was very attentive and respectful towards customer. He tried his best to solve my problem which I went for. Every worker of this Glen Cove Location's CVS are amazing. This store deserves more than 5 stars.

I love this neighborhood CVS Frallin is an exceptional manager. Also Tina the cosmetics manager is always helpful and constantly alerts me of new products such as wrinkle creams, face cleansers, etc. I'm always treated very well by all the staff Great store!

Pharmacy is horrible. Rude staff - on hold for pharmacy for 12 minutes and they still did not fix the issue. Some of the staff seem annoyed they are at work

Store manager Frailin and assistant manager Roufur both are amazing. They always keep their store very clean. Also want to add that, they both prioritize their customers need first and try their best to bring100% satisfaction.

The worst CVS! Pharmacy hours suck, they never have any prescriptions in stock (they didn’t have children’s amoxicillin), Ive picked up prescriptions only to get home and discover they were incomplete. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

Ramour was absolutely rude. He refused to check us out at the counter stating it was against company policy. We had allot of items. He then checked someone out behind us. He was rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointed in CVS. He stated he was the assistant manager. Could not believe the service and attitude of an assistant manager at CVS.

This CVS is having a problem with staff. I can never find what I want. They always tell you that it is coming later the week.At the pharmacy department they do not have your medication. I had to go back 4 times to fill my prescription. I was happy when the store opened, but I will take my business somewhere else.

I received outstanding service today from Michelle, the pharmacist, and her associate Will. They were able to obtain a very specific prescription brand for me promptly and at a great price. Although CVS is a chain pharmacy, I received the level of attention and kindness you expect from a neighborhood drugstore.

There is a lot of product available that I can't find anywhere else (including other CVS), specifically in terms of make up, men's deodorant, vitamins, cards, and even larger sized leggings, which are unique and are helpful in a pinch.Also, it is always well organized. New product is in the front and everything is in its designation aisle, so you're not shopping for a needle in a haystack.My favorite CVS from the Great Neck to Glen Cove region, to be honest.

Not the best prices, even with a sell. But staff more than makes up for what's lacking. Great attitude. Only critique, management could do a better job of ensuring staff is upfront at the register instead of customers always waiting or looking for someone to ring up their purchases.

if you are between the jobs it's a good place to waste your time. I have just one medication to pickup. it's been an hour waiting in the store and drive through. They don't even accept to transfer it somewhere else.

As other people stated, the pharmacy department is understaffed. Getting through on the phone is impossible. Full disclosure, I have never waited beyond 45 min. To get my meds refilled in Glen Head, I called CVS in Longboat Key FL

Granted it is brand new, but this CVS is clean and well organized. The staff there, especially at the pharmacy, are wonderful!
