Our company orders takeout from here about once a month and we never have an issue, even when we order individual entrees and combo meals for our entire department of about 20 people. The food is good and the staff take great care to make sure the orders are correct. The woman who runs the line is sweet and her helpers work together seamlessly.

Owner has no people skills and seems as if she’s mad at the world. Berating the employee who was very kind to us, Ava to charge us 82 cents extra for hard ice cream. We’ve been coming here for years. It’s not the money, it’s just the way she treats people. We won’t be back for awhile, and we will be sure to tell people in our neighborhood in Williamsville about our experience.UPDATE! The owner 💯 lied in her response to me….. The owner said the girl was in “training” when in fact she has been there for a year. I know quite a lot of people who say the same thing…..the owner is a mean, miserable person who treats employers terribly. What a shame she keeps lying and believing her own lies!! There’s plenty of other ice cream places out there with owners who truly care about their team and customers. I’ll give them my business.

We have decided today is absolutely our family's last visit at Nina's. For many years, Nina's has had the most unbelievably rude and miserable employees we have encountered in several consecutive visits. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile, ever. In fact, quite the opposite. You feel like a bother to be there to the staff instead of feeling appreciated for stopping in. Also, important to never expect a thank you or you will leave thoroughly disappointed.

Nice little ice cream and burger shop, the staff is usually friendly, and the food isn't half bad. Take the kids for a walk in Walton woods and then go for ice cream.

Huge menu, decent prices, and great desserts. In the cooler at the door they even have $1 mistake orders - how funny is that. Ample seating indoor and a couple outdoor tables.

When we walk in to Nina's Custard, we are greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. Their food is always amazing. The prices aren't outrageous, very affordable. Thank you for offering such a great place for all of us to enjoy. We definitely love Nina's!!

The flurries (I believe they're called artic swirls here?) were pretty good, but I would not call this good custard. It tasted like soft serve ice cream to my fiance and I. We both got the peanut butter custard with Kit Kats and cookie dough. Definitely tasty, but not the best custard I've had.Parking: Good amount of parking on restaurant property

Staff was pleasant and variety of food was good. Food tasted quite nicely and the ice cream was a hot with the kids. Think of Anderson's just with better food and prices. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and desserts!

This restaurant has amazing old fashioned type food that brings you back in time. They also have old fashioned values with customer service of years gone past. I had ordered a hamburger and french fries to go for my grandson to eat when I dropped him home. When I dropped him home, he set his food down and went into another room and when he had returned the dog had grabbed his food. My grandson called me in tears. I called Nina's and told him what happened and placed another order. When I arrived to pick it up and went to pay for it, they said that my order of the hamburger and fries was free. I was so touched by their generosity and compassion for our dilemma. The food is 5+ stars, the place is always sparkling clean and the service is amazing. Thank you Nina's for your outstanding restaurant and great staff! I wish there were 10 stars to give you! This is the kind of product and service our country was built upon! Presidential candidates should stop here!

Great ice cream! It's cold and creamy! I usually have a banana split or a twist w/fudge. Delicious! Fast and friendly service too! High 5 to the employees! Stop by and get some tasty treats!

The ice cream was good but the environment was kind of dirty the employees were kinda in a bad mood it seemed like as well. The pop was watered down. I spend 2.50 on a watered down pop which sucked. Food was not great either. Ninas does not hit the same as it used too I recommend only going for ice cream.

Very expensive, for lower priced frozen food. I payed $10 for three chicken fingers which apparently was a “daily special”, Bocce’s has way tastier, larger fingers in larger quantities at a fairer price, with homemade sauces and barbecue’s. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Well I am 50 years old and Obviously I have been to Plenty of ice cream places!Heck I even worked at one in the past , SO THATS WHY I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE WHAT I PAID 12 bucks for!!It look like a kids cup , You couldn’t make the scoops bigger mean if somebody’s paying six dollars for it do you really think they should have two spoonfuls of ice cream in a container let alone you charged me for whip cream they had a dabble in it Dairy Queen people gives you way more for way less I think you need to have a nice little group meeting with your teammates because I am I will never go there again and I’m a hairdresser so my mouth is huge I’m gonna tell everybody what a rip off you are I’m so Upset heck I work hard for my money and I wanted to surprise my husband but I sure didn’t think I was gonna have to spend $12

Ice cream was great! The sundae was overly flavorful. The seasoned fries had little flavor. Texas burger looked good, but was loaded with mayo.
