Took them 5 MINUTES to get to the register then got delayed again also don't have basic crafting materials

Waited over 5mins at register to be cashed out and nobody came I walked the store seen someone said customers need help upfront and still no one came to help.. I walked around the store 2wice and couldn't find anybody
