The store was well stocked and we found everything we needed fairly easily with some help from the app, but I wasn't very impressed with the young man that was cashing us out. I believe in exceptional customer service no matter where you work, and hey, I get it, sometimes it's a bad day. However, I do expect both my mother and I to be greeted pleasantly and for a simple "Did you find everything?" And "Have a nice evening".

Cash out on lane nine with a lady named Lisa. She was nice and fast. On my way out, the door guy tried to stop me and ask for recite. Like, I just spent over 200 bucks, really dude. They have no right to stop you.

Purchased a straight talk phone last night and had a lady (who was on her 4thday of employment) "add" the phone card to the phone so that it would be active when I took it out of the box. Low and behold that didn't happen. Go back to Walmart and am told I have to purchase a new service card even though I have proof I already purchased one. Totally incompetent staff here. 🤬🤬🤬

Has everything I need expect for uranium, obesity is grossly everywhere! They removed goldfish display as well. My buddy Ryan (fish) was evicted out of the Walmart fish display, he was a resident of 15+ (fish) years, he is upset that he has to live inside of the trailer park, he is SOBBING in fact!!! This is unfair to the fish.. fish should be treated like people! FISH ARE PEOPLE!!!!!

More like a mini mall where you can see almost everyones with their family. The restrooms are cleaner compared to Walmart in the big city.

I came in and seen a big smile on chelle its what her name was on her name tag. I just ask her where the restrooms where but when I came out I ask her does she love her job and she said yea my coworkers make it fun. Yea she said sometimes I want to choke them out cuz there having a bad day but she is right. Sometimes we all have our good and our bad days. So that would explain the big smile on her face. Thank you chelle for making my day a lil better with your big smile and positive conversation.

Place doesn't know it's own policys. Get accosted by people right out the front door to buy stuff when you know it's a scam, but Wal-Mart let's them do it without saying anything to them. Then treats you like a theft when you cash out right infront of them [cashier] and then ask to see your receipt. Also now can't go through self check out with no more the 20 items, so go stand it line with 20 other people.. lame

On Saturday I placed my 1st online order for delivery. Needed groceries and supplies. Can't get out to shop. I'm in a wheelchair from a bad MVA. My order was over $150. In the end to process items were singled out for out of stock or low on items. Didn't want the alternative products due Bioengineered food ingredients in them so I deleted them and other products were singled out for separate delivery and charges. I even received a bag of crackers by FedEx another charge. I cancelled my Biofreeze I desperately needed because of the extra $6.99 charge to deliver when I was already charged $10 for my delivery. I called to speak to someone at Geneva Walmart got some rude young girl and put on hold to speak to manager and it rang on my ear over 10 minutes Unprofessional and incompetence. No stars given 😞

Prices are sometimes better than Aldi! One stop shop!2 years ago, the above was my review. Google apparently only allows one. Overall, I'm still going back. However, today I had an awful experience. A cahier like I've never had. I approached the cashier and while she waited on another customer I put my items on to the belt. I had plenty of time to organize and arrange frozen vs cupboard vs refrigerator, etc. It became my turn. I had put my reusable bags up first. I said hello to the cashier. I was ignored. I continued to put the bulk items up and as I turn around I notice she is putting all of my items into a mountain of a pile. She had no room for anything and instead of bagging she made a mountain out of my groceries. She even had to use her register area and the shelf. We had a cart full but not overfull. Had she bagged as she went she wouldn't have mixed my items with things she said were expired from another order and it wouldn't have been as overwhelming as she seemed to feel. She proceeded to tell me this is how she does it. Rings the entire order up first, then bags it. I was scrambling to try to pack my stuff as she threw things on top of chips and bread and cookies. She appeared annoyed and threw my items into the bag without any sort of care. Initials on her name tag read SB. Very unfriendly and she needs more training.

I was there shopping with my family yesterday. We were stopped by an associate at the door and asked to see receipt. Since this is not a law we simply said no and walked past her. We usually do not have an issue when doing this as the associate usually says ok and have a good day. This lady though followed us out into the parking lot taking notes on us and our vehicle. She not only made us feel uncomfortable, but other people as well. Another lady who had parked her car right next to us noticed this associates behavior and asked us if we were ok? We told her that this associate was following us. She said that that particular associate had made them feel uncomfortable in the past. She told me to get in the car and get going.I would fire this associate!! She was an older lady. Maybe in her 50-60s. Completely inappropriate behavior! Might go shopping in Canandaigua instead. They have a much bigger and better selection there anyways.

Just quick trip for canning supplies. But they never have enough registers open. I spent more time waiting in line. They had only 3 registers open for the whole store.

Stopped in for a few things during the Deck the Halls weekend. I was surprised how clean the store was compared to many Wal-Mart's. They had a great selection of "ugly" Christmas sweaters and even one for 2 people.

Not the best location. Overhead signs are inaccurate. Staff was not friendly. Associates pulling pickup orders made me feel that I was in their way! I won't come here again.

They definitely need more cashiers… and this Walmart was forcing people to use credit/debit cards at both self checkouts and only “ 1” nice cashier was open to take cash with about 7 people in line waiting…….

Confusing layout and as usual not enough front end help during busy shopping times. Couldn't find most of the items on my list, which were probably there, just hard to find. It was clean and well lit.

Over 18 checkout lines, only two running. Walmart needs to hire more staff and open more lines as has been needed for some time now even before the pandemic. I don't work for you!!!!!! I will not be using your do it yourself express unless I get an employee discount. 😕

Love this Walmart. A couple of years ago they had a small fire due to a troubled teen setting one. But, it caused smoke in the entire store. They had to get rid of almost everything in the store, paint, etc. They did this almost seamlessly in a very short period of time without affecting those of us who needed our medications especially. I was so impressed at how quickly the work was done! I love the staff here, especially the pharmacy staff who I see on a regular basis.

I was very impressed at how quickly the pharmacy got up and running this winter after a fire. Then, since I am a frequent consumer at the store, I watched how so many people worked so very hard to put the store back together quickly and efficiently. I was, very, very, very impressed and how quickly the whole process seemed to come together. I have always found the staff there to be very pleasant and everyone in the pharmacy is always extremely helpful!

Fairly typical of the chain. Bakery seems well stocked and meat was fresh and not too pricey, although you have to be aware of what quality meats vs price.

Pick up should be easy and convenient but the employees are very rude and don't want to anything to make sure you receive the correct items -that you already purchased. I would rather go to Canandaigua or Waterloo Walmart than to go shopping there. JUST RUDE WORKERS!!!

Terrible customer service. Asked 3 different times for help just to get stupid eyelashes (because they are locked for some reason) waited about 30 minutes, no one showed up. A silly reason to write a review but I was dumbfounded by the terrible customer service or lack there of.Decided to just drive to Wegmans. Paid a little bit more but I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

They no longer have paper bags and only a few registers open most of the time. Better bring your own sacks. WOW what a world we have.
