I come here quite often for work orders, and always go inside to make it easier for employees. It's not a huge order, usually three coffees and two breakfast wraps. The staff is always fantastic, but I came in today at about 10:45 and placed my usual order. The blonde woman named Bre, took my order and made it very obvious she didn't want to be there. She made my drinks, and one was supposed to be a large but she gave me a medium. I asked for it to be a large and offered to pay the difference since she didn't charge me correctly. She was EXTREMELY rude and made it very obvious that once again, she didn't want to be there. If you make a mistake, fix it and move on. Do better miss girl, or get out of customer service!!

They never get my order right and haven't for the past few months. I called down once already and they explained that it's new staff.... It's been over a month since then and they continue to mess it up even before the new hires! It's a shame because I prefer their coffee and the breakfast is good if they get the order right. Don't order breakfast from there because you'll be disappointed when it's wrong.I was told in the comment below to contact whether via email or by phone call..... I have tried calling 5 times for long durations of time and the link you sent doesn't specify the store and will not suffice in fixing your problem.

Tired of coming to this place hearing employees talk so terribly about each other, pretty sad the person mostly running her mouth is the MANAGER of the establishment . Absolutely unprofessional. I don’t see a dm taking care of it either. Won’t be coming back after a couple years going here.

My Mom and I take our family dog for a ride in the car every day. As part of our outing, we stop by Tim Hortons for our usual XL Decaf Triple Triple coffees. Every time we go through the drive-thru, the girls at the window greet us with a smile and a kind conversation. They all take the time to acknowledge our dog and even know her by name now. They make it a point to give her a little treat each time we go. It's the simplest of gestures, like remembering our dog's name, to making her feel special with a treat, that make Tim Hortons stand out above all the rest. A special thank you to the staff of the Geneva location for making our daily adventure with our pup even more special.

The low posts are due to the false advertizing. As you can see, the sign says Coldstone Creamery ice cream.Grandkids had the day off and we were blessed to have the grandkids, girl 10yrs and boy7yrs. We had a great morning with pancake breakfast, going thru a Haunted Skeleton and WesternTown and Cornmaze. As a former teacher and indulgent grandma I planned the best kind of lunch a kid could want.... fancy ice cream. There was no ice cream.....there was no Coldstone.The clerk explained that they took out the Coldstone several years ago.We were tired, the kids were ready to burst into tears, and I was ready to boil over. When I asked why there was a sign that clearly said "Coldstone" she replied, " they said it was cheaper to leave it than take it down". That is a very cheap, lame, and money hungry answer. So obviously they care more about their back pocket than the public...........and children who were very disappointed. My answer is, "Get a ladder, a bucket of paint and a paint brush...lazy owners!!!!!"

I was just at the Geneva location and ordered my coffee 1 cream 2 1/2 sugars when I got to the pickup window they gave me a mobile order coffee when I asked if it was the same as mine I was told it was fine just take it. I got home and poured it down the drain not anywhere near what I ordered could not fix it because it had so much cream in it it was almost white. So I wasted $3.32.

They no longer serve the mixed berry smoothie here, and that is EXTREMELY disappointing to me. The absolute only Tim Hortons in my area that has that problem, why can’t the machine be fixed? I’m confused 🤔

Very nice staff. Older lady in the drive thru window took the time to tell me I had beautiful eyes ( bearing in mind that I'm an almost 30 year old, full time student, 38 weeks pregnant and perpetually exhausted mother of a toddler, so the compliment meant a lot and made my day) Never have to wait long in the drive thru. Very fast and efficient service. Go there often and they never mess my order up. Overall great place to grab breakfast on the go.

I love their birthday cake Tim bitts. They do often run out of things. I know it isn't the employees faults they're probably only allowed to make so many items. The owners need to step up their game and better serve it's customers. Other than that I don't have any problems. Their items taste good. Employees are nice. Place is clean.

Not sure if can go here again. We decided to treat ourselves in way home. We couldn't even finish out drinks. Both taste like medicine/bitter . Almost like something want bad. She had frozen Oreo supreme and I had caramel. Wasn't even made like normal. Hardly any topping. So much for friends enjoying day out

I have not had any problems with my orders. Coffee never tastes watered down like Dinkins does. People are friendly. In and out quick. I have gone there 5 times this week! Definitely will be seeing,me again.. 😁

It actually was the Cold Stone creamery I & my girlfriend went to. Never been to any of their locations before so obviously never saw the amazing presentation of them 'assembling' an ice cream sundae!! It was so cool to watch and every spoonful included chocolate ice cream, walnuts, sprinkles & fudge!!

I think Tim Hortons is very overpriced for the coffee and some of their donuts. I think the stuff is generally very friendly and the donuts are not really fresh and they always taste a little bit too bright for my taste. The coffee is fantastic and good for the mowing money tea as well good nothing really much more to say about this Tim Hortons set for it’s one of a kind place with a doughnut and ice cream shop in it as well Tim Hortons and cold stone creamery has made a pack in the last several years making Tim Hortons and cold stone creamery a chain stores. I had like the cold so creamery park more then Tim Hortons

TH dropping the ball today. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:03. We didn't get our completed order until 11:23 (there was no one else really there). We ordered a frozen lemonade among other things and got a regular lemonade instead. When shown the receipt, the lady said hers showed a regular lemonade and didn't seem pleased to have to fix it.

PSA!!! Go inside rather than go through the drive-through. They have a older woman working drive-through. This is the third or fourth time that my order has been messed up because she can’t hear me properly. I was yelled at and she cut my order short! I went thru the drive-through at Tim Hortons. After morning sickness a sandwich a cup of fruit and a hash brown sets my stomach perfectly. I didn’t even get to tell her my complete order before she told me to pull up and then didn’t answer on the intercom. I move forward and they told me that they can’t except my debit card because The chip reader was down. Seen that I have no cash on me and watching a person ahead of me pay with a card I thought I could. I ask to talk to the manager about it (Jan) and my card was thrown back at me. In tears, I give them every dollar I could find.. and she’s screaming telling my to hurry up. I hand her the rest, window slammed in my face. I was so upset I just drove off. Not realizing that more than half of my food was missing from the bag. I return home and call corporate to tell me that someone will be getting in contact with me soon. I called the store back to see who the manager that was working on the floor name was and I asked and they said hold on one moment as in the background you can hear her say I’m gonnaGet myself fired today. I ask for her name hung up. I’m type one diabetic and after morning sickness I just wanted something to eat. For $6 I got a burnt croissant that was supposed to be a sandwich with two hash-browns and a fruit cup. The lady in the drive thru can’t here anyone properly then maybe she can be put on cashier but I expected better from Tim hortons and this isn’t the type of management that should be representing a store. Everyone please please be safe.

We love this place!! Staff was kind and knowledgeable and cared about our orders. We had searched for Dunkin but it was closed so we went here. We do not regret this decision and will definitely be returning!! 7/12/2021

First time to a Tim Hortons in years. Coffee was terrible, it was water for all intents an purposes. They were completely out of all doughnuts besides the Tim-Holes. So sad that I didn't get that awesome Canadian coffee I remember and a maple glazed. Sometimes the simple things aren't so simple.
