Absolutely ridiculous. Needed business cards printed for an event and was told to drop them off at store open (9AM) and it would be a couple hours to complete the order. Stopped back after work at 6pm and they hadn't even printed anything. Was asked to stop back before close (8pm) still here at 815 and still waiting while they print them off. This isn't a particularly busy location so I don't understand what the issue was. Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

Cashier forgot to ring out some of our products and it was a giant hassle trying to do the right thing and pay for the products. Took over an hour of multiple calls to finally get it corrected. No apology no nothing. Will not be doing business with this location.

Maddie went truly above and beyond during my visit. I unfortunately had a rush print job for a funeral that I was in town for, and she was so lovely from start to finish. She kindly troubleshooted some issues to make sure everything came out perfect, and she was patient, calm, and helpful every step of the way. She made a hard day so much better. I can’t thank her enough!

Took them 3 1/2 hours to fix a phone screen, after they told me it’d only take an hour to an hour and a half. Halfway through the screen replacement, I asked how much longer it would be, and the man started telling me about how my battery and motherboard might be bad, even though the phone I brought in literally only need a new screen to be in perfect condition.. He then took another hour and a half fixing it after me asking him for an ETA on this, as he had to look up online what the issues were and had to call other stores for assistance to finish the process... I personally, don’t like handing my phone over to get it fixed by people that “can fix any phone with a broken screen”, and getting handed back my same phone that wouldn’t charge at all and kept looping.. great work staples 🤦🏼‍♂️

Don't go unless you have lots of time and patience! I have to clarify that this is primarily about their print & copy center. I go there often to get things printed and yesterday was no different. I submitted the order online. It was a small, simple order. When I went to the store to pick it up there were no less than four people just standing around behind the counter. When I walked up to pick up my order I was informed it hadn't been started yet but they would start it immediately. So I left the store and came back about 45 minutes later. They handed me my copies which were letter sized paper so everything was reduced in size and tough to read. So they apologized and said they would reprint. I came back and they had reprinted but not collated and stapled. So she apologized and blamed her new trainee for doing it. Now, if you're training someone new, don't you check their work to make sure they delivered correctly against the order? I double checked my order and it clearly stated what I needed. Bottom line, it took me about 1.5 hours to get what should have been a 3 minute pick up. This visit was extreme but normally this print and copy center is SLOW ... no sense of urgency whatsoever. I wish there was a Fedex Kinkos nearby!

For about 10 years now Staples Geneva has provided ample print services for me. They always do a neat and efficient job. They are willing to work with the best price they can. I have tried other places (only because of distance) , and been very disappointed. Staples Geneva Print Center Rocks!

I visited the other day and was impressed by the speed and kindness in the printing and marketing department. They were nice people and got me my order despite me not knowing exactly how the process worked at a very reasonable time period. Nice.EDIT: I use to give this a five. Now it is a one. NOT BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEE I WORKED WITH BUT BECAUSE OF THE WRETCHED MANAGER.This Jenelle is a witch! She's nothing but for the numbers and profit, including hearty overcharges and random fees. And she will not let anything stand in her way, including her own employees. Not only did one of my favorite workers apparently quit on the spot the other night, this horrid women made a young employee sob in front of multiple customers with no remorse. They were clearly doing their best and when I have worked with this employee before, they did nothing but a spectacular job. The only print and marketing employee I didnt like was a male named Jay. There was NO reason and NO excuse. Maybe if this "manager" would STAFF the building correctly she wouldn't have to scream to get what she needs done, done. It is not enjoyable to come to this location anymore. All the employees are over worked and frightened of blow back from this company. It is not enjoyable to come here and submit work, knowing I'm just another thing on only a few overworked, underpaid, screamed at people's list. I will take my business else where, but again NOT. BECAUSE. OF. THE. EMPLOYEES. I KNOW what it is like to work in a environment like this, it is utter Hell. If she tried to be compassionate and help her employees then I feel that staples would be worth visiting.Perhaps you should take classes in empathy, Janelle. You need them, you abhorrent "leader."

Honestly the worst customer service ever experience. I am a student and used the print service on a regular basis.. which was always down. The person behind the desk would just apologize instead of offering to print for me (at a higher price I would have happily paid each time). I ordered a printer from the 2 hour service.... it never came... 4 days later... so my amazon printer will be here on Monday.

They are the modern day version of the snake oil salesmen. I went to buy a scanner and they talked me into buying this "Neat" program. A few weeks later I was thoroughly frustrated with it. They wouldn't take it back and we're no longer selling them! Nice!

Ink cartridge I wanted was out of stock. Clerk said I could order it in store, on-line. Ok, except he couldn't get the computer to work!! So I went to Walmart down the street and saved $15!!!!

Geneva NY - The tech department is both incompetent and scam artists......I brought a phone in to be repaired ... the tech checked the phone in stating he could fix it an hr .... the tech could not fix the phone and shipped it somewhere else and told me everything would be fixed no extra charge ....a week later with no return phone calls and no phone .... I contacted the tech department and they attempted to upsell an 80 dollar frame stating it was the only way to make my phone work after being told there would be no extra charge .... I declined ... asked for my phone back and a refund .... they then refused to give me a refund even though they could not fix my phone and did not render the service I paid for .... DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES .... they are crooks
