Typically have experienced exceptional service here. Today, waited 20 minutes for Covid/flu vaccine after taking somewhat time consuming steps to schedule an appt. Robert was attentive, but other employees seemed to lack awareness of customer experience. A simple, "I apologize for the long wait" from the vaccine tech would have gone a long way. Because I have always enjoyed exceptional service, I am sharing this w you in hopes that continuous improvement is at the core of your customer service model.

20 minutes on hold to see if prescription is ready because generally they aren't. It gets worse by the week.

I had an emergency refill for insulin and they did the bare minimum to help me. When I finally was able to pick up my insulin, the pharmacist and pharmacy assistant were unprofessional. I could hear them talking from behind the counter saying “Why are we getting all of this attitude today?” They received no attitude from me, I was being firm in order to get life saving medicine.

I've been having a harder and harder time getting medications from this location. Even though the surrounding pharmacies are stocked. Seems to be a bit of a problem considering medication is the primary reason for this particular business.

Route aid on Hamilton Street in Geneva is such a wonderful store. Barb one the sales people is always friendly and so helpful.
