I had situation happen where I was urgently looking for an electric stand up recliner, on Thanksgiving. I happened to call and see if by chance they were open. The owner answered and offered to meet me at the store! Within 2 hours it was delivered to the house and they set it up. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend!

I appreciated the personalized experience, free delivery, and a willingness to work with me. Unlike a competitor down the road, I felt like I was actually listened to when I described what I wanted, and Lynch Furniture was willing to work with me and my budget to help me get as near as possible. The delivery and setup was free - no little thing considering the stairs the gentlemen who delivered had to walk up - and the truck came the very next day within the window I was given. Very satisfied.

Purchased a recliner from Bernie Lynch in Geneva. Paid $1498.00 we’ve had it less than a year. When you put the feet up sounds like it is going to break in half. The piece of wood for the lumbar is sticking in your back. Very uncomfortable. Called Bernie he came and looked at it and said he would get back to us. Called him today and he said you deal with Lazy Boy. I suggest people go elsewhere. He needs to retire. He should not be in bussiness. I see several other complaints on here. If I could give no stars I would.

Great selection and service! Prices are very reasonable. One couch set was delivered next day and ones that I requested different fabrics and finishes will be delivered in 2-3 weeks! Will be back soon for a few other things I need!

I recently moved, and had to embark on the dreadful furniture shopping experience. But when I walked into Lynch's in Geneva, it instantly became a pleasurable chore! I was greeted by friendly staff who were extremely helpful and eager to please, and wasn't one of those annoying, hovering, salesmen. There was a HUGE selection too! Once I chose my furniture, I had doubt that it would fit through my doors at home! So before I purchased it, Mr. Lynch himself came to my home with the floor model couch and made sure it would fit free of charge! Then my order was placed that same day! I am overwhelmed with how accommodating and professional this business has been, and I definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for great quality furniture! THANKS GUYS!

Very old business 115+ years and going strong. Shows it's age inside, especially the elevator! 4 floors of very nice furniture, but on the expensive side. They do deliver which is nice.

They do club cards there which is available to everyone. They are 25 week cards and cost $1 a week. They draw to cards a week and if yours is drawn and you are paid up they pay off the card. Great way to save for furniture. We have done 2 living rooms and a complete bedroom with no money at time of purchase.

Good furniture, higher prices but better quality. Get whatever you need before you leave. Once delivered that is it. No refunds, no exchanges, no additional work. We wanted some sofas cushions customized like the chair cushions (made firmer). "Find an upholstery shop".

Ordered a love seat and sofa a few mths ago. One of the legs on sofa came scratched and both pieces were wet from the protective spray they used. I was told it would take a few hrs to dry and they would replace the leg. Never happened!!!!

Beautiful store! 4 floors of selection! There was plenty of parking when I arrived around 4pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was well lit and even though they looked like they were sprucing up the place it still looked amazing!

31 yrs ago i bought a dining room table & 6 chairs--very nice, never had a bit of trouble, but when i got the extra leaf out of its bag to extend the table length, more than a year later, it had a big gouge in it.i never called them, just checked it off to experience. i should have looked at it when i rec'd it.i also never needed the leaf again.

Bought a bunkbed and it came with scratches on pieces. Was told they would order new pieces and replace the damaged ones. Never happened. Also, The guys that assembled it did not put half the screws in it required (realizing after the fact) and now have a broken bed, awesome.
