I wouldn't even give this Lowes in Waterloo 1 star. What a disaster, poor customer service, the most horrendous experience with there buy online pick up in store. After 45 min, I finally got to speak with a customer service associate, never even received my product and then had to go inside for a return. Mind you my order was ready hours earlier and when I finally was able to check in curbside they showed my order as picked up. I never even saw my order. I will never purchase anything from Lowes again. Very disappointing.

I’ve been extremely happy with our local Lowe’s store.Every department has been knowledgeable and very helpful.Today, they helped me find parts and even assisted in cutting the boards for me. They didn’t fit in my car and John assisted after his shift to bring it to my home. I can’t thank him enough for doing this for me. Brandon went above and beyond to find me in the store letting me know they had an item we couldn’t find together.Thank you to the team for all your help over these last few months.

Stopped in to get material to replace my roof,after almost an hour and asking 4 times for assistance, nobody would show up even though 2 guys were at the end of the aisle with a forktruck left and went to the competition,and got immediate and friendly service

As usual Lowe's did not disappoint and I swear over the last year or two the customer service has greatly improved. This location is nice because the parking lot is always clean and clear without carts cluttering the parking spaces. The store was laid out nicely and everything that you would expect to find at Lowe's was there. My cashier was exceptionally friendly.

Sometimes you get great help, and other times you get ppl who just hate their jobs, so they just ya know do very little. I sorta like lowes buy only come here usually when something in my house breaks lol

Staff was helpful on this trip actually had somebody walk me to an item that I needed. For a while it seemed as Lowe's was dropping the ball Nationwide but it seems as of the last year so customer service has taken a Leap Forward. The parking lot was clear and free of debris and their carts were in their respective places. Inside the store was stocked as normal. I would like to add that the lighting inside the store toward the rear was a little dark on that day not sure if that's a bulb issue or what

From tipped over 1 ton skids of pellets delivered to no one ever answering co-workers radio calls for assistance loading 400 pounds of pellets to having a price displayed on a tag but charging more at the register. An elderly red headed lady on her phone sitting in the office just now outside self check out pleasantly let me know to go outside to get my pellets. No assistance offered! Get outside had to rip open skids sitting there just to find the pellets. Rip open with my fingers, wasn’t fun. Get 400 pounds loaded on a cart and could barely push the cart. Get to self check out and veryyyyy helpful young lady multiple times called for loading assistance but as usual you could be waiting until the store closes before anyone would help. So at 50 years old and 4’11” I unloaded 400 pounds back off the cart and into my vehicle. Had I of had a medical emergency due to lack of assistance, I definitelyyyyy would have obtained an attorney! And price gouging at the register but tags saying another price… should be criminal as hard as it is for people to survive nowadays. Haven’t experienced this at Canandaigua Lowes but MULTIPLE times at the Waterloo Sessler Dr Geneva location. Go to Home Depot, they help! If you are loyal to Lowe’s choose another location like Cdga & save yourself the hassle.

I always enjoy going through here. When I spend more time than anticipated I just say that I got lost, but I found what I needed and price checked other items I might be purchasing.

Lost in the store.. good luck!!!! finding anyone to help out, and when you do, they have no idea about anything, then spend priceless time telling you they are new and don't know anything!! Then.. you have to wait at the customer service because this old MF Latino man, probably married, is hitting on the checkout lady!! TF??

The Geneva Lowe's is a clean and well stocked store. I only wish the sales staff had better knowledge of the large appliances.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Asked several people to help in carpet and when we finally said to heck with it they were trying to find someone else to cut carpet because the one guy who regularly does it was leaving. Never been so disappointed.

The Assistant Manager is SO helpful and very knowledgeable! Painting a room in the house!? they got you covered, don't like the color? they replace it, no questions! Got the carpet to match and replaced my bulbs to LED all in 1 shot, did the whole room in a day Thanks to the help at Lowe's Geneva!

I only had to go in and get stain for my deck. Since I've never stayed a deck before I had to get some help with it but there were two guys that were very helpful I can't remember their names but they work in different departments I believe one worked in the paint department and the other one didn't but he had experience with it so they were very helpful

I have noticed that Lowe's doesn't not seem to be as busy. I fine it terrible that you have one person to help people check people out and I for one will not do self checkout. So if you want my business then you will have to ring me up yourself. I have worked my job I am retired.

I was in my local lowes and selected several items, I then went to the register area there was an associate there and when I asked if there was an open register she told me the self check out was available, I explained that I don't do that as I have already done my job and picked the items I needed and will be paying for them. She just looked at me and said I would have to use the self checkout, as a younger gentleman came up to the register she was standing next to and she started scanning his items. I left my items in the cart told her have fun putting the items back. I'm just wondering why the other customer got special treatment.

Very disappointed in the service here! Employees will walk by you without asking if you need help! If there was a Home Depot closer, I would stop going to Lowes all together! Need to teach their employees customer service skills!!!!

Many associates are not helpful when asked a question. They require additional training prior to handling customers or assigned a specific area. Frustrating when I go to them for help and they are clueless. Often times I know more than them and I don't know much. I asked an associate a question he looked at me and walked away. I assumed he was going to find the answer so I waited and waited about 20 minutes all to not have him return. Better training or better hiring practices desperately needed at this location and others.

I went into Lowes to checkout the progressive leasing,a young guy( can't remember his name)was very helpful.i had problems with filling paperwork online cuz couldn't remember bank account,he explain to do it online at home,and come back later,but he wasn't going to be there,and I could get with Adam,before 8pm.i came back about 730pm,Adam was very helpful.he did my carryout after u got my item that I wanted,I thanked him,he thanked me, shook hands and he was very polite,thank tou

Recently our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare! We ordered countertops 2 week of November! To having been told the delay on them was only them needing a signature from us to proceed which costed another 2 weeks! Then we’re told that they wouldn’t be ready till December 26th. That date rolls around and we’re told that the plant had shut down and that our new date was January 15th! Once again call ahead and told to pick up Monday and as I get there after being told they were delivered they’d be at the front of the store only to get there and be told the truck never came! Tuesday we received a call informing us that the plant ran out of materials and there is NO TIMEFRAME of when they’ll be ready! Lousiest experience for a company that we’ve dumped thousands of dollars over the last couple !

Cashier was a nightmare, overcharged us and refused to fix it.Sent us to customer service desk.Placed order for delivery, miserable failure! Told it would be delivered on Friday...no show. Got voicemail it would be delivered by 1 sat ...no show. Called to get status and no one could find order in computer being told NO MANAGER ON DUTY UNTIL MONDAY.Called corporate office who advised order showed it was delivered 9/16 ?DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

Looking for a gas cap for my lawnmower I found one without packaging or price.Went to service desk and they called a manager. The manager found price in aisle (the most expensive cap there.) I said I needed it so I'd take it. She sensed my frustration and when we walked up to check out she took 50 percent off. Which made me happier and I thanked her very much. Nice gesture in a day filled with frustration.Sorry I don't remember her name.
