Fun little pier area to walk out and take some beautiful picturesque views in. There is a playground and restrooms. The concession stand sells drinks, hot dogs, and ice cream. The best deal is their flight of four small scoops to try 4 flavors for $6. They have a vegan soft serve. Ice cream flavors change daily. They have both hard and soft serve ice cream. A kiddie size is 1 scoop and is $4. The twist cone is $5. There are tables with umbrella and benches nearby.

We stop here heading from Buffalo to Syracuse everytime we make a trip. Very pleasant staff, and my husband LOVES their "adult" beverages.The location is ideal as it is right on the waterfront, and the park next to it is cute for the kids. If you continue to walk alongside the water you will come to a GORGEOUS Welcome Center with an Awesome Pirate Ship Park, Pier, Restaurant, and Music. There is also a beautiful waterfall out front, which is great for taking photos.There is plenty of shade, AND SEATING provided by the business, as well as the city for the Public.This area is breath taking, and it seems like everytime we stop there is always something going on. This last time we were in the area they had a marathon happening.A Bucket List Favorite for our family. 🌿💦

Great little spot by the water! Delicious and generous portion of ice cream. The employee was friendly, fast, and efficient. The menu had lots of options (many unique). Would definitely come back!

The staff took care of our run away dog until we found out from Petlink that she was at Long Pier Ice Cream. Their kindness and care were wonderful and appreciated. They went above and beyond their jobs to make sure we found our dog.

Amazing ice cream and wine slushies. Perfect for hot day. Right next to playground. Only complaint is how long the line is, stood in line for 30 minutes, but that is what happens when everyone wants your ice cream.

The ice cream is delicious!! A little inconsistent on sizing tho. We ordered two cones of the same size (small). I passed the first one to my 5 year old while waiting for the second and the second one came out smaller. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well, my kiddo got more ice cream than me even tho we both ordered smalls. Lucky girl. They do serve wine slushees too. Right next to the playground. This place gets mom life 😂

Review for icecream only.We got the black raspberry and the raspberry cabernet and all parties were very happy with their choice =). The alcohol flavor is subtle but definitely there and I was glad to go without it but for those who enjoy wine, the flavors are fun to try.

Ice cream was good but service needed help! We were scolded by an employee for opening the umbrella at a table we sat at to eat our ice cream. Nowhere did it state to ask for assistance and since we had it up without damage, I'm not sure what the point was of coming to our table to yell at us for it while we sat with our kids?! And when you have a toddler working the register it seems you would have some courtesy when addressing tables with children! I'll take my business elsewhere next time :(

Great ice cream. Had the sea salt truffle and toasted coconut. I'm not the biggest coconut fan but I have to say it was very good that after sampling I was impressed. The staff was very patient with us and let us sample multiple things before making our final decisions. Husband had pineapple slushi which he said was good.

I love ice cream. Until I visited Long Pier, I had never experienced Gifford's and it has been consistently wonderful. I haven't been a huge fan of the wine flavors, but I know others who rave about it. The location is perfect. Having ice cream while walking or sitting by beautiful Seneca Lake on a gorgeous day is incredible

Worst service ever . The old cranky woman who took our order was rude and gave us a nasty attitude. She didn’t treat the family ahead of us like that . Never again will I come here or recommend anyone! My kids ice cream came out melted and sprinkles falling . I asked for a sample and she got up upset like she was bothered that I asked. Not to mention how expensive it is for so little ice cream. Should close down for the season or get better customer service!

Best place to get ice cream ever! Beautiful location, awesome flavors, great prices and the best and most attentive staff. The ice cream is top notch and the atmosphere is even better. Long Pier is a special place! Can't beat ice cream and a walk down the pier on a perfect summer evening. Great place to watch the fireworks too!

Had large soft vanilla cone July 4, the quality is not what it used to be, texture was synthetic. Sorry to see this, your cones used to be the best quality and value in Geneva. Staff was hard working and pleasant as always.

Nothing to complain about! Pretty great ice cream, an awesome view, polite workers, and a decent amount of space to sit. Family friendly, and it’s something to do when the weather is nice. The lake is awesome and fun. A must if you’re in the area!

Everyone in our group got different flavors and we all loved it. The place is conveniently located near the pier so you can enjoy the view while you're enjoying the ice cream. I wish the staff was nicer though.

Ice cream was horrible. Give me some Perry's , upstate farms, or Byrne dairy. That Gifford's ice cream is garbage. And even the soft serve vanilla is gross. What's up with that

Love their wine ice cream. Wish I got to try the Cabernet chocolate flavor. Seems like it's a popular flavor. The cherry merlot was delicious.

Even though the line can get long at times, this ice cream stand is my favorite (my phone just corrected to ice dream and I almost didn't correct it because it fits). A quick ice cream cone and walk along the lake trail makes for an evening that cannot be beat.
