I have a 2004 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 AWD that has been sitting around for several years. It took me awhile to find the right people to do the major over haul needed to get it up and running. The cost was moderately high but - my car has not driven this well in many years. It is hard to find someone to work on an older Porsche, but Geneva Foreign Auto did a fabulous job. I would 100% return with any service needed in the future.

I throw Dan curve balls with each purchase and he not only rises to the occasion jumping through firey hoops to meet my unreasonable timelines and expectations but continues to go above and beyond the call of duty. I know he has my back and will give me honest feedback and thoughtful suggestions for me to consider as I think through my next car purchase. I have a very long history with GFS going back to 1988 when I was driving a fiat Spider I had just purchased in Long Island, and was heading to Buffalo when it started overheating. They were able to get the tires I wanted, mount, balance and perform an alignment the following day. Thorough and honest beyond expectations! I bought a car and it threw a rod 20 miles later. Used cars--it can happen. They took the car back and I bought a different one. That one had a couple minor little annoyances of which they promptly fixed while I enjoyed a superb cup of coffee in their beautiful lounge. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I paid them about 4 thousand to fix my bmw and after I paid for everything they sent my car home with a broken air intake and it was disassembled. The owner of the place didn’t apologize. Very bad service. Do not send your vehicle here, they will sabotage your vehicle so you spend more money. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your car to have more problems. I have the receipt from Geneva foreign so they are lying about not having me on record. If you love your car just don’t take it to that place haha

Buying a car online can be stressful, both for the buyer and the seller. As a buyer, you can only get so far with pictures, Carfax, and even an independent mechanic inspection. At some point, you have to take a leap of faith based on what the salesperson tells you. As a seller, bad customer reviews can ruin their ability to sell more cars online.Michael Hackett gave me thorough description of the car I was considering, and he knew the car’s history well. I ended up taking that leap of faith and purchased a used M3. The car arrived as described – actually in nicer condition than I was expecting. There were some hiccups in the paperwork, however. Rather than taking my money and running, Michael owned up to a clerical error at the dealership and personally tracked down the problem. You can tell that he takes his business very seriously. The entire process before, during, and after money changed hands was honest and respectful.If I were to buy a car again sight unseen, I would be very comfortable working again with Michael and Geneva Foreign and Sports.

Exceptional customer service - I called frequently as I am located 1 1/2 hours away from the shop. Friendly, professional, and courteous staff. Manager patiently explained each step and followed up with me as needed on a timely basis. Work was completed quickly. The Audi dealer where I purchased the vehicle was not customer friendly and overly expensive (required 4 hours of diagnostic work @ $200 an hour and guestimated a $15,000-$20,000 engine job.) Will not get another dime from me! Geneva Foreign Car was highly recommended and I am glad I followed up! I would recommend them to others and will return in the future. Worth the trip.
