I’m a current customer. I bought the year warranty. The first treatment was great, a little rocky on scheduling a second treatment until Alonso stepped in and did another treatment. He was very professional and answered my questions. The issue lays with scheduling and meeting the warranty agreement. I still have the same issue of pests and it’s been a nightmare to schedule as I work, need to set appointments in advance, and have animals in the home to remove during treatment. Now I’m at the end of my contract (closing in a couple of days) with the same issue and down $1,700. I only received the two treatments that occurred towards the beginning of my contract. I wrote the company to see what can be about this. I cannot create a login to book online and my other modes of communication have been to call the main number and speak with someone. I hired this company a few months ago for a bed bug infestation, at the time of their initial inspection of the home the technician told me the issue would be resolved in no more then 2-3 treatments. Months later I am still dealing with the same issue. The staff has been unprofessional, inconsistent and fails to return my calls when I request to speak with someone of authority at the company. This company is not worth the $1,700 I paid. I would never call this company again for any service or recommend their company to anyone. They are dishonest and incredibly unprofessional, especially Alonzo who stated this issue I had was related to a “real-estate deal gone bad.” This issue is not about the money spent, it is about the unprofessionalism of this company who failed to provide the service they stated they would serve and the lack of responsibility taken to resolve the issue I had, especially when I called and no one would call me back on multiple occasions.Service: Bed bug extermination

Technician was friendly, but they were so busy that is was very difficult to get them to come out. Paid for the annual service, but was only able to get two visits in the whole year. Very expensive for two visits! Also, there are critters in our attic, but the technician said they can't deal with squirrels or chipmunks and that we have to call animal control, as if there is any chance in heck that animal control will ever come over for that! If it was a badger in the attic that would make sense. Their ads state they deal with rodents, and squirrels are actually rodents, so I think it is misleading advertising.
