The lazy wrinkled old hag in the evening February 2nd right before closing... I hope they get the lawsuit they deserve for the discrimination. They whole store deserves it if that's what they choose to employ.Take your prescriptions to Wegmans. (Or anywhere else.)

They refuse to fill prescription for antibiotics. They are getting reported for unethical denial to fill prescription. When someone has half their face swollen and yet they want to play Russian roulette with a patients health this is a law and board violation.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. I moved here from out of state and I have never had worse treatment or down right ignorance when it comes to my medication. I am definitely changing pharmacies.

Wal-Mart Pharmacy in Geneseo, New York has now a better customer service than used to be,"years ago until months ago." I knew it because I am an employee there. You don't have to take it my words. Just see it for yourself.

This Walmart pharmacy is a joke. My vet called them in and I made sure. When I called no one picked up the phone. When I got there they said they didn't have anything to call my vet. So I called my vet and they said they did send it over. So I'm changing pharmacy to Wegmans. Not happy with them.

No check outs open most of the time. Pharmacy should never close at lunch time. They should take turns. Customers should come first.

I’ve had a problem every single time I’ve gotten my prescription refilled here (my sons special formula that they always have in stock). Never once has it been easy. Switching to wegmans.

Good luck if you need to speak to anyone on the phone that isn’t a computer. They can’t seem to pick up a phone ever.

"It'll be ready in thirty minutes"Well ok, I can't pick it up now but I'll come back tomorrow I guess because I have a meeting.24 hours later"It'll be ready in thirty minutes"...wait what?Yes this is insanely common. No reason to use Walmart pharmacy if you can help it. Avoid like the plague.

They are always closed when I stop there. Apparently they close for an hour for lunch every day, but I can’t figure out when to come at the correct time, since this is not mentioned on their website. So annoying to have to go back.
