I'd give zero stars if I could. Never will step foot in another tractor supply again. Went this morning for a product and walked out irritated more than any time before. I do most of my shopping as early or as late as a store is open to avoid as many people as possible as I suffer from ptsd and have other issues. I don't deal well with people and do what I can to avoid confrontation as much as possible. This morning upon entering the store I was greeted by multiple employees. As usual I continued on to browse the area I wanted to. Multiple times employees continued asking me if I needed help with anything after just entering the store. I wasn't lost, I literally was trying to avoid all the employees stocking shelves and the miscellaneous carts blocking isles. When again an employee that asked me something earlier and was ignored once again stopped me to ask me what I was looking for. At this time I stated I wanted to be left alone and decided I needed to exit the store to avoid a confrontation. As I was leaving another employee stops me and asks me what's wrong to which I replied I wanted to be left alone, that I had been trying to ignore people and that should have been a good enough clue, to which I was told I didn't need to be rude, so I started to then be rude. Your policy to greet customers and ask for help is fine. Not all people shopping your stores are clueless as to what they want. Not everybody needs help and those that do will ask for it. Then your employee wants to sarcastically say "merry christmas" as I'm leaving after calling me rude. Again I will never be shopping with tractor supply for anything. I'll pay more somewhere else to be able to shop in peace without being stopped and treated like an imbecile.

I am not amused that a return purchase that I paid cash for is returned for store credit. I'm sorry, but I paid cash for the item and had the receipt. I expect cash back. TBH, now I have a store credit that I DON'T want to use. -.-

Found a decent selection of dog food, among other farm and general home supplies. It is at a fair value. Hopefully soon they will run their $5 off certain brands of dog food. Always check online to see what deals they have!!!

It's a rural Tractor Supply... So maybe I'm naive but it sure looks like a lot of farm supplies, feeders, coops, implements, feed and tons of others things I don't know what they are. But it's also a good hardware store though the paint section is a little week. It has a good selection of Carhart and other work clothes, tools, seeds, and veterinary and husbandry supplies. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean restroom.

If you enjoy wasting your time and money then go to tractor supply. I bought a dump cart and it came with the wrong size tow bar hitch. Had to load the cart back up and take it back since they did not have any with the right bar. Stay away.

I love TSC...employees are always helpful, stores are always clean but today I wanted a rounded shovel. They are all made in China. 😑 I will probably go to a flea market to find one made in the United States.

This store is constant in one thing. Horrible costumer service. Every single time I go they just fail. Today they had me waiting for 20 minutes by the back door for one bag or rice coal. Another time I went they refused to take my tax exempt number. When asked why they said because its not a farm number. It was a new york state number. Another time they refused to price match a competitor on dog food. Saying that I needed to bring in a recite for the exact same food from the competition. They would not take the price that was listed on the compitions web site as proof.Honeoye falls store on the other hand simply amazing constant amazing service and staff that go above and beyond to help. Even as far as lending their own personal tools to help out when the shelf is empty.Will never again go to the geneseo store. Honeoye falls for life baby.

Staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Pricing is decent and they have a good variety of items from parts for trailers, trucks and other equipment to tools to pet food and clothing.

This place is very clean and but the personal is terrible very rude and I can even say some kind of discrimination this is in geneseo ny employees are always with attitude and never are willing to help even being polite takes you no where
