Mostly nice, well organized, but a little bit crowded in some aisles it was not possible to get a small cart through. But I understand Christmas is coming. I really like the store and will be back.

I absolutely love tj Maxx! They have amazing prices. Name brand clothing, their toys are cheaper then Walmart for the most part for the kids and customer service is awesome!

Just left after being followed in the store my entire time. There was a blonde girl that was doing a poor job pretending to fix things on the shelves and towards the end when it was beyond obvious that for some reason LP was asking all employees to keep an eye on my boyfriend and myself. It was the most uncomfortable experience and it does not make me want to spend any money there again!

We stopped in for what was supposed to be a five minute browse. We left an hour and $140 later with a bag full of bargains.The store is clean, well organized and has a decent variety and selection of merchandise.

I have good experiece at rochester ny location.staf are very nice.but i have very bad experience at geneseo ny location.please change the manager at that place which is female forgot her name.she have very bad behavior with customers.afer that i had visite at rochester location i was satisfy.but that location is so far from my home like an hour drive

Nice plaza to visit, store is clean and organized can find something fun to purchase if you look around. Staff were always greeting when interacting with you. Cashing out was quick.

If you haven't visited the BACK of this store where they have albiet limited items but crazy cool food items, you must check it out-- Bo Bos oatmeal peanut butter and jelly snacks are wholesome with excellent ingredients and the taste is amazing!Saffron is crazy cheap here too! From Spain. Not just clothes here!

Prices are ok of you look. Not a huge selection, shoe selection....lame!! But, in all fairness...its the end of winter pretty spring inventory. I'll go back in a few weeks

I went into this TJmaxx n the employee Followed my husband n i the entire time like 1:20 we ended spending a little over 500 there maybe bc we was black not sure but fact is ppl work there is nasy n i have a tjmaxx card

Had a really good selection and friendly staff, only dislike is that up checking out on register had to tell the cashier twice I didn’t want to sign up for a tj maxx credit card.

There is a wide variety of all different things to shop for. The best part is you get all different brands , a lot of top name brands , for way less then you would at the mall or in other stores that would sell them for!!! Have fun shopping!!!!

Employees are nice and helpful but not stalker helpful ..you can find them when you need them but they don't heavy breath over your shoulder ... Reasonable wait time in line.
