Every single time I come to this location I am welcomed by the workers and always assisted in a hospitable and timely manner.Took my Poodle Puppy here for grooming, they did an amazing job and comforted my dog since it was his first time, they really know how to work with pups.

Last couple times we’ve had a horrible experience with the grooming. I took my one year old lab to get his nails cut and ears cleaned. Like ever done since he was about 4 months old. He still has his puppy energy and gets excited. Today we were told that they were unable to service him, since he was too crazy. As they were telling me he was too crazy he was laying at my feet, they had us walk around for about 10 minutes. We went back and Cheyanne told me she was unable to service him, he still wasn’t calm enough. We’ve never had this experience with any of the other groomers and he acted the same way he usually does. They all say he is a little crazy when checking in but calms right down in the back. Very upset with our service and will never be going back especially to Cheyanne. This isn’t the first grooming session with her. The last time she ignored us when we were waiting to get checked in at our appointment time and went and played with other dogs that were waiting in line to check out.

So earlier today I went to get a simple beta fish for my tank that I spent much research and time to make the perfect home. I walked in to very aggravated staff when asking questions and many of the goldfish in the tanks dead. I had originally also wanted to get a goldfish with my friend for her tank which she too had taken great care in making ready for their fish. When looking in the tank there was uncountable dead goldfish in each corner and even more looking very sick. I was very disappointed. I also found more reasonably cheaper items at a store down the road with much friendlier staff. Very disappointed would need to have a change if I were to ever go back.

Knowledgeable staff will help you make selections. Loyalty program isn't awesome, still there's a pleasant surprise when told you have a discount available. I like to support local business and this one makes me feel good for coming inside. It doesn't have automatic doors but other than that there are none of the ordinary barriers for people with disabilities.

4 time in the past 9 months I've had to reschedule a grooming appointment. 3 times because your groomers were "sick" and they call me when I'm on the way to my appointment. The 4th time because of system issues. Sounds like laziness too me. Wasted gas and rescheduling things because of this. The last cancelation, the girl said she could reschedule for later that day, and when I asked what time later, she changed her tune and said a different day.

Took our two beagles in yesterday to be bathed, first off they were told DO NOT trim their nails and they did it anyways and second they hurt my one beagles leg, she couldn’t walk when we got home so called the vet and they got her in today and results after an x-ray were a pulled tendon 😡If they can’t handle peoples pets they shouldn’t be doing this jobWe’re beyond pist off and will NEVER have our fur babies there againCost over $200 for a vet bill that should have never been needed !!

I have taken my dog to be groomed at PetSmart for years. At my last two visits to the Geneseo store, I was charged an additional fee for mats. My dog has never been matted. A $48 cut cost me over $60 because of that fee. This is ridiculous. Not a word was said about my dog having any mats and the groomer, Kelsey, actually felt him when I dropped him off and said he felt good. This seems like a money grab to me and I won’t be going back.

I always bring my 2 dogs here for grooming and schedule them with Heidi. She knows my dogs and always does a great job and I would recommend her for grooming services. The store is always clean and all of the associates are very friendly and helpful.

PetSmart is a great place for animals. The staff treats their clients like family. I take our dog, Reggie to get his nails clipped be andhe is actually very happy when we get there. PetSmart has staff that do bathing as well as grooming on all breeds. The store is a little pricey, but it has what you are looking for.

I am so thankful to have a petsmart in Geneseo. This is a smaller store compared to other petsmarts I have been to but everytime we have went the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about what to get in order to solve your problem or what would be best for your pet. Staff wear masks and there is pick up if needed. Overall this is a great store

I love the varieties of products that they have throughout the store. My only pet peeve with my PetSmart is either you have legit everyone asking you what they can help you with. Or there is no one around. When you want to check out there seems to be the debate of who is going to check out who.
