Meat is ALWAYS fresh. Every time I go there they are packaging up another butcher. You can call to find out what will be fresh. I make my own bone/meat broth and $2./lb is good for fresh untainted meat bones. They also have fresh frozen organ meats.

We have never been to your store. But I have to comment on the quality of your butchery. We get alot of our meats from Thyme's Right Farm in Ransomville. Elizabeth raved about your work as you butcher for her.. And we enjoy it as well. It's clear you care about your craft. I have no doubt that the products in your shop are wonderful. Keep doing what you do!!

High quality meats and wonderful friendly staff! They also have organ meats for a good price if you're a carnivore or looking for something a little exotic. Beef bones, heart, liver, tongue, suet. I'm told they will also harvest other organs too.

The meat here is so good I can't purchase supermarket beef anymore. Prices are always reasonable and the quality is always superb. The only thing better it their friendly service.

I’m so glad I found this place. The staff is fantastic, and quality cuts. They also scald which I have not found in WNY. It’s an hour drive for me and so worth it. I will definitely be going back!!!
