This is a spacious, clean, and inviting grocery store with lots of options to choose from! What's more, there's a lot of parking as well. My primary criticism pertains to the bathrooms. As my pictures show, there store gives very little attention to their bathrooms. They need more than cleaning; they need some routine repairs.

The produce is horrible. The fruit always look spoiled . The white old grumpy lady at self checkout is always racial profiling and only comes to the minority people to make sure they are not stealing at self checkout.

Big supermarket with all you can buy. My only big problem with supermarkets in the US is that they are not Eco. TOO MUCH PLASTIC.

Just installed the new self check out and is sooo much faster, especially when you only have a few items. Store is being re-designed and takes a bit getting used to but otherwise, it is much more open and brighter and cleaner. Employees are very helpful whenever you need assistance!!

I must say, the indoor shopping experience is not too bad. The store is very clean, there are plenty of associates readily available.The variety of products available is amazing. The checkout times for both self service and assisted are completed in a timely manner.Customer satisfaction is prioritised at all times!There is one department within Shoprite of Garnerville, that is not recognised enough, for their hard work.That department is responsible for the cleanliness of both the inside and the outer perimeter of this establishment.Maintenance is a key component to the success of Shoprite.Customers can shop and dine with confidence.Upper Management has designed and developed the best place to shop.

Employees are rude, especially florist, we wanted two bunches of flowers wrapped, not only did she respond with an attitude about how much it was, she continued to do her other things & completely ignored us, we left without getting the bunches wrapped.

Pretty good store. Bring your own bags. Never has shopping baskets. If you know all that its okay; I had out of town guests visiting and they had a really bad time here because of those restrictions.Bottle return machine's fill up quickly.No mask required if fully vaccinated.

They had 1 register open with a cashier with a 2nd line open to "CERTAIN KNOWN CUSTOMERS" any other customers who got onto this line, were told that she was closed that we had to move to another register to checkout. Diana, one of the front end associates finally started helping the customers who were filed behind the "UNKNOWN CUSTOMERS" everyone was parking themselves all over the place, all different directions, behind the "CLAIMED" person on line in front of them. When Diana jumped in, she grabbed an associate off the floor, told them to get on a closed register as she directed 1 customer at a time to another line. I mean 1 register open for a store full of customers is OUTRAGEOUS #1! #2, THE CHECKOUT PROCESS IS ATROCIOUS & THIS STORE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GET A BETTER SYSTEM IN PLACE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Really bad experience. Employees unhelpful for finding items. To get fresh cut salmon, had to go to deli and request someone then go back to seafood area and wait for someone to show up. Limited seafood items to choose from in the case, so this is really inconvenient. Cashier rang me up and then I paid. I asked for bags since she did not bag the items (as I thought she would) and she then told me the paper bags were 6 cents each after I had already paid. She then didn’t even help me bag items but just rang up another person while my stuff was still there. The paper bags were flimsy and small. Employees seem poorly trained and just complete lack of concern for customer experience. Will never be back!

Very large store. Now that the airmont store closed, it's the closest to me. They've got all departments, fresh, frozen, seafood, meat, chicken, they've got it all! Great shoprite prices too. Just wish they had a better rewards program.

Don't even think about returning bottles to this place the machines always fill up and they never empty them a guy will show up after you wait 30 minutes no pretend not to speak English he'll kick the bucket underneath twice close it back up and leave so that the can or bottle machine fills up 2 minutes later do all the shopping to your heart's content prices are reasonable just don't return bottles here

This store has definitely made improvements for the better. Store is always well stocked, and the addition of self check out has given the consumer more options. Staff is courteous and friendly. Prices are the best compared to the other major markets.

The Store is Always Clean, the staff is Very Helpful. My Wife and I Love the Music, it keeps you in a Great mood when Grocery Shopping may not be your Favorite thing to do.

I liked this ShopRite. It's different than the one in my neighborhood. It's really big. I liked that it's roomy and you can shop in peace. The flower selection was not big though. But definitely check it out, a nice store.

This is BY FAR the worst ShopRite I have ever been to. It is disgustingly dirty. I don't know if they are doing renovations or what but the lay out of the store makes no sense, and things are in a different stop every time. It's dark and dingy in there, and definitely doesn't give me confidence that the food is fresh. As for the cashiers and customer service.... they are rude and nasty. Half of the cashiers are high. Unfortunately this is the closest supermarket to my house, but I'll be driving to the Pearl River ShopRite from now on.

No matter what time you go the checkout lines are always a nightmare. Aside from the atrocious check out times I can't complain about anything else. I usually find what I'm looking for. I recommend ordering from home to avoid the lines though

In-store grocery pickup was hard to find as there is no signage directing you towards where to pick it up, and the employee I asked gave me a look as if I was crazy asking him where I pick up the groceries. On top of that, they didn’t have half of the items I ordered online (even though the website says they were in stock).

I've been shopping at the store for many years now I have been shopping at ShopRite for decades one of my favorite grocery stores but I have one complaint if you do not have a ShopRite card you do not get the sale price I guess that's the price of being a member. So make sure you go to the courtesy counter get a card download the app and put it on your phone this way you don't have to worry about if you ever have it with you and happy shopping.

Food is fresh,very good flavor. Reasonably priced. Everything freshly made but don't expect it ready in 10-15 minutes,more like 20-30 but still worth the wait!

Good grocery, fresh produce, quality meat and fish. Clean and well maintained. Opens early and closes late so it's there when you expectedly have need. Usually their are enough checkouts manned so no long lines. The pharmacy is good for common prescriptions but the CVS at the other end of the parking lot is a better bet for recuring and uncommon prescriptions. Good variety of beers. Great bakery for bread, rolls and desserts. Surprisingly good cake. Excellent deli department. Friendly staff.

Discusting And Not organized went here and it was not cleaned properly especially the deli the tables were nasty and not wiped the deli people were disrespectful towards me for ordering too much meat product like seriously? Mostly everything here wasent changed. Cashier was beyond unprofessional didn’t know how to use a dam register im never coming back.

I placed an online order from this location the beginning of April. The driver arrived April 2nd, delivered what we ordered and left. As he was leaving he backed into my garage door and left. I called the store and the manager, Joe I think, said he would notify the delivery company. Two weeks go by and no call. I call back and same manager is very short with me on the phone and said he passed on the message then hung up. I called the corporate office twice and was told it could take a few weeks to get back to me. It is now June and no calls. I have stopped shopping at Shop Rite due to this issue. We spend roughly $800.00 to $1000.00 a month on groceries.

Beautiful store but only 2 registers open with 5-6 customers in each line. I had 1 item, my free holiday item. Even self pay had a line.

We received mushy warm chicken breast on the bone, defrosted warm mushy tortellini, warm lettuce and were told the fridge and freezer were broken.... not sure how this is acceptable because you can get really ill from chicken and dairy not kept at the proper temperature

The bottle machine was full and the clerk said he can't open it. I said he may need the key. He gave the impression like the machines are always able to be opened. Later I saw him at the bottle machine emptying something out with a key.

Manager gave me extremely hard time trying to get my daughter her first price plus card claiming she.needed to show id when she didn't have a driver's license stony point shop rite offered me as many cards as id like without any type of hassle. I haven't shopped in the garnerville store in years due to that.
