Absolutely the best pharmacy. Veronica and Sana both went above and beyond their duties to assist me with a prescription situation. The rest of the staff greeted me as usual with so much love. Thank you CVS team. You guys rock!!!

Came here for a schedule flu shot, and had to wait a few minutes for the pharmacist to be ready, but once they were, they explained everything and did it 1,2,3. They did forget to give me any information showing I got the vaccine, but then 2 days later, I got a text with information and a link to save my vaccine time etc.I will say, I was late for my appointment, and called after the allotted time, and they said "just come in" and they helped me when I got there.

Went to CVS with a prescription for Malarone. Was told the prescription would cost 220 something dollars. Agreed to have that filled knowing the brand name actually costs that amount. The next day I come back to pick up the med and they have filled the script with the generic that costs 35 dollars and are still trying to charge 220 something dollars. These people are scam artists. Don't trust them. Whole pharmacy needs replaced if this is the general behavior.

Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. The nasty pharmacist is more concerned about lunch than anything else. Terrible customer service!

I can't even begin to describe how much I hate this store with every fiber of my being. I feel tense before I even walk into the store. I don't understand why it's taken me 15 years or so to finally realize that I am never walking back in there again. I guess I'm a slow learner. How do I count the ways?1) It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week, I have never waited fewer than 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that is already ready. The line is always down one of the aisles.2) it doesn't matter what the prescription is, whether I called it in or had the doctor call it in, sent it in through the app, or dropped it off, they can never find it upon first looking for it. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to where prescriptions are held once they are ready to be picked up. The level of disorganization is astounding.3) Don't even get me started on the woman who has worked in the pharmacy forever who has literally the loudest voice I've ever heard in my life and you can hear her from anywhere in the store shrieking out people's names and the names of their medications. There is no regard whatsoever for privacy at this store.4) Today the woman working at the register in the pharmacy was actually quite nice (she must be new - I've never seen her before) but the line was still epic. Regardless of how nice she was the whole place is so poorly organized and managed that there is no way she can provide the level of customer service that I'm sure she would like to provide and that their customers are entitled to. Every other cashier I've encountered there is surly.5) I had ordered a couple of refills through the app. One medication had refills left on it and the other would require a phone call to my doctor to authorize the refill. A pretty standard procedure. I ordered the refills 5 days ago. When I got there the one was ready and the other one had never even been called into my doctor. They offered me the glorious opportunity to consult with the pharmacist to find out why it hadn't been called into my doctor, but, since I had already waited in line for 25 minutes and I had other things to do, I declined.6) The icing on the cake today that solidified my decision to never go back in there again: An older couple was waiting for flu shots. When the pharmacist FINALLY came out from behind the counter, carrying the shot in her gloved hand, she touched every surface in the store that it was possible to touch on her way out with her OTHER gloved hand. So, here you go lady, here's your flu shot with a side of staph infection.

Teenage daughter with kidney stoneCan’t keep anything downSpent day in ERCalled to have anti nausea sent to pharmacy and was told by the pharmacy department if I am not there by 9pm (this was at 8:43) she would be CLOSING!Great customer service! Hope your kid never gets a kidney stone!Oh and this was after she also told me it was 90 min to wait for the prescription fill so I patiently went home only to arrive at the door to a text saying it was ready!!! (20 min after I dropped it off) Mary is always super friendly and nice. This was not Mary

Poor customer service. Workers seem stressed out all the time and overworked. They give conflicting information. They input wrong info so always have to double check them. Eg: wrong DOB, wrong insurance information. Cant find refill after saying it is ready 🤔 The service was much better years ago

Who wants to work in a Pharmacy these days? It is like a never ending assembly line with sick angry people lined up before you, who can barely walk let alone stand there...all while granny at the check out roots through her purse looking for the credit card. This is a great lesson in humility and patience...and yes, the counter personnel don't always rise to the occasion!!! But it is actually is a tough job. Health care for all is mostly a blessing...even with the lines!

Had the covid vaccine here and the experience was excellent. I was very nervous, but the medical staff were super caring and thoughtful. Sandra, who was keeping an eye on everyone post-vaccine, was so kind and reassuring. Thank you, Sandra and CVS team!

Sonia at the Pharmacy had great customer service. An old guy was even yelling at her and being quite vulgar, but she maintained her professionalism while interacting with him.Cvs as a whole isnt good. It was a nightmare to get my prescription. I feel Sonia went out of her way to help and I appreciated that.

For a 24 hour CVS location like this one, I'm not quite sure why at not even 11pm, suddenly they're getting ready to supposedly lockup & close for the night according to another woman bringing her cart, along with 2 others nearby my vehicle as I was attempting to get outta my car to go inside. This is the 2nd time they've closed well & before midnight even, at this specific location, but then again I'm not really impressed ANY TIME I've gone into this CVS location before their suspicious early closing of their 24 HOUR PHARMACY/STORE prior to this. Shelves were always a disaster, it was next utterly impossible at all times to ever find a thing on the shelves if the doors weren't locked or closed before you walk into this location like they're trying to keep the customers away intentionally or something here. It's just very tacky all around honestly, who wants to try finding an employee in a store like this, that's literally chaos from top to bottom constantly no matter what time of day you see it, but due to their "staff shortages" of course there's no employee to find to ask anything of them or inquire as ro where a specific items suddenly in this store only, somehow the hidden item I can't seem to find without asking for an employees assistance as nothing is in the same order or logical order either for that matter in this store at any time of the day, in any of the aisles at all, nothings in the same places as it should or would be in all other CVS locations. And so help me g-d an employee literally points at the aisle & tells a customer it's down there, but won't show a customer to the physical items, so help a customer can't find the items without the employees assistance, talk about hibernation, not only do they go into intentional hibernation it seems in this store, but they also don't wanna help customers when the customers catch their eye & ear & ask for their assistance showing them where they stocked an item besides either telling them verbally or pointing at the aisles but never ever going with the customer to assist them, lord help any customers who can't find the items based on the hand signals the employee directed you using to the aisle needed for that item, if you bother an employee twice here, GOOD HEAVENS LOOK OUT it's as though you've COMPLETELY interrupted that employees WHOLE ENTIRE DAY if you require additional assistance from them, IF of course they haven't done the point, dodge, dash, disappear & hide on you first!!! All in all, this is just one of the most unprofessional, disrupted, disorganized, disasters for CVS locations!! If their staff shortage is forcing their supposed hours to be cut, I say close this location all together, they don't wanna work at this location even when the doors are unlocked & opened for business, do the community a favor, there's another CVS location 1 town over anyway, shut it down stop this back & forth questioning chaos constantly!!!

I wish I could give this place less then a one the staff is mixed batch of barely attentive to down right negative and often it's the latter your lucky if you get your medicine and it's like they know their aren't many options for you either it's terrible especially if your Neuro divergent/chronically ill/transitioning if you have medication you need to take regularly it will always become and issue and you literally do the job of the pharmacy. You will also have to look into calling if any other pharmacy may have your medication only other option is Stony point ND they aren't much vetter either.

Pharmacy staff is LAZY AF! Instead of calling doctors to get authorization on certain refills, they moronically notify the customer their medication refills are ready and wait until the customer comes in to tell them that it can't be refilled. Not only is it an inconvenience to the customer but it's absurd and leads to a problem EVERY MONTH we need to get this particular medication filled. On top of the inconsiderate incompetence, some of the pharmacists are plain old nasty rude.

This is the slowest CVS on planet earth. If you are in line at the drive thru turn your vehicle OFF. Perhaps, somewhere within the multiverse, another more efficient CVS exists... But this location is run by the sloths from Zootopia.

Dropped medication off at 12:50. Picked it up at 5 pm . when I first dropped my medication off I was told in a hour it would be ready. I went around 3pm and was told it still wasn't ready. I also Wasn't notified that one of my medications wasn't available and when I was told it was only because I called. I'm not sure if the staff is understaffed but I do recall multiple people in line on my first visit and also multiple people sitting on my second visit.

Staff is very helpful , Polite and Professional. Even with the work load this store puts on them. People should just get the app and stop going by what the doctors offices are saying when the meds are ready. You aren't the only prescription in town..🤦‍♂️

I rarely write reviews but felt other customers should know as you can see from other reviews. This is the worse pharmacy I've ever been to in the CVS network for over 20 years. They need more help, answer the phone, fill prescriptions when given instead of me following up and better customer manners especially the Manager "David". You go in not feeling well and go out feeling worse. This what happens when a company wants to be the BIG BOY on the block. I've wrote to headquarters several times and filled their survey which was a waste of time. I have to say there was a reply by a manager by the name of Sharon so I called and emailed as she requested and never heard back. I rate this CVS as a NEGATiVE STAR. If you still like to use CVS I recommend Bardonia or Walgreens right down the road from Garnerville.

I got my all four of my wisdom teeth extracted on Monday night all the way in PEEKSKILL! The medication was sent promptly when I left the dentist office. From Peekskill to haverstraw for a milk shake, to daycare to get my children, and drop me off home.... when my cousin got there my medication still wasn’t ready ! I was in excruciating pain! Idk what these people do all day but it’s not working out for the patients.

Terrible experience! As you can see from the sign and online, this branch closes at 10pm on Tuesday. So when I arrived at 9:55 (to pick up an off the shelf item) to find the doors closed with the associate just shrugging their shoulders at me I was very disappointed. If you are looking for customer service, go to a different store.

1 star is too many. Everything takes forever. Most times that I have called, they have left me on hold for over 10 mins. I usually end up hanging up and calling back. Most of the staff is nice but the waiting really is out of control.

Everytime I come here to pick up a prescription it is like an hour walt on the drive thru line. I'm waiting here now!! 2 cars ahead of me here for over 25 minutes. 4 cars behind me. Are they making the medications???

It's a nice and quiet place it's just sometimes the service is a little slow there but I don't really mind too much... only when I'm in a rush. The workers are very helpful so don't get me wrong.

I was in the drive-thru waitting for someone to help me it took 10 minutes for someone to show up to the window to ask if i was beeing helped, gave him my name & DOB and waitted another 25 minutes to get the medication that it was suppose to be ready an hour before i arrived at cvs! Ridiculous

I only gave it one star because there is no zero star option. Never ever fill a prescription here unless you can wait 6 hours for your meds.
