This is my favorite location for Trader Joe’s . They are very helpful and organized. I am a big gluten free buyer and this location meets my needs . Dorrian is an amazing worker and Trader Joe’s should look into investing refreshments or spritz for their hard working employees through out the day . Flowers are always fresh .

BEWARE!!!!!! OF DOUBLE TRANSACTIONS!!!!yesterday I went shopping at Trader Joe's and bought almost $300 worth of food. I shop for the month, at cash register 8, I was told my payment didn't go through and the lady asked me to swipe again, of course I did, got my receipt and I went on my way, reason why I don't return and go off is because I live in East long island a bit over an hour away, anyway as I get home I realized I was charged double! The first transaction did go through! Now if this was under $50 fine whatever but it's $600! In total, spoke to manager twice, very unkind and demeaning,and she said I'm lying, it doesn't show up on their end. And won't help or do anything to reimburse or at least try to investigate what happened. Be careful, times are hard enough and to be stolen from a big company, its heartbreaking.

I love Trader Joes..the one I go-to most is in Plainview.. they always have everything the store is always fully stocked but the difference is the people that work there...there Great

Have been ordering from Amazon Fresh for almost two years service is terrible waited 3 hours for delivery and order was canceled. Went to Trader Joe's for the first time in years. Service was excellent quality of food and prices was amazing. Loved every single thing I purchased reasonably priced and fresh, healthy, and tasty. No more Amazon fresh or Whole Foods for me.

I went here unexpectedly. I did not have my own bags. The cashiers are obnoxious. They overpacked the bags and they broke. When I tried to tell the girl, she caught an attitude. I mentioned it to the manager and he didn't seem to care.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences shopping here. I like to look up ratings before I purchase bc they are usually accurate. I highly recommend their Pork & Ginger Soup dumplings, the dark chocolate almond butter pretzel nuggets, and their coconut smoothie which they can have a low supply of.

Great selection and quality products as expected from Trader Joe’s, but the store felt a bit cramped during busy hours. Despite the space issue, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the unique variety of items made the visit worthwhile. Just wish there was a bit more room to navigate comfortably. Overall, a solid shopping experience.

Went there on a Sunday about 12pm and it was soooo packed! Some stuff they didn't have in stock and I see many employees restocking. But I would think they do that before opening? So perhaps it would be better to go later in the day where things are restocked? But anyhow, given the amount of people in there, the check out was very quick and all the staff is very nice and friendly.

Great store for picking things up not at your local market. I'd say go early, but other people think alike, so it always seems to be packed. Besides that, the staff is friendly and always helpful. They have good sales at times and you'd usually end up buyin' more than you need (or maybe it's just me).

I love everything about Trader Joe's! The prices are outstanding and so is most everything else. The cashiers are always friendly and very fast. I commend them for moving the line so quickly!

I love the culture of this place. The staff is amazing but stopping whatever they are doing to help you. A real winner.I think that if they had a slightly larger space to add a hot bar like wholefoods but with just their branded foods that it would be a real winner. However, they are so profitable that it really doesn't matter.I'm waiting for a TJ's credit card.

The location is pretty good. The selection is extravagant, but not the best I've ever seen for a Trader Joe's. When I went there, it was extremely busy with lots of people bumping into each other and parking was not as easy as it could have or normally is. The prices for most things were very good and typical of trader Joe's, but there are a few items that you'd probably want to buy elsewhere as they clock in at a few dollars above the norm. One such example is the tomato sauce. The tomato sauce here was a few dollars above what you'd find at either a typical supermarket (Stop & Shop/ShopRite) or a big box store (BJ's/Costco).Overall, I was very happy with the store and the customer service was very friendly and welcoming.

Very good experience here at Trader Joe's. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to get to off old country road. The place is clean and neat. They have a lot of brands and things you cant find anywhere else. I was really impressed with the atmosphere and enjoyed looking around. I will be back Trader Joe's. Thank you the groceries.

The prices have skyrocketed at Trader Joe's. I used to come here because the prices were reasonable. Now I can't afford the prices. A bottle of Olive oil used to be $7.99. Now it's $11.99.

My favorite store since I discovered it years ago. But this location never fails to disappoint. All of the employees are always so kind and helpful. Just be prepared for longer than normal check-out lines and difficulty finding parking on the weekends.

I like this trader joes..parking is always available and somewhat crowded during the weekend but that's usual in any trader joes. People are friendly and food is fresh.

Wow! The price is cheap and there are so many good menus for a simple meal. Pineapple juice, a PB product, is delicious. Make sure to stop by!

Great selection and amazingly helpful staff. People were asking us if we needed help. Checkout process was flawless. Great selection; well stocked with popular items. Sanitation and capacity were well managed. Looking forward to shopping here again.

I love Traders Joe's in general. The prices are reasonable (cheaper than most big chain supermarkets), wide selection of items (not carried in big markets), some gourmet type selections, fresh flowers and plants...their baked goods 👍🏼😋. I love when they seasonally themed yummies like Mango in the summer, Pumpkin in the fall. I love when them have tastings to promote a feature food. I'm really disappointed if they discontinue an item I particularly love and I've made a special trip for but still leave with several bagsFrom way back, I think they're the only store that would offer an incentive if you re-use their study paper bags; their efforts towards environmental concerns and healthier living is obvious in the products they sell. I laugh and affectionatey call them "hippie-trippy" (staff and assortment of organic / natural items, like toothpaste, deoedant, cleaners).They should, also, be applauded for their staff...I don't know if they feed them happy pills, LOL, but there's always a member in most aisles or somewhere close by, extremely friendly and helpful, many times going out of their way to help locate what you're looking for. The cashiers are super friendly, as well. Lines move quickly no matter how crowded.The street-like signs that name local towns gives the impression of valuing the communities they serve. Not sure if every store has a find the cougar (I can't remember his / her name) and encourage kids and child-like adults (me 🤚🏽) - rewarded with a trinket.Trader Joe's makes shopping fun!The only complaint I have about the Westbury store is the parking...Grrrr, but given the location near Roosevelt Field and the ton of other stores along Old Country Rd, it's unavoidable.

My husband and I are super fans of Trader Joe’s. It is so popular that the wait is always really bad due to social distancing during COVID-19. It has been almost 3 months since our last visit so we miss shopping there so much.The line on a Sunday afternoon at about 2:00pm wasn’t too bad so we finally got a chance. The staff was friendly, attentive and kept every customer in order.Most of shelves were fully stocked with a great variety of ingredients, products and prepared foods. The veggies and fruits were fresh. We got an adorable basil plant and are excited to use it cooking shortly.The drive from our home to this location wasn’t too bad so we will plan to visit again if we want something from TJ next time.

This trader Joe's is busy. I always seem to find what I need here and the cashier's are nice. Minus 1 for some seriously stuck up people shopping here. I know it's not TJs fault, but it does ruin the experience a little. Try the julienned carrots!
