I Recently started coming to this grocery store and it was nice at firs; But I won’t be returning as the store staff uncomfortably paced behind me literally 40 seconds after asking do I need any help.I responded no happily, but then the staff literally followed me, stopped as I stopped when shopping.Profiling happens here and it’s disgustingly obvious.Took the whole little enjoyment out the little grocery run.Decided to cut my list short at milk and cookies.

I had a lovely time grocery shopping at King’s Market. The magazine section was well constructed, since it encompassed meditation and yoga literature as a resource: “A Spiritual Life”/edition helped me reflect on the mindful strategies/practices I already implement into my daily routine…aligned to my wellness goal’s developed by sharing brief historical facts, including the photographs of architectural site’s, and the region many spiritual being’s from multi-cultural ethnicities facilitate their spiritual practice’s for centuries. This was also enhanced by photograph’s of what symbolic church’s, synagog’s, temples, and mosques stimulate/enhance spiritual evolution throughout this global world such as: St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Cathedral of La Segrada, and an honorary tribute to the Western Wall. If you read further you’ll notice “A How to Guide to Meditation” accompanied by the display’s of organic, healthy, exotic selections; as well as affordable fruits, vegetable’s, grain’s, jam, and more ingredient’s that made this experience for me a true melting-pot. You’ll be greeted with a smile, and cared for by the hardworking employee’s here, just like I was by Mohammed. May I remind you to get a circular and flyer, so that you can save your coin’s…whether you’re ordering meal’s, or delivering them. I was elated to chat with the fellow customer’s that were quite friendly. The music was holiday specific, and yet; modern diverse song’s enhanced the cheerful mood you may feel shopping for the best products. Enjoy your encounter!

Not all the employees but the poor leadership and management here of this location who made everyone’s work impossible here, I was a employee here and I had time with the company 7 years and was NEVER offered full time position not to mention full time goes by “seniority” and it’s union too but instead of doing the right thing you hire someone new and younger at $20/hr with no experience and because of their “young beauty appearance” and conflict of interest as well how they were related to someone there and that didn’t last you long enough too after I left, your new hire left too ! I’m glad I left this toxic work environment and I’m doing ALOT more better now and glad that manager got transferred somewhere else and hope the next location is aware of his dirty work too !And don’t be afraid to speak up too the power of social media today and expose them all the truth !

Overall, a nice upscale neighborhood spot. Their idea if a sale price and my idea of a sale price is totally different. Ironically it's part of the Albertsons family but doesn't take part in their pricing. I do enjoy their salad bar a d some of the in store bakery items.

A really high quality supermarket that never disappoints. Although the prices are higher you get what you pay for. Only the highest quality produce and meat is sold here. Your standard selection of pre packaged grocery items but the store is very nice and clean. Staff is always ready to help.

Convenient since everything you need isn't so spread out across a huge store. However, I like to shop early to beat the crowds.. unfortunately nothing was set up at the fish section yet by 9AM. Also, make sure the to check the expiration dates here.

Excellent place to shop. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. Including the public restrooms. This is a great place to find hard to find items. Some of the items are pricey but that does not deter me from shopping here.

Rude deli person. Referred to me as mommy. That was my dream to be 1 as in a mommy. So was insulted. Was rude about forks. Bought a salad and looked for few mins for forks. Assume deli guy would have 1. Right am I wrong. Had good experience before. This was a sad change.

Nice supermarket but the employees get treated like they slaves meanwhile the managers just stand around and boss the employees around like they nothing Dave and Laura both doesn’t care about nobody that works there rather you going through something personal or not they have no care or feelings for they employees and THATS why they can’t never get no new employees to stay because of they attitudes and the way they act

A good small upscale supermarket with quality merchandise. Now during covid-19 only the back entrance is open and the Franklin Ave entrance is not. You can call and have them pick your groceries and bring them to your car.

Kings Food Market is upscale offering tasty quality meats, fish and produce. If you don't see it, ask. On my last visit, the butcher was kind enough to check downstairs and moments later presented me with an excellent sized Leg of Lamb. He then trimmed it down a few pounds to my desired needs. My kids all time favorites are their in-house made chicken burgers seasoned with cheeses, onions, and vegetables. They have several varieties, and I enjoy their lamb burgers too! Their seafood is top quality and always fresh. The case is amply filled with ice and presents well. Their aisles may be narrow, but this is one time, size does not matter. Specialty items, as well as store, made foods abound, aisle after aisle. You can also partake in launching here as they have an excellent deli, pre-made sushi, pre-made hot soups and sandwiches along with both the Mediterranean and Salad Bars. Seasonal delights fine chocolates dot the aisles. They have a small bakery area jam-packed with delicious donuts, uber decadent chocolate covered pretzels, and decadent cakes. And if you want to add some beauty to your dining table, you can pass by the floral area and bring home a fresh, colorful bouquet.

Marlon went out of his way to find diet ginger ale with lemonade for me. He put away 4 that he found and told me when to come in and pick it up. I enjoy Kings Food Market especially in Garden City. I come from all the way in Oceanside just to shop here.

I ordered a thanksgiving dinner and was very disappointed. I didn’t receive the entire order. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and was promised that someone would drop off the missing items. No show and I feel the manager just wanted to appease me for the moment. I could have picked up the items if I didn’t expect delivery. Very disappointed!

Wow talk about flashbacks, loved coming here when I lived out in Franklin square. Staff was always friendly never any issues. It’s a food market, shelf’s were always stocked up.
