I went to Key Food a couple days ago, and my hand forces me to write this review. I was looking for some graham crackers and cereal. I bought them, but when I got home, they were both OPENED in the box, and the cereal was half empty. It is absolutely mind blowing how this is the kind of stuff that is on the shelves ready to be sold to people. Unbelievable. Do better Key Food. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The store is clean and the cashiers are pleasant and helpful. The meat department has a nice selection of fresh cuts. Prices are a bit higher than the competition, but the quality is well worth the extra cost. The produce is fresh and the deli department has lots to choose from. Thumbs up!

This is a small, well compact supermarket. I am impressed with their deli section as they not only have all kinds of deli products, but all kinds of hot and cold prepared foods.. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My local Key Food is GREAT. All of the standard items you expect. Fresh fish, meat and Deli are all clean and friendly staff. They carry organic and regular products. The Caribbean flavors are amazing. Plenty of Latino products. They also carry beers from different Latin countries. Overall great store.

All in all this store has pleasant and helpful employees. I can always find what I need. I would like it if the deli counter could take your order and call you over the PA when your order is ready, as the deli counter is quite often very busy. I never have problems with out dated items, everything is always nice and fresh. The one thing is, this store could really use a renovation. It is an old store that does nice business for its size.

Convenient local store in Garden City, super friendly staff and high quality produce. Sushi options are good and overall range is good for a smaller store. Opening hours are good 7am - 9pm every day except Sunday when it comes at 8pm. If staying at the garden city hotel get bottled water here rather than paying 5 bucks for water in the rooms.

This is the go-to-market for many locals. For one, the store is easy to maneuver as it is small in comparison to many others. Over the last few years, they have expanded and improved they're ready to serve and deli items. Is it looking to put together a top-notch meal without doing all that prep and cooking? Then this may be one of the best spots for quality and value. From appetizers including sushi to salads, soups and a vast selection of entree choices, why cook on a weeknight when you can sit back while dinner warms up. They offer an array of meats plus seasoned meats you cook at home as well. They have a Carvel case that is sure to be a birthday hit to whomever it is served. The staff is pleasant, and parking is available.

While I was shopping, I saw Gianni be extremely rude and crumple up a delivery order in front of the driver this was very inappropriate behavior. Will not be shopping here, if that is how they treat vendors, I can only imagine customers. Very organized store and good display but customer service is KEY!

Love this market! They have a great selection, very fresh produce, friendly and helpful staff, and fast checkout. They never ran out of essentials during the pandemic. Highly recommend. A+.

Small grocery store with limited selection. Huge parking lot in the back. Prices are overpriced compared to the larger grocery chains. Not worth coming here as a weekly scheduled grocery run.
