Brought my dog here yesterday, after I noticed he was limping & having a hard time getting out of his bed. All staff was kind & comforting treating my Gus like a king, showering him with pets & compliments lol. The veterinarian, Dr. Snipas, listened to my concerns & ensured I was comfortable with the treatment plan. Pricing was fair & transparent. I will definitely use Bond Vet in the future for all my dog’s medical needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. I found a kitten in the hood of my car on a Saturday afternoon and my regular vet was closed. I remember passing this place a million times and reached out- they didn’t have any openings but got me in same day just to do a basic check to make sure the kitten didn’t have a fever or any obvious problems. I was seen the next day for a full visit. They showed me a financial estimate before everything, something I’ve never experienced before, which was much appreciated.The entire staff is phenomenal- extremely friendly and personable. I have to give a shout out to front desk Michelle, Dr. Kaladeen, Dr. Weisberg, all the nurses.My partner and I fell in love with the practice and are now happy current patients. We’ve been maybe 4 or 5 times since for boosters, etc, and we will continue to go here moving forward. We’re all very happy, including baby Nemu ❤️

Bond vet Garden City provides exceptional service. It is easy to get an appointment, we rarely have to wait once we check in and the staff is professional. I would recommend Bond Vet to anyone wanting very personal care for their pet.The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Michael Weisberg has been treating Shea for about a year now and we are huge fans. He is so caring, knowledgeable & makes Shea feel very comfortable. Dr. Weisberg is always very engaging and best of all he is very thorough. Our dog Thunder loved his first visit at Bond Vet! The vet spent over 30 minutes with him in the exam room and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was also extremely cost efficient compared to his other vets office with amazing care and a clean office. The front desk staff and vet assistants were also so kind and made our boy feel super loved. Highly recommend!Wanted to update this review to include Sky, our new puppy. The staff at bond vet have done all of her puppy appointments and always treated her like a princess! She just got spayed today at bond vet and it went so well! We love Michelle, Scott, Dr. Weisberg, Dr. Pea and all of the staff who keep sky safe and healthy.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The waiting area and exam room was very comfortable for not just my cat, myself as well. It's also very clean. The vet and her assistant was very patient and gentle with my cat when examining. They were very professional. Everything was explained thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with this Vet Office! My dog Ice had a bad infection on his skin and he had licked it terribly to the point I had no choice but to find a doctor. I am glad I found them. They love animals and Ice enjoyed his visit. His rash seems to be getting better now and that makes us all happy he is no longer in pain or discomfort. Thankfully, We found Ice a good doctor!

Super clean, really friendly and caring staff!Bond vet is a corporation, but nothing like other corporate vets. They give the atmosphere that a corporate vet can give such as it being really nicely decorated and extremely clean.However, it also has the care and staff of a small vet.I’ve had some financial issues lately so I need to be more conscious unfortunately of money. This was a very non-judgmental zone and Dr Singh went over the care plan and pricing for everything before he did anything.Overall, a great experience and Ollin and I highly recommend!

We've been coming to Bond Vet in Garden City for a few years now, since our previous vet closed for renovations. At Bond Vet, our cats have always gotten great care, with concern not only for their physical health, but also for their comfort and well being during the visit. (Cats are not known for being easy patients!) Our one-year-old cat had a visit last weekend. The staff and doctor treated him with gentleness and thoroughness. Because it was a wellness visit, and we didn't have any serious concerns about our cat's health, Dr. Weisberg gave us different options as far as his lab tests were concerned. We appreciated that finances were considered in our cat's care. We love Dr. Weisberg and how he and his staff cared for our beloved cat!

I’ve been taking my senior pup to Bond Vet for a few months now, and each time I have an immaculate experience. Besides the beautiful space being designed to feel very “home-y” and comfortable- the staff is also extremely kind and warm as well. I want to give Michelle a special shout out because you can tell she just has a big heart and really cares for our pups and their parents. Receptionists make a big difference and every receptionist has been incredible but she definitely goes above and beyond! Dr. Michael Weisberg is so knowledgeable and not judgmental at all. Both him and Dr. Jessica Chandler truly pour their hearts into giving my pup the best care despite her health issues. Since going into heart failure and having a heart murmur, they helped bring my senior pup back to her puppy like self. It’s also very easy to reach them and I never wait long to be seen. Can’t recommend them enough! 💓

Dr. Weisberg is the best doctor! Both of my kittens love him! He is caring and is always eager to answer any questions or concerns. He goes out of his way to make sure my kittens are happy and healthy and takes his time to answer ALL of my questions. I never feel rushed out of the office and they are always upfront about any charges and always let you see the screen explain step by step how much everything costs before they proceed....so there are no surprises like at some other clinics. We love this doctor and we love the staff! Will recommend this place to everyone!

It is all about customer service, and I can see that Bond Vet’s founder and leadership did an extraordinary job in investing in its technology infrastructure, staff, and interior design.- Bond Vet’s app allows me to make appointments and access my dog’s info and medical records anytime and anywhere, and I get emails of the invoices and medical records instantly. I do everything on my phone, including making insurance claims for vet bill reimbursements.- Their staff — be it the receptionists, techs, or doctors — genuinely seem happy to work there. I have to mention that Dr. Weisberg personally and proactively kept me informed throughout the operation and followed up with me and enthusiastically answered post-op questions.- The atmosphere of the place has a different vibe, almost like a doggy day care. Who knew a dog can actually like going to the doctor’s office.

I can not say enough good things. We have been using them for over a month. My old vet refused to see us and euthanasia for my dog. I called and they squeezed me in immediately. Took time to explain everything. They were so patient with us from front desk to nurses and the amazing Dr.Chandler. i literally said when I get new dog Dr. Chandler will be my vet from here out. I got a new puppy. My experience was amazing . We have been in a few times already and still same loving atmosphere. Today my puppy decided to swallow a battery. I called and spoke to people and said she needs to be seen right away they literally fit me in and did everything they needed to remove the battery safely. Dr.Chandler and her staff was beyond anything I have ever felt. They have so much love for the animals. I would recommend through and through. One very happy customer. I love this group so much.

It was the first time taking our pup to Bond & it was a wonderful experience. He had a couple of skin issues. The receptionist, vet tech and the vet were professional and pleasant. Dr Weisberg addressed our concerns and made recommendations for Tucker.Easy to make an appointment. We were able to go into the examination room with Tucker unlike other vet practices.

They were so accommodating and friendly . We had a bit of an emergency on Easter Sunday .They really made us very comfortable leaving our dog there to treat him . Bond vet in Garden City is a great veterinary clinic to take ur fur baby. I have brought my baby there a few times Dr Weisberg n nurse Scott r a great duo. Dr Weisberg is very thorough , caring, professional n gentle with my fur baby. I really appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions n concerns n nurse Scott was just great with my baby when he was so sick n I was a nervous wreck . He explains things in details so u understand what exactly is going on n what needs to be done. These qualities r so refreshing. All n all the staff there r all very nice n this is the only clinic I take my fur baby.

Don’t be deceived by their cute marketing and modern office design. This place is the absolute last resort if you need urgent care and can’t get into a real vet. Disorganized, unprofessional, and lack experience. They literally set a timer when the visit starts to make sure they don’t spend more than 15 minutes with you. By no means should you ever use Bond Vet as your long term vet. Avoid at all costs.

On April 16, 2021, my baby girl, Snowball was feeling sick. I called Bond Vet @ Garden City, LI early that morning to schedule an appointment later on that day. They were very courteous and worked around my work schedule. Once I arrived, they took Snowball and asked me what was wrong with her. The waiting was not long. When the veterinarian completed her examination, she came and spoke with me of Snowball’s issue. Sent me home with medication for Snowball. Their pricing was very reasonable.I felt very comfortable leaving Snowball at Bond Vet because of their professionalism, and the quality of service they provided. A good friend had told me about Bond vet in Garden City.. well our Beno Bear is a current patient who has been blessed to have Dr. Michael Weisberg caring for him. Dr. Weisberg is thorough, compassionate and listens, his professionalism is on a league of its own. The staff is amazing, Michelle, Izzy, Jenna, Kaity have been part of his main team when Beno goes in for appointments and they make him happy and comfortable. Beno has been seen for a few things including arthritis, panel work-ups, not feeling well to dental surgery. All of which Dr. Weisberg has been addressing and having Beno Bear live his best senior years ever! What a pleasant surprise. Nice premises, wonderful veterinarian who can think and speak properly, we and our two puppies got lots of attention. Great services. I will gladly drive 20 minutes to this office - no more trips to the local low class vet office. And no more Vetco which is no longer quality and no low cost.
