Purchased my invisible fence back in 2013. Best investment for our dogs. At the time of installing the fence we had 2 labs who loved to be outside. With our lot of 3 acres we definitely needed something for the dogs to enjoy where we felt safe. The install was very quick and they helped train the dogs. They caught on to the fence very quickly. The ultimate test happen a week after their training. They both spotted deer at the edge of the woods and ran towards them. They instantly stopped right at the point the invisible fence was located. Years later we only have one lab left but she is absolutely amazing and safe in our yard. The fence is pricey but 100% worth the investment.

We could not be happier with our invisible fence! Our puppy had finally found her freedom, off leash, to roam around our property safely and run to her hearts content! Invisible Fence was great to work with. They set up appointments easily, were on time and professional, and the trainer was great with our dog. After a month we needed the correction adjusted, and the trainer came out promptly and helped us. They were able to track how many times our dog had tested the boundary and how many times he had gotten out in assessing the need to raise the signal for the correction. Our dog respects the boundary well now. Invisible Fence was great to deal with and very cost effective!

Kim is Fabulous!! She truly cares about your dog. Her employees helped us to figure out the best option for our dog and the area that we wanted her to have free roam of while keeping her safe.There were many different options available to also include different places in and around the house that we wanted to keep her out of. I really felt like they were working with me to problem solve so that my dog could use the most of our very large yard.The price was very reasonable compared to other invisible fence companies that I contacted for quotes. We have had our fence now for now nine years without any problems.The trainers come and work so gently and lovingly to show your dog the perimeter that you’ve set up. They will come back to retrain and make adjustments without a problem. We had a breach on our invisible fence line and they came back to find it and fixed it for a very reasonable price.They also contact us regularly to ask if we need any batteries so that we never run out.I highly recommend Kim and her people if you are considering an invisible fence to keep your pets safe.

Justin came out and installed the invisible fence and did the initial training with our dog Ginger. Very professional and did a great job on everything. Very detailed on the directions with the training and was very helpful. After the two weeks the owner Kim came out to complete second training session. She had a lot of great information and spent quite some time here showing me the training process on the higher level as Ginger was walking right thru the boundaries. After about a week and a couple zaps Ginger is staying back from the flags and staying within the boundary,. I’m so happy with the results and the personal service we have received. I would highly recommend!

The whole process was seamless! Jason thoroughly mapped out the perfect place for our fence according to our landscape. When he trained our two dogs, it was apparent how much the well being of our pups was to him. Ten days later when Keeley arrived, again, she immediately bonded with our pups and showed a love and respect that comes only from a dog liver. Invisible Fence was a pleasure to work with. They got us setup with an invisible fence that enclosed out entire property so our dog could have plenty of room to run. Once setup, they came by to work with our dog and train him to understand the boundaries or the fence. Any time I've needed to replace the battery in the collar I have one mailed out to me the next day. Overall a great experience and a pleasure to work with!

I live on a busy County Route and was worried sick my dogs would run into the road. After interviewing many different companies that offered similar products I chose Invisible Fence. I have two standard poodles and I wanted the best for them and that choice for me was Invisible Fence! The dogs adjusted quickly to the training method and the finial training with the professional trainer went very well. She was very informed and worked with both dogs until they were custom fit with their new collars. It has been 4 months now they go out the front door into the back yard and run play! My husband and I are still in shock at how well the invisible fence has been working for our 5 year old Redtick Coonhound named Bella. She has always been full of energy and we knew how much she needed to have a safe place to roam and run. We did the 2 week training faithfully and after Keely came to see how Bella was doing, we were all amazed. She usually would take off on us any chance she got but ever since the fence has been installed, she has not tested it. She loves to go and walk all over her space and you can just see the smile she has on her sweet face! We are 100% satisfied and thrilled we finally took the step to get the invisible fence to give our dog exactly what she always needed and wanted. Bella is truly happy and now greets people calmly. Kim and her staff at invisible fence are amazing. They installed our invisible fence back in 2014. We have 4 dogs. I remember Kim arriving at our home and getting right down on the floor to let our pups sniff her and accept her. She’s such a natural with dogs. We sat down and planned out our invisible fence and collars etc. Kim and a staff member came and trained our pups with much love, care and guidance. We have since ordered some garden rocks and counter discs to continue to make our home safe and looking good! I would say if your thinking of an invisible fence call Kim! You will never regret it! They were great they took the time to help us make sure that our dogs learn where the fence were. installation didn’t take long and even after I accidentally cut the cord they came as soon as they could to fix the fence. I called Invisible Fence of the Tri-Cities and Hudson Valley we got an adorable lab puppy. We were lucky to already have a fence installed at the house we purchased recently but didn't know if it was in working order. Kim was quick to respond to my email and set up an appointment for Justin to come take a look at the system. Luckily the fence was in working order after a small repair and with a new collar, battery, etc. we were able to get it up and going for our new puppy. Although the weather put a damper on the training, Kim was very understanding of needing to reschedule training sessions. Justin, the trainer, was very knowledgeable and patient with our puppy. I first spoke with Kim three years ago. I already had an invisible fence at my primary home, so I didn’t need a unit or collars. I needed an invisible Fence for my camp to be installed. I only use the camp for two months and they were very busy, but Kim squeezed me in thank goodness, because my dogs always run free at home, so if l had to tie them up; it would’ve ruined a better part of the summer if I had to wait. Kim totally understood that, and sent a young man out right away.This past summer, I called Kim again because my neighbors while doing construction, accidentally broke my fence. Once again they were very busy, but Kim still squeezed me in and had someone come and fix the wire ASAP. She was very kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and funny. Our experience with Kim and Jim at invisible fence was a professional and Wonderful experience. Jim took his time answering all of our questions and Kim came to our home twice to work with our dogs to make sure that they were Properly trained with the invisible fence. Kim's company, Invisible Fence of the Sri-Cities and Hudson Valley, installed an invisible fence about 8 years ago to contain our two dogs. She came up to assess and design the best configuration for our yard, listened to our concerns and revised the design to make it efficient and allow the dogs the most run of our property. The installation and training of the dogs with their fence collars went smoothly. After a period of use, she reevaluated the strength of the signal the dogs received for the fence. At all times, she and her staff were professional, knowledgable and friendly. In the years since the initial installation, Kim has swiftly responded to any repair issues (there have not been many at all), any new dog training needed, issues with existing collars, etc. I am very pleased with Kim, her company, the service they provided, their support level and maintenance, and the ease of working with them. 'Tri-Cities Invisible Fence installed a new fence for me about six years ago. Since then I have been;very satisfied with it. However, last year I got a new, energetic, boxer pup. For a while he was OK with the fence, but recently there have been several instances when he casually walked through it without getting corrected. I suspected that something was wrong with the fence, so I requested a house call. Keely arrived on time, and quickly determined that the fence was working, She looked at Gunner's collar, and found that it was too loose, and was also set lower than it should be for an adult boxer. Contact was pleasant and professional. Called and came right out to check what our invisible fencing needs would be. Added bonus...their business location is only 8-10 minutes from our home. Due to the nature of the past year with COVID their business had picked up tremendously. Our initial appointment for evaluating our fencing needs was at the end of March and they got us on their schedule for the beginning of May for installation; we actually received a call and they moved our appointment up a few days due to a cancellation. The installation went smoothly and the tech assisted in renewing the training for our dog; being as she had been on an underground fence in the past it didn't take long to refresh her training to the line. We are pleased with the performance of the underground fencing so far and our dog has not crossed the line since that first week of refresher training. Very pleased with the service and product and would highly recommend Invisible Fence of the Tri-Cities & Hudson Valley.

My wife and I agree that having the invisible fence installed was the 2nd best decision regarding our dog next to getting him. He is now able to enjoy our yard as much as we do and we don't have to tell our neighbors how great the product or service was because they can see it with their own eyes. Jim the owner came and did the sales pitch but honestly I was already sold because our ground anchor was turning into a trip hazard. I can't remember the guys name that did install but he was great and walked me through how to train our lab. After working with Cooper for a month the 2nd trainer came out and set the system to the correct correction level, just enough to get his attention but not so much that he's afraid to go out, and it's been great since. After 2 months of having the system installed the only regret we have is that we didn't do it sooner. Thank you to everyone.

Over the summer my 3 rescue dogs found a way out of my yard, they began terrorizing the neighborhood. This became a weekly thing, I would fix the fence but they would fine another way out, needless to say it was very stressful and my neighbors we’re getting very annoyed. I made a call to invisible fence and the owner came over to talk to me, he was very informative knowledgeable and answered every question I had. In August I had it installed and started training my dogs, I truly thought the training was going to be a big commitment and very stressful but to my surprise my dogs were trained within three days. My anxiety and stress levels are a 0, I can actually bring my three pit bulls in the front yard while I’m working on my lawn and they don’t leave my side. This is truly the best thing I ever did for my dogs and for my sanity I am so happy I did this. The owners and the trainer were very professional and spent as much time as I needed to train. I would recommend this to anyone who is having an issue with their pets getting out or just to be able and have them go outside with you and not have to worry that they’re going to chase everything in sight! I was pleasantly surprised that they were just happy to be outside with me and not Chase everything that walks by.Kim, thank you! This company was amazing to work with for our pups invisible fence. They were quick and on time. The gentleman that put the fence in was very nice and accommodating to our highly energetic pup. After having the fence, a few days we needed the line moved out a little further in one section of our yard and they came back and moved it for just the cost of the extra materials (no more than $20). I would definitely recommend using their team!

LIFE SAVER!!! After getting our first dog 2 years ago, we looked into fencing our backyard. A vinyl or chain link fence was WAY out of our budget and we really loved our open yard.
