Waitress was very lazy. She sat the entire time in a table that was sort of hidden in the back where staff keeps their bags and belongings. She sat there and took another tables drink order. I waited for a long time for coffee refills and got none so I got my own coffee refill. Other employees came into work and they all stood around laughing and talking while I got another refill of coffee. The sunny side up eggs were not cooked on top. Tons of slime / raw egg . They don’t know how to cook that type of egg. Hash brown were very small portions and not cooked as well. White toast was burnt and gross. Bacon was good and cooked perfectly. Two pies in the cabinet looked like garbage unwrapped paper all over them. As if they were thrown in the glass refrigerator as a great display. Very dirty around the cakes. These people have no pride in their work and as if they were forced to work there and I was bothering them when I ordered food. Waitress cleaned the table next to me sitting down. Too lazy to stand up and clean it properly. Monday @ 11:00 am. Staff sucked. They need to be replaced with people who care. I left zero tip because I don’t reward laziness.

I stopped by for a late lunch. My server was Gabby and she was fast and pleasant. The restaurant had two other tables occupied so it wasn't busy and my order was delivered promptly by Gabby. I ordered a"Triple Decker 4Cheese Melt" and it was virtually tasteless. The tomato soup was okay as were the French fries but for $14.57, I'd hoped for a really good cheese sandwich. I was bitterly disappointed. TA truckstop restaurants used to be reliably good but if this is any indication of quality; I won't be back.

Needed a Landstar inspection. With no appointment, they were able to get me in right away. Did a thorough inspection, advised me on upcoming issues for next inspection. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly People. Shea at the service counter, and the two technicians( forgot their names) were a pleasure. 👍👍

Do not use the truck shop!!! I brought my truck in for a service and the two clowns that worked on it had no clue of what they were doing. Overfilled the oil, left globs of grease on the fittings that they found, missed 7 grease fittings, and were dumb enough to grease the slick plate on my fifth wheel. I called the service manager afterwards and he found humor in the situation and acted like he really didn’t care. TA sucks!!!!

Only had visited with the truck repair shop of the establishment when I had to bring in my truck for a broken driver side wiper blade gears not working. All of the team there was very friendly, especially Elisha, and made me feel like I was back home when actually being on the road for work.

They took 5hrs to call me in for a trailer tire repair. Once i finally got in they tell me i need a New Rim. There was a small dent on bead area that they could have used a 5lb hamner to knock out Ive done it several times in my 32yrs of driving They are CROOKS.

Parking lot could use more lighting, but showers were clean, Thanksgiving meal was good waitress was very nice, and even the store clerk was in good spirits even though they were working on the holiday.

The woman at the service counter was being very rude to customers, and when I went to the fuel desk for a receipt, the girl was too busy playing on her phone to help me. Very poor customer service all around.

Parking lot is small but i managed to find a spot for myself. Potholes, poorly lighted parking but service and spotless showers makes up for it. And also there’s a restaurant with friendly service and good food, last table sat at 8:30pm but till 9pm I believe you can still order take out.

Almost no signal here which means you are forced to pay for the WiFi because TA/PETRO literally the only truck stop that charges for WiFi then after you pay for the WiFi it doesn’t even work. I’ll sleep in a lake before I stay at another TA or give them anymore of my money

Worst place ever to be at the service shop is a rip off people are very unprofessional I just wanted a coolant sensor to be replaced I gave them model and make with the part number to check if they have the part but they have me pull in the bay on purpose and guess what they don’t have the sensor and can’t have it ordered until 2 days and made me pay for half hour labor for just to take a look at it which is insane when I knew the problem to start with .

If you have your truck worked on here double check the work .... I had batteries replaced for $1600 and they never replaced the battery hold down J hooks took me 6 months to figure it out why I kept getting loose connections from the batteries bouncing around in the box ..... Double check the work

Trucker paradise but limited car and no observed camper space. Salad bar is the best I've seen anywhere, showers were roomy with LOTS of hot water and clean towels. Everything is upstairs and the front car park faces the mohawk river where you can wake up to boats cruising the eirie canal.

This is worest place truck stop I have seen in my life no service my cell phone network and the lady for fuel desk she did bad attitude while I’m shopping after when I purchased my items I requested to give me a bag she said you have pay $0.15c with angry voice the reason is only my color and my accent “racist”

Absolutely despicable Country Pride. They weren’t even willing to fix a hot meal for someone that has been traveling for hours when it’s their job, even though I walked in during open hours. If you can’t do the basic then stay home.

If you're a truck driver looking to park here for the night will have 1 major problem actually parking. Either you pay for a reserved spot that is easy to get in and out, get to a non reserved spot near the Fuel island or park on the other side of the building and hope you're able to leave when you need to. Because in the lot near the shop that you don't have to pay for its smaller than it looks. And if you're like me needing get on the road at 5am, you better hope no hits your truck trying to park next to you at night.

This was the best shower I've had out on the road in over 2 years. The shower porter who was working this morning at 5:30am deserves a raise! The water wasn't hard (slimy) the water pressure was phenomenal, the towels were crisp and clean. The fan had NO DUST on it. The toilet was clean! The floor was immaculate! There was no trash in the trash can! Thank you for starting my day on a wonderful note!!! On a side note, the cashier was not friendly. At all. Not in the slightest.

Parking lot is small. The lady working the counter is horrible at her job. I was standing in line as she was cashing the lady in front of me out. As soon as she finished I step up to the counter. She didn't acknowledge me. Instead she talked to the employee that was walking by. Asking her why she was there today. Next, she walked away from the counter to follow her to the office to check the schedule. I put my stuff back on the shelf and walked out. Never again.

Stopped for dinner after working on a car in the cold for a couple of hours. I have been here previously while traveling, and also to many other TA sites across the country, and have been a fan of the food for years.Their restaurants have good food, and good selections on the menu. Chef certainly knew the job because the food was exactly as ordered.Waitress was very fast and very efficient, with a great personality. Warm and friendly, always smiling and happy to help. She also showed experience and definitely knew what she was doing.Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Rough, potholes, small areas out by the street. But then again, it is sufficient for parking even if it is degraded.Overall I would absolutely go here again. You can't beat the staff, the food or the service. And the prices are inline with other local eateries
