It's a great place to get tractor parts. It used to be alot better. They used to have every old Ford tractor parts in stock. Now it seams they have to order everything and is more than the mail order prices its disappointing

Absolutely the best agricultural store for all kinds of Ag equipment parts I have ever seen in 50 + years of farming. If it exists, Hands will have it. Always courteous, friendly, helpful service. Best yet, the prices are always fair. It's worth the trip to just visit the store. I guarantee you will find stuff to buy that you just have to have.

Awesome place. Not the same without LJ but the employees make up for it with their variety of knowledge and helpfulness. Never waited forever for help. If your trying to concoct something or a hobiest with an idea they can help you figure it out just about every time.

The woman who helped me was so nice. There's so much variety. We now only but our chicken feed from them. If you call ahead they'll have your feed ready and waiting for you.

Ok but not like the old days they usd to have everything in stock ! Now they say we can order it ? So can we and get it faster by UPS. But that dosent help the farmers when there broken down in the field and the weather is about to change for the worse !!! If you want stuffed animals,bird feeders ,larriotts, or toys this is the place to shop or you can go to ( lawn tractor supply ) for the same toys. I hope someone reads this and takes action like lwnwood Hand took care of his loyal customers before he passed away. I hate driving 3/4 hr to get a hydraulic hose made Down Tractor and find hyd fittings boxes Empty and flipped up side down on order ? Still empty approx 3 months later WHAT ...? Another wasted trip you have to call ahead to see if its in stock. Have you ever tried to tell someone over the phone you need a hose made with swivels and angle ends on each ends good luck. These are common hose fittings and should be kept in stock like they used too. Im getting older but I miss the old ways of doing business. Also I miss the old catalogs that I could look at then call Hands to see if they have it in stock before making a wasted trip ! Well if you want dollar store toys they probely have them in stock gotta go farm work awaits me to pay the bill's thank you if you read this.

This store has declined severely over the past few years. A lot of old stock that they just keep raising their prices on and no longer any farm product knowledge from the staff. Today they were busy enforcing their personal mask mandate though most stores in the area have changed their guidelines. Maybe this is why there’s hardly any customers? After 40 years I won’t be going back!

Instead of waiting on paying customers they take phone calls giving quotes to customers who may hypothetically come in and buy something, instead of putting the customer on phone on hold they make paying customers wait in line with no care for other peoples time. Their attention to their long time customers has waned and it will only be a matter of time until they run themselves out of business for poor customer care and failure to stock things that most farmers are looking for, vary rarely can you get things you are looking for anymore.

I work a local farm with my dad. They carry almost every agricultural supply you can think of along with a large selection of hardware. It would be difficult for me to find what I need if this store did not exist.
