This is a nice and fairly local store. They usually have what I need in stock.Very friendly staff as well! When I was needing assistance buying items for my new puppy Echo was a big help.

They got away from their core mission of having the name of "tractor supply"I wanted to buy parts for my tractor, they didn't have them although they used to carry them. So I had to order the parts& they wanted to charge a $10.99 shipping charge , the associate that ordered them for me waived that change for me. The part took 6 days to be delivered.They are selling Candy and all kinds of other stuff.They have a brand of spark plugs I've never heard of or seen before, no more Champion or Briggs & Stratton.The good brand of clothes like Bit and Bridle and Schmidt are no longer sold there.They told me there was some type of reset or earlier in the year at the store and everything is different. Their computer systems not working correctly either.I can't say I'm happy with this TSC company.

Your online/curbside pickup is a joke. I ordered 8 items on line. ONE ORDERI get 8 different emails/texts that basically say that I have 2 days to pick the item up once the item is in.So I get an email that 3 of my 8 items are in. I cannot get these items within the 48 hours so I send my daughter. She comes back with ONE item and not 10 minutes later I get a text that my curbside order is ready!So I call the store and I am informed that there is one item that was not picked up and at 10 pm it will be restocked or sent back and I will need to come in and purchase it...if someone else doesn't first. I explain my daughter was JUST THERE and wasn't given all the items, thats not my fault. He said it doesn't matter, they only hold for 48 hours.UPDATE:The manager from the local store called me. He will hold the items for me and they will bring them all out to my car when I can get there, no 48 hr time frame.He was VERY apologetic and EXPLAINED the confusion and how their system works.I am very pleased with the outcome. Quick response and very accommodating.

Store is clean, well stocked and the staff are always very friendly! Not a whole lot more I can say about it! Probably the best local store for farm/ livestock needs. They also carry a wide selection of domestic pet goods priced pretty competitively with Walmart.

Overall a good & pleasant visit. They had what I came to purchase. The Cashier was very polite and friendly. Gave 4 stars because the pricing for more then half of there items are consistently higher then there competitors.

I've been going to tractor supply since it was called Central Tractor when I was a kid. Every time I go, i find something else I "need" along with what I went in to get. Perhaps it's a good thing my wife isn't writing this review... Anyhow, the staff are great, I can always find what I came in for and the prices are typically very good. Bolts by the pound is fantastic. Just wish they did the same with wood screws. Great place!

Prices are average. Not any outstanding bargains but convenient for domestic and farm animals. Their loyalty program is not a program but a way to track inventory. All you receive is a coupon when you spend a set amount of money.

First yuou are lying, no one wears a mask at that store.The one in Granby NY is even fine with people stealing.Went in to buy a drive belt and every one that I found the proper size was an old chewed up no good belt that was put in the new sleave.When mentioning it to 2 different employees their response was " not my problem and I don't care let them take care of it".The one in Oswego is greaty but the one in Granby/Fulton isn't worth the trip.Aso being ignored by a cashier that was doing nothing and her excuse was the personal phone call on hger earbud.

Tractor Supply seems to have the things that hardware stores and big box stores don't always have. It is always an expensive trip when we go as we end up with items we weren't expecting.

I was looking for something simple, a screw that was threaded all the way with no head the person working said she would help me out after she finished with a existing one but never returned. When I checked out she was no where to be found , don't offer to help and not return is unprofessional

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They take the time to listen. I was taught more about chickens than I ever thought I'd know but I was there to learn more about chickens...so I guess it all worked out. I was even given a handout which takes me through steps of chickens.

This is by far the best place to even if you're not a farmer; for things like all parts needed for lawnmower or lawn tractors, if you're handy you can save a bundle on repairs. They carry EVERY tool needed for lawn or garden and repairs arround the house. Not to mention everything you need for any kind of pet. The staff is extremely knowledgeable AND helpful
