Love that I can find some Hispanic foods here (not readily available in our county as it is.) Do wish the selection was a bit bigger but it's better than nothing. They have Comleys milk which isn't all over either!!! Along with some odds and ends that saves me a trip to other stores at time. Some things like the name brand are a bit pricey but overall not a bad store. Appreciate the selection of things not normally found elsewhere

The staff and owner are extremely nice. I totally understand that prices are going up but I think a few things got to extreme. Other wise yes I will definitely go there for certain things or sales.

This is a small store, it's not a Walmart or another big chain store so what you're looking for may or may not be there. Prices do seem to differ here than at other places such as meat and dairy with them sometimes being lower, sometimes not. It's always worth a visit and if you don't buy at least one thing, you might not have been looking hard enough! The quality of the food here is good and while some might disagree, I can't complain. Give this place a try, you might like it.

Have shopped at Save A Lot when I lived near Chicago previously and now in the Syracuse area. The location in Fulton is much better than previous 5 locations that I have frequented and I will definitely make this spot a regular stop. Even though some of the other stores may have been a little larger, they could not match this location for the 3S's - Savings, Selection and Service. Prices were excellent compared to larger chain stores...Had all the products that I go to Save A Lot for - and then some...Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful - treated me like a regular who had been shopping there for years, not a first time customer/visitor to their location. It's a little bit of a drive from my home in Syracuse, but DEFINITELY worth the trip...and now I WILL be a regular customer!

Delicious fruit and a much needed grocery run. Couldn't find dates this Ramadan but I did find shrimp, ice cream, and all kinds of delicious treats! Easy shopping and good prices.

The day I was in there, there were no lines people were cheery prices were good and I was shocked that they had Folgers Colombian. Every once in awhile they get pretty good name brands. It's always freezing in there though I feel sorry for the people that work there though lol

I don't care if it is December LOL* very friendly and helpful staffBe sure to look up the sale ad so you know what to buy when you get there and then stroll around and get some more definitely good bang for your buck.

Great sales on meat, dairy and produce. Some items are good quality, some not so good. But you can stock your freezer with great deals on occasion. Staff is always friendly. Place is fairly clean.

They recently renovated the inside, and it's very neat and clean now. The cashiers are friendly, and I've never had a problem with their food. (I've been shopping there for almost 2 years now.)They mostly carry non-perishables, but they also have more produce and dairy products than you might expect for a discount grocery store. The produce has been quite fresh, and they have some interesting produce options, like plantains.

This is a great grocery store! The prices are very reasonable and they have great specials. The produce is fresh and the frozen food is frozen lol The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly. If this is your first time visiting you should be aware that you need to either buy their plastic bags or bring your own. You also have to pack your own groceries which I prefer. When I crush the bread and break the eggs no one to blame but myself 😁

Love there meat selection, this store has great prices on just about everything. The store also seems to always be clean every time I have shopped here. Good place to go too whether or not your a family on a budget. Employees are always helpful, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend shopping here!

Great place to shop, very friendly environment as well. I only ever had one problem and that was I bought chicken that was no good that I prepared into a whole meal, well they replaced every ingredient in that meal for me. It was the best thing that could ever do. Five stars for sure.

The new owners must care. The meat we bought was unbelievable. It was so tender I couldn't believe we bought it from savea lot. They seem to be trying to improve.

Since new management has taken over, they have cleaned up quite a bit and several item prices has dropped. They now have better carts and even new updated cart corals. Little by little they are making progress, especially physically.

They have good deals and good products I just wouldn't buy the chicken it's pretty rubbery no matter how it's cooked.Edit: they fixed the chicken problem you can definetly buy it from here again!

I purchased a prime rib other day.. Did what directions told me to let set out to room temperature.. Cooked it correctly and was very tough ..wont be buying from there again!!Should have known.. I'll spend the extra dollar next time.. Oh!! Dog loves it!!

I went there for the Amazon drop lockers in the lobby. Never been in to the store before. Walked around just to check it out. Decent neighborhood grocery store. Prices a bit higher than bigger names. Thanks for having the drop lockers.

Good experience. Had an issue with a cashier. I filled out a paper for suggestions on what would be good there. I had to put my name and phone number on it and the cashier guy ended up using that paper to find me on facebook and message me everyday multiple times a day 😡 I had to block him because he didn't stop.

The staff are great here! Now if corpoate would just stock this store with the items requezted it would be great!I've been waiting for dang near 3 months for your warehouse to restock the L'Italia lemon juice to this store as I regularly buy a dozen or more each month!

Save A Lot is akin to Aldi. You got bargain brand foods at a cheap price and it's best to bring your own bags. But here likes my problem with this store in particular. Because I have to bring my own bags in, I typically bring my backpack for when I'm carrying several items. I've been to Save A Lots from the southern states like Mississippi and Alabama, including the ones I've been to here in upstate New York. From Syracuse to the Canada border by Potsdam. NEVER did one ask me to leave my backpack up front. Not even the Butternut street and East Syracuse Save A Lots told me to do that. The stores there are in high crime rate neighborhoods. It's not company policy, so that explaination is an out right fib if anyone tells you. I don't have a problem with this policy, however. I have a problem with that my personal property is at the mercy of whomever wants to get their hands on it. This store is short staffed, so no one's going to be tasked to keep an eye on customers property that they have to abandon, right by the exit. Now I'm not being overly critical about a hypothetical scenario. My bag was grabbed by someone and I had to step in and stop them. No associate was there where people are told to leave their bags. Your personal property is risked here. Enough said.

The store is under new management and I was pleasantly surprised! The store is much nicer and has a friendly atmosphere. Very clean too. And great prices as always! Shopping there is a pleasure now!
