Speaking as a recovered addict I don't find this location pleasing by any means. I've come here 3 times in the last 4 years I've lived in Hannibal and I will NEVER shop here again.. why does me being a recovered addict matter you may be asking !!! Well I find it very off putting that the e times I've been here this place smells like a Crack house. I honestly can't even enjoy my shopping because the smell is so overpowering it makes me sick to my stomach. I had a hard enough time getting in grabbing soda and walking out. I would rather drive to oswego or walmart before I come back to this location. Absolutely disgusting 🤢🤮

On 12/28/23 I waited for someone to wait on me to get the 2 slices of pizza and a soft drink deal for mygrandkids. It was lunchtime, 12.30pm. A man working the deli waited on 3 people while I waited, and I could see a woman putting crisco on pizza pans in the kitchen area. I waited at least 5 minutes. I gave up and walked away. This isn't unusual for that particular station. It's like you are invisible there. Very frustrating.

The bakery is as good as anything I was getting in the city & for less moneyI've gotten catering orders here that are way too much food on a budgetThe cashiers are so sweet and helpfulI could go on and on 👍👍

Went to get fish dinners tonight. Got there at 5:15 and was told they were done with making fried dinners for the day. Friday nights are usually big nights to get dinners in but guess they don't care.Went earlier today to get the beef roasts on sale for $3.99. Again no sign up for them and no roasts in sight. Had to find someone working in meat dept and he cut two for us. This ist the first time this has happened on their sale items. Very frustrating!!

the staff is for the most part super friendly and accommodating to my disabilities. most things are easily accessable and staff happy to assist if i can't reach something. one day they even had one employee help me shop by pushing the cart for me as i was unable to do so myself. love the variety of products and always great sales. superb produce here. bakery makes excellent cakes. ready made meals are good too.

Other than the eggs on sale being sold out the first day, it's a great location. Nice to have a local grocery store here in Fulton. With the closure of Tops in recent years, it's nice knowing I don't have to drive to Oswego or Clay for a regular grocery store.

I've learned to be patient with people. There was a new guy working in the seafood dept. Put my order in and did my shopping. When I returned there was another woman waiting for her order impatiently. I explained to her the young man was new and learning. She didn't want hear it. She got her food and stormed away. I just don't understand why people are like that. My service was great and so was the food.

Price copper has a lot of good sales and coupons. My only complaint is that pretty much every other time I go there I get over charged some how. Either the price is higher than what the sign says, coupons don't go through, or the cashier scans something more than once. I try to watch everything they do but sometimes miss something. And then to go back in with the receipt is a hassle over a couple of bucks. Most of the employees are nice. The store is clean and everything is usually fresh.

I swear every single time I come here the employees have the worst attitudes. I feel like I’m an inconvenience or Bothering so mine. The one person who is constantly cheerful and pleasant is the cashier named Teresa.Just remember that you never know what a person is going through. You guys have no idea what any of your customers are going through so you’re nasty attitude it’s gonna be the one thing that pushes them over the edge. So why don’t you think of your job as a blessing and remember that life could always be worse you woke up you have legs at work you have a voice however nasty it may be you have eyes that see however many dirty luxe they may give And you have so many blessings that you should not be such a miserable person and if you don’t like people that much you shouldn’t be in customer service.

For the third time in a row, the food court completely got our order wrong, even after repeating the order to us.The couple in line in front of me was also struggling with correcting thier order. Indicating that this problem is no coincidence.Between the pharmacy, food court and general grocery, we spend at least 150.00$ weekly.No more.We'll make the effort to shop elsewhere now on

Food, fine. Staff, good. You will generally spend 2-3 time's as much time in line as you will actually shopping. Very few registers ever open and the Deli is habitually staffed by just 1 poor person no matter how many people are waiting for service. Other nearby employees will walk by and see the long lines but never stop and help which means management must order them NOT to assist. It was so bad on a recent visit that I got on my cellphone and called the store and asked them to send help. They eventually did. UPDATE: It's only gotten worse. UPDATE 2: It's STILL gotten worse as now they have more self- checkouts than regular staffed checkouts. Rarely is there more than 1 or 2 checkout lanes open and now there are long lines at the self- checkouts. Nobody gives AF. UPDATE 3: SSDD.

Nice of the local brand. Management is nice and friendly/helpful. They do however treat you like an outsider at times. Below the mamangement level is some real undesirables their as far as the way they treat you. The staff in the deli/food court are always awesome. If you get the contractor on a good day you can even get decently priced sushi

I've only been here once since I relocated to the area, but I was impressed by how bright and clean it was with lots of options, great deli offerings, and friendly staff. As a new arrival I had no idea single-use plastic bags were actually illegal! haha. The cashier and I were deer in headlights for a moment when he asked for 'my bags.' "Bags? I should have bags?" He smiled and asked if I wanted paper bags. I agreed and then asked quietly, "Is it customary to bring your own?" I explained I'd just arrived from Florida. He made me feel better by saying, "You can always ask for paper. It's okay." I have since purchased "My Bags." Great store, nice people.

Always smells like rotting meat... but is clean for the most part. Few cashiers working during busy time and all self checkouts were open, forcing you to use them unless you wanted to wait in line 15 min for the cashiers line....Still smells awful. Bought some berries, bottom of berries were full of mold :(

Nice place to shop just don't like the brakes on the carts they have on them going out to your car and if something didn't scan the cart stops and hurt my back would be nice to let people know this might happen

Never had an issue with the Fulton Price Chopper, been going to it since I was a kid. Usually a quite good selection, and although most are professional and nice, occasionally one will get a rude or a cranky cashier.

Great grocery store in CNY! I do most of my shopping here. Just spent 118 and saved 89 today! Where else can you get a full cart for just over 100 bucks?

I depend on Price Chopper for a special, organic, naturally low fat all natural ice cream I eat when I don't feel well but must consume calories, and they've always had in stock, even since the covid-19 epidemic had created country wide shortages on lots of important essentials. It's weird, but for me, it's an essential. Being a terminal cancer patient, leaving the house is sometimes daunting, and going to the grocery is exhausting, it takes such pressure off to know that the store will almost always have what I need, AND it'll be at the lowest price in town, as a regular price if not even lower on sale. Adding to the economic benefits, I do also rely on assistance from the support staff that help customers like me lift heavy things and put groceries in their car; every time I've encountered one of these individuals they've been personable, empathic and cheerful. It's really refreshing lovely considering their job is pushing heavy carts for hours, I'm very thankful for their efforts and positive attitude.I look forward to when the store is open as a 24 hr joint again, as I generally prefer to shop when there are fewer if not no other customers in the same isle as I am.

I love Price Choppers produce and their baked goods. Bagels and artisan breads are delicious and priced very well. They always have ample cashiers on duty or I have cashed myself out and there is someone on duty to help with any problems you may encounter. Also the bathrooms are always clean...a plus!

Very clean store that is well stocked. The staff are quite friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone in Oswego (or surrounding). The prices are low but the quality is high. I only wish they also carried my favorite brand of beer.

For the most part its clean and well organized and its easy to find what you are looking for. The employees are treated poorly here which shows because of their customer service is lacking most days. They've had a lot of awful managers here.. Bill Loadwick (meat and seafood specialist of the year) bad mouths customers frequently and breaks health protocols cutting meat in his shorts and flip flops. Bill has also micromanaged employees to make employees less efficient in providing service. He also treats employees like dirt and is condescending. He lets his personal feelings on politics and other personal matters get in the way of his job and he uses that against you every chance you get. Linda the old store manager only ever cared about her bonuses and would frequently cut hours from the only departments bringing in the most money. Bernie people tell me has stolen from the company and gets promoted and he's just a terrible person. An awful place to work family has worked here for a decade and its only gone down hill probably mainly from poor management. People are lied to about jobs and job specifics within the company and placement their scheduling isn't done well either. One week you'll have 35-39 hours the next week as little as 4-12.

Great staff.The store was clean and I would recommend it as a regular place to do your shopping.Good prices overall.I felt like I was valued and got a good value.

I really enjoy shopping here. This location is always stock well and clean. What like the most,is the size of the store.Not so big it wears you out, but big enough too have what you like. I feel very comfortable in this branch,and know where everything is. Thank you,and a great store.

I like the seafood department and the sushi bar. Try the rotisserie turkey breast ( check the time stamp and make sure it's fresh) it is really great when fresh. I really like the French bread in the bakery department and some of the other bakery items. Check out the prices in this store because they are not always the best around, try to use coupons and build up your fuel advantage points. Shop carefully and you can save some good money. I look at some of the prices and call the place "Price Robber"There is nothing like ordering some fresh fried haddock and sitting down and eating it in the dining area while it is still hot and crispy !!!
