I just stopped in to pickup some allergy medicine and was poorly greeted by Cali at the pharmacy. She was abrupt, did not smile and was generally unfriendly. On the good side another senior pharmacy representative was friendly and knowledgeable. There was also another person who helped me find another item in the store quickly.

I switched from another local pharmacy to Kinney drugs expecting a better experience. I was sadly disappointed. The employees that work in the pharmacy need to be trained. They are not even friendly and are too busy talking amongst themselves. My last time in the store I was trying to pick up four prescriptions I called in the previous day. When I called it in I was told it would be ready for pick up in two hours. I went the next afternoon to pick it up and was told they weren't ready because the medications I needed were not in the store and needed to be ordered. To come back tomorrow. When I questioned that none of the four medications were in the store, a female employee checked and from the center computer, spoke loudly enough for me to hear her at the pick up area, that the medications were in fact in the store and could be filled. However, I'd need to come back. Because there were fifty people ahead of me. Yes. She said fifty. It's worth mentioning that I witnessed a gentleman before me also be told his medicine was not in the store. When he questioned it, he was told it was ordered but wasn't on the truck this morning. I somehow do not believe that after my experience. They cannot lie to people about their medicine not being in the store if it is. And if they get behind, call and let people know so we are not running back and forth multiple times. This is not the first bad experience with this store. And I have been told in the past the medication I needed was not in the store. However now I don't know if I believe that. It seems to be their go to excuse when they don't do their job.

Store is fine, the pharmacy is another story. I have no issues with prescription medications or anything like that but the customer service is always poor. The employees always seem inconvenienced and in a hurry. It's unfortunate because, like I said, I've never had any problem with getting medication for myself or my children. I just wish they would work on their customer service skills.

They are not very friendly in the pharmacy at all. A few of us that I know have agreed and have made this same comment. They need to be retrained and need good customer service skills. The others in the front of the store are very friendly.

These new people in the pharmacy are very rude if you can get them to answer the phone. They tell me my prescriptions are ready or I have to wait a few days or my doctor hasn't faxed them in and I have a copy that it was faxed in.

Went to get antibiotics for a tooth. was told it was 600 dollars. went home called the dentist and was told it was 6.99. had to go home without my medicine, then go back to Kinney's to pickup the medicine. just wondering what would of happened if I didn't call the dentist. would they have charged me 600 dollars for 7 dollar medicine? very disappointed.

Giving one star only because its a step up from Walmart's due to a drive in window. And you can not leave zero stars. But in past two months they have failed me in several ways. One time they were "out" of 1 script, and yesterday they "forgot" to fill the same one . I called it in a second time and again, I went after the time the automated system said & There was nothing there. "Out of stock" again??? Amlodipine is a very common heart medication. Going to try Walgreen's next

They are allways busy and do what they can as fast as they can and they have been really helpful to me, even if getting them to pick up the pharmacy phone is difficult

They never will have your script ready on time. Will make you go almost a week because a pretty standard non controlled medicine isnt there. Have never ever ran into this problem in my life so many times besides here. Take your business to walgreens up the street
