I was here for the self service dog wash. It's great! Large and clean. Nice roomy elevated basins, strong warm dryers, towels and brushes etc. Can you see the big baby in the photo? Poor guy hates water....$15 each time. It's a lot, but you'll pay exactly the same everywhere in Brooklyn or Queens. At least this place is large and nice.

People are very helpful. Crowd flow in store is limited for health and safety. Good assortment of pet items. Staff friendly and helpful. Happy with services for vaccines for my dog. Like the layout of the items in the store. Roomy not crowded. Big parking lot.

Place is very clean. Employees are extremely helpful. Went to bathe my dog and they had time limits per person due to covid which is great for safety. Waited about 10 minutes and bathed my dog comfortably without anyone interrupting me. Would recommend to a friend.

My wife and I love this unleashed. We went their often to take their dog training classes. We learned allot and the training was effective. Their stock is above average for a unleashed store. The staff is always friendly and greets my wife, dog and I whenever we walk in and you can really tell they love animals. Even after we moved away from the area, we still make the drive here sometimes. Love this place.

Needed special food for my kitty who has a sensitive tummy. They had what I was looking for. Lots of variety of cat food here. They also have a kitty litter refill station so you don't have to buy big plastic containers all the time. Very sustainable. Love shopping here.

this was such a convenient location. I primary used this location because of their self wash stations for your pet's needs. So you dont kill your back its up high with all the tools you need even a blow dryer. Also, their selection of raincoats and coats were amazing for all size of dogs. Its very disappointing that they are closed I did not expect it to there was always foot traffic, store was never that empty always well stocked. Even was a location for vaccinations. I hope it is just a location change. Only Unleashed by Petco has the self wash stations the regular Petco do not.

Just was there this morning. Gave my German Shepherd a bath. I was so satisfied with the whole experience. A special thanks to Cindy who was very cordial and accommodating. The primary reason it is worth going back again. Thanks Cindy.

This is a smaller Petco, maybe because it is Unleashed by Petco. Still has a good selection of treats and toys. We get the food ordered for pickup, that’s convenient. I just found out sadly, that this location is closing, so I would suggest pet parents see what they can purchase. Everything in the store must go. They’re even selling the displays :(

The staff members are always courteous, helpful and welcoming. The store is well maintained, clean and organized. The location is great with lots of parking. It's my first store to go for all my dog supplies. Thank you.

Always an issue. Prices for self wash are outrageous, increased twice. Now almost double of what it was. Water runs very hot, hard to adjust. Dryer is terrible, cold and always loaded with hair. Associates never know about rewards or points.

It's a smaller version of your normal Petco. You can bring your dog and use there baths to bathe them but i would recommend bringing your own towels. They have some small towels available to use. I like using location for online pick ups since its usually a quick in and out of the store. Plus there is a lot of free parking so it is super convenient.

We came on the day when the store was doing inoculations AND grooming so it was a bit chaotic. I usually go during the week when it is so much quieter. With all the busyness, the staff still took time to help us find what we needed. It was just difficult to get near the shelves we needed and our dog was a bit stressed from all the other dogs. It was entirely poor timing on our part. I would go back again and again.

Small store, but has everything you need. The best part of this location is the self-service bath. For only $10, you have access to professional equipment and don't have to clean up the mess your dog left behind. The area is clean and properly disinfected for the next dog. It worth the time and money if you have a dog that sheds excessively and are trying to avoid clogging the drain in your home. Staff is very friendly.

The staff seemed to be young teenagers who are polite but not really too concerned about what you might want to purchase or giving you any sort of help. The prices for some of the items seems a little higher than in other pet stores. I ended up going back to New York puppy Club in purchasing the Harness I needed.

Must make appointment to use the bathing tubs. The tubs are Mastif sized.. Easy access to restraining harnesses. Air blower has 2 settings with attachments. Staff was knowledgeable and Cordial. A little pricey but what isn't nowadays?

I use to shop at the regular Petco for my dogs food however this store is rest. They usually have a great selection of items that are on clearance and the staff is so friendly. I bring my dog with me when I come here and we shop together. I have given him a bath here before at the self service dog wash and it was great. I didn't have the inconvenience of having to get my bathroom at home filthy and dirty trying to give him a bath. The price for the items are great and cheaper than the regular Petco. I will continue to shop at this location.

The best pet store I've ever been to. It may look like a normal store until you go in with all of the options you could dream of. Plenty of people bringing their pets in makes it amazing just to see and pet animals. The treat selection was huge and we found the perfect thing. I recommend the beef tracea for your dog it's cheap but the dog really loved it. However it smelled horrible.

My pup loves coming here! Everyone is so friendly. My puppy just finished puppy level 1 with trainer Silvana. She is awesome! She's very nice, very patient and answers all my questions and concerns as this is my first puppy! My pup will be starting puppy 2 next week. Can't wait to see more progress!

Recently I started owning fish, so I come to this Petco for fish, and fish supplies. Friendly staff... would be nice if someone with knowledge about fish and aquatic plants, so everyone can own a natural aquarium with fish and plants. Price of merchandise is a bit expensive.But their fish is cheaper than competitor. Overall good store, needs more staffing.

Small, but well stocked store. The clerks were very helpful in the prices are competitive. They also have dog washing and grooming service. Overall a nice place to get your pet supplies.

Just had a bad experience with a employee Sabrina or Sabina, not sure what’s the right name. Horrible attitude!My girlfriend and I had been going to the store for self services dog wash for 5 years, never had a problem until today. They close at 6PM on Sunday, and we got there at 4:40 PM, and saw a line around 4 people waiting. Once they got to us it was 4:51 PM, and Sabrina told us that you have to be here 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the store close time to do a wash. So I said to her nicely, even though that I was told many times it was one hour prior to the close time, we were waiting on the line and then we got in here before 4:45 PM. she went I’m sorry but it’s for 4:51 right now and the wash is “CLOSED”. And I even told her that if you guys need to make changes on the store time and don’t have a sign up for it, then you can’t expect customer to know. Anyways, The whole time her attitude was horrible, So I filed a complaint against the store to their corporate. By the way, She’s also the manager for the store?!

Good location and friendly staff. I mainly came here for the self wash service for my dog and getting dog treats. They keep the wash station clean most of the time. I highly recommend this place if you prefer washing your own dog.

Went here and got a leash, harness, a set of bowls with a stand,a rubber doggie mat, and a winter jacket. I was looking for the mat and a staff greeted me and asked if I needed help with something. I was looking for a mat and she directed me to the section. When I was done, went to checkout with no problem.

Good neighborhood pet store with friendly, attentive, animal-loving staff. Prices are high enough that I only use it for a specific flavors of my dog's food that are not carried in other stores, or when we completely run out of cat or dog food at inconvenient time.

It's rather small relative to other Petco locations. Seems to be geared to high end market.If you have a pure-bred member in your family, it might work for you. If you have a rescue or 2, probably want to go somewhere else.

Small compact pet store that carrys just about all of your pet essentials. It's very clean with courteous service!. The extra bonus* in the bk of the store you can wash your pet URSELF for a very small fee!*. Great set up. I will be back!..
