Both pharmacy staff and manager offered very poor service and are very inefficient in handling my business. I had my prescription transferred from CVS Jericho to CVS Fresh Meadows but the staff and pharmacist in Fresh Meadows insisted the prescription was not covered by my insurance considering the fact that they I had my insurance card on file. I will not do business with this pharmacy again.

not crazy about this cvs location. there is absolutely NO privacy when picking up medications. you’re asked for your name and date of birth and the name of the medication LOUDLY in front of everyone there. it’s embarrassing. whatever happened to patient confidentiality and privacy?? i will try my best to avoid going to this particular location in the future. there’s actually a walgreens right down the road.

I get it’s a busy place but maybe they should think of scaling up? The pharmacy manager also behaves like she owns you. Looks down at customers and chit chatting while customers are right in front of her lol. How she got the job is beyond me (I can speculate though). Go to another country pharmacy, the pharmacy manager is out of her league and this is not going to change anytime soon.

Very bad pharmacy. No one picks up phone and if they do, put on hold for 2-3 hours until your phone battery dies and you give up.For In-person medicine pick up, wait in line for atleast 40-50 mins. When your turns comes, technician can not find your medicine will send to consultation line-again long line and wait 30 mins more. If doctor sent branded prescription or medicine not covered by insurance Pharmacy staff will not do anything. It's your responsibility to resolve it.

Store on 188 St is horrible. Long lines extending to the front of the store, which often results in me leaving and having to return next day to try again. Receive notifications that medication ready to pick up however when I arrive they often times unable to find it. This got to be the worst CVS store.

The service used to be excellent but what happened? I called yesterday and it took 30minutes before the pharmacist answered the phone and he said original pharmacist on vacation and he taking over. I had previous request to call my doctor but they never did when I called and spoke in the clinic. I called cvs and the voice message said I already took the medication But I never did. I called today again it took so long and they hang up on me. I called again waited gor so long and nobody pick ip the phone. I used to give an excellent comments in the survey but the service is now worst. What happened?

Very slow Pharmacy. Constantly saying they haven't received electronic prescriptions. Usually startling long lines at Pharm. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the Pharmacists. I've gotten dirty looks and backtalk when complaining from one specific person behind the register. They really should extend the register area from 2 they currently have.

Wow. At this time where everyone is looking for compassion and cooperation this pharmacy and the pharmacist goes above and beyond backwards.Michael R the pharmacist is the most rude and uncooperative pharmacist and I am ashamed he is in the health care business. Being a health care worker myself I feel sorry to have him in my family.I cannot imagine how someone with his personality can be appointed to take care of people.

This place used to be good but now they have the MOST inconvenient hours of operation, the lines to pick up meds is ridiculously long. I waited on that line for 45 mins to 1 hour.

The counter person seems new and provide incorrect information. Only after I ask him to check again with the pharmacist things get corrected. but wasted 30min of my time.
