First time client at Hills Fresh & Clean. The vehicle came out better than when it went it. Appeared that it was done quickly and my car was with them all day. Definitely wasn’t what I had expected. The back wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned out, between the shifter was still dirty as well as between the driver/passenger seat. It wasn’t cleaned along the front mats as I still had a blue pen sitting that wasn’t removed. Maybe it was just a busy day for them but wasn’t as expected.

Fantastic work done by Maurice and Co. I brought my vehicle here twice (Apr 2021 and just recently) and what outstanding work has been done! Now I drive a brand new looking 16 year old car. I had remembered the excellent job done two years ago so I called Maurice again asking about a bird poop stain, and he said he could remove it. Good pricing and value and for people going to/from Cornell or Ithaca, his shop is along the bus routes 40 and 43 about 10 minutes from campus. I'm very glad I consulted him about the bird droppings (shown in one of the photos) and I will be bringing my car in for any future needs.

Maurice and his team worked magic on my car. As a mother of a busy 6 year old I was fighting mystery smells, food stains, and dirt across the season. When I spoke with Maurice I was transparent with my obstacles of getting my vehicle to him and needing it by end of business day. He offered the most valuable convenience of picking my vehicle up and returning it. There was no interruption to my day and his communication was spot on. Today is 1/21/24 and still no contact, and have resorted to leaving messages through their FB page because of no return calls. Most recent:Left FM message on 12/10/23. Reply from an employee telling us they would let the owner know we reached out. Was told owner had back surgery and out for two weeks.Told employee what the issue was and that we would wait 2 weeks.Left FM message on 1/10/23. Said we were following up as we had not heard back from Maurice yet. No replyLeft FB message on 1/7/27 again asking for owner to call and leaving message with phone number and what it was regarding. No reply.---Updated 12/27/2023As of today, 12/27, the $700 refund promised us both via phone and in writing by the owner has not been received. We will be taking our complaint to the next level in the new year.-----Updated 12/5/2023 (3 weeks since original review and owner reply):The refund from owner has not been received to date. We have reached out to the owner twice so far via text message to let him know, which he responded to. I will update this review when refund has been received (or if has not).-----Original review:-----We made arrangements with the owner at Hills Fresh & Clean to clean and wax our camper at the campground we were staying at with the work to be done before Oct 15th when the campground closed. He and his employee came on Sept 20 and worked on the camper for approximately 2 days. We gave the owner a check when it was done, and he left. Later when the sun had come out and shown on the camper, it was clear the polish was not rubbed out completely, and there were streaks on all of the windows. We took pictures and sent them to the owner. The owner indicated his employee would stop by to have a look at it the next morning (Sept 22) and to pick up the ladder that was left behind. No one came.The following weeks consisted of several phone calls and text messages to the owner, trying to get the issue resolved. He kept putting us off. We always had to call him, he never reached out to us, just wouldn't show up on the day/time agreed on. We had to leave on Oct 16th, which we did.We are disappointed not only with the work, but also because no attempt was made to resolve the issue and with the disrespect shown us by not communicating.The owner cashed the check. The ladder Is still at the campground.

They picked up the car from my gf while she was at work and it was soaking wet. Theres water in the speakers of the car kinda looks like they just sprayed it with a hose and sent it back an hour late from when she was supposed to get it back.

Simply amazing work and customer service!I called this morning because another company no-showed again and Hills Fresh & Clean were at my doorstep within 10 minutes to pick up my car! This pick up and delivery service is a wonderful option, especially with 2 small kids at home! Everyone was extremely kind, friendly and professional. Quality service and great prices! My vehicle looks spotless and smells clean! I definitely recommend Hills Fresh & Clean and I myself will be a returning customer!

Took my 4 door sedan in for an interior detail. Staff was friendly and communicative. Upon first glance, I would have given 5 stars but upon further inspection, there were little details missed. The center console was cleaned "as is", but care was not taken to clean surfaces not exposed (pictured below when I drew the cover over the car outlet to find it dirty). The interior windshields were clean but not cleaned down to the surface of the dashboard (it was a wipe, wipe, but they didn't go around the edges). The cleaner they used for the seats left the seats looking spotty (pictured). Hills came to my workplace to give us convenient detailing at a discount. With these considerations, I'm willing to cut a little slack, but when my car comes out worse off in some ways than it went in...My car is covered in wax streaks (pictured. For the one on the front fender, you can see where I rubbed at it with my thumb). It's also obvious they didn't make any attempt to wax my roof, as the rain doesn't bead there in the slightest. The carpets and upholstery are OK, aside from some salt stains, but those might be hopeless anyway. It's clear they only made a cursory attempt to clean the insides of some of my windows, as the ones that changed at all from when I brought it in are streaky, which is highly distracting when driving in direct sunlight.One of my colleagues has been trying to arrange rectification of these and other issues (experienced by others), but her calls aren't being returned. I will need to pay someone else to fix the above issues Hills left behind. Even with the convenience and cost considerations, I expect better for $100+.EDIT: August 6th, to address owner's response.I've seen my colleague's text messages to the owner, which have not been responded to. I recommend reattempting contact. I would be more than happy with this company if I received a partial refund to cover getting my car re-washed, as it came out looking worse than when it went in. If detailing couldn't be completed in the time allotted, I'd much rather have been turned away than have this happen (I dropped my car off part-way through the day, as had been pre-arranged).

These guys are THE BEST. I have two dogs and we hike, I garden, my car is basically full of dirt and dog hair. I am amazed every time. My car comes back from south hill cleaners absolutely spotless like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Incredible! They get everything out. WOW, I was absolutely amazed after getting my car detailed by Hills fresh and clean. They got every nook and cranny! The car had white fabric seats stained with coffee/other dark beverages and dog hair, with a lingering funky odor. When they returned my car it was immaculate. The massive coffee stain on the passenger seat was completely gone. All of the crumbs in the shifter/Ebrake left by the previous owner were not only vacuumed but washed. All of the dog hair had vanished and its smelt fresh and clean. Making an appointment was effortless and quick. Absolutely gorgeous work! The detailing and Ceramic finishing was a gift to my daughter for her Challenger. Her car is her baby but it's also her work horse and she uses it for everything she needs to get done. It needed a deep clean but the amazing finish looked better than brand new and it reflected the sky and the brightness of my daughter's smile. Perfection! I highly recommend hills fresh and clean mobile I brought my car in the night before they did the work the next day I picked it up in the afternoon and it looked beautiful and it was just quite an achievement considering the fact that it was it looked terrible before I brought it in and the price was right service was friendly nothing but the good things to say about him so I don't hesitate to use this service. We had a full service done on our 2011 Honda Accord and couldn't believe how wonderfully it came out! Seriously, Ramel took great care of our Honda and the interior looked even better than when we purchased the car. Their later hours also enabled us to deliver and pick up the car after our regular work hours, so also super convenient. I've heard great things about Hill's from friends and colleagues so I brought my truck there last week hoping they could salvage the interior from at least 10 years of dog hair, mud, and all other unspeakable grossness. When I got it back it was like a new truck! I'm not sure what kind of magic they do in that garage, but I don't even want to drive it anymore because I don't want to break the clean spell!
