Keep in mind that the merchandise really doesn't make the store. They are all cookie-cutter stores. For me, it's the salespeople. The Freeport store has a nice young man who is quite helpful making my shopping easier.

Fun place to shop for both kids and adults. Surprisingly good deals on fitness equipment and workout attire. Also, affordable toys for the kids....they can get a bit more with their allowance or birthday money.Beware the $5 and below deals add up lol.

Love this place bit it is much too cramped in the holidays. There is so much stuff they fill the isles with that ppl are knocking things over and the baskets cant get through.Otherwise. Looove it!

Nice store, very clean, a lot of options. I prefer the closer store to my home location which is in Oceanside. That store is bigger and in turn has more options. Overall good experience.

Went to this store to do in store pickup because online it says that all the items I wanted were in stock here. Out of the 6 items they only had one and wanted to give me a different but similar product to another one I wanted because that is all they had in store the rest of my order was not in stock. They said that just because it’s says in stock online does not mean they actually have it because they don’t feel like updating their inventory on weekdays to let corporate know. I went 30 minutes of my way to to purchase items my kids wanted and now I have to go home with one item because this store doesn’t like updating their inventory.

This is a very unusual store with low end merchandise. I found two things that were of interest for my grand niece and nephew. Going to the cash register to check out I was directed to a self-assist cash register despite the fact that there was a manager helping another customer with a return and a salesperson standing over just watching. As a officially impaired individual I do not prefer to use self checkout machines they are difficult for me to see. I left the two items on the counter and said never mind and walked out of the store. The customer service there was poor.

This store is a savior when it comes to getting certain last second items and for a good price. Want to wear headphones that match your clothes without spending $100, come here. Sure it may take a while to charge and yeah it won't last as long but hey for $5 you definitely get more than your money's worth. Need a water bottle on your way to the gym. For $5 you can get something with the same if not better quality than something you'd find at any sports store. This store is literally a life saver

Clean store, helpful customer service and a good variety of items. Some good deals on decent quality items, but overall you get what you pay for. Thin yoga mats for $5 vs the same thickness at a big box stores for more than twice the amount. Fun arts and crafts supplies and cheap store of the moment toys. Best place for phone wires though. Can't go wrong for $5 and they've lasted just as long as the ones from Verizon.

Great location (right next door to Target), and parking can be a challenge. Clean, organized, it looked perfect on opening day! Let’s hope it stays that way, so we can all enjoy a pleasant shopping experience. Large space. Self checkout kiosks available. Friendly sales associates.

Hardly ever the same items twice , see it like it? Grab it. Pretty good deals at low prices. Many name brands . Great place for grabbing some kids birthday gifts. Good place for Christmas, especially stocking stuffers.

This store stay filthy you can't see what their selling because most of the merchandise is on the floor this place and the workers are never working I get it they may not have a manager to help manage the store but if they start hiring the right people that have the energy and actually want to work I'm quite sure it would work out but the best store by far that I have been to that Five Below has open is in Hempstead five stars five star size

This store is great. Some stuff here are really great for just $5. Someone in the reviews mentioned that there's a lot of candy here. I just think everyone should be reminded that you don't NEED to shop here and if you do shop here, you don't NEED to buy candy/sweets.

I jave to say great selection of candy and snack items. The covid has put a damper on stock otherwise. It usually filled to the brim but was looking a little barren. A bright note was the young man who helped me with the self checkout was prompt courteous and efficient. Good hire!

Struggling getting out of the store with two small kids and the manager says I can't take the cart out of the store. Doesn't offer to help at all and said no when I asked if I can take it an return it. Any store that doesn't let you take a cart is clearly not kid friendly.Rude staff . Never returning

Great products and prices, but I was very surprised to have made it through the store, make a purchase, and leave without a single interaction with an employee. Granted, I used the self-checkout, but there were no words of hello, may I help you, goodbye, or thank you uttered by anyone.

I think this store focuses alot on sugar intake. The store has nothing but candy parents this is no good for our children.Sugar just leaves to health issues please dont support this store for this type of product.Freeport needs to bring better businesses to the community not a Five Below.
