Store is Dirty!! Angela ,the boss has a nasty attitude!! She stays on the cell phone,opens store late everyday!! Lines are always long!! People steady stealing employees don't say nothing! Definitely won't get greeted by employees! Why is this store still in business?? The Worst......

Been coming here ages. Lately they are taking ages in the counter. They open a line for one employee and closed it right back. Come on. No wonder it takes soo long. They could have open that one

Really appreciate this Family Dollar. Although there was an occasion when I thought an employee was wrongfully profiling me for stealing but it is what it is. This Family Dollar is always stacked with merchandise and cool little accessory items can be found like no other location.

Is the telephone broken here or is it just standard procedure not to answer it???????Very misleading signs in thisstore. They have a whole lot 50% off racks. I found a child's outfit from this rack but it did not ring up as 50% off at the register. They tried to tell me that customers move items sometimes but there were about 5 of these same outfits on that same 50% off rack. It's a shame that I had to convince the manager to honor their sign and give me the discount. Reluctantly, she gave it to me.

Great deals on no lace sneakers only $8. Kitchen curtains $8. So many sales I needed two carts. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hi! I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful, knowledgable and curious the staff was! Not only did Taeaha recommend cute holiday containers for me, the manager showed me what gift bags they'd fit in and a gentleman went and found me an ice brush scraper! All in English too! Prices are terrific! Yay Freeport! Love to see customer service is still around!!

this store freeport family dollar is in a good location but the service suck you don't get a good morning or a hello when you enter the building .they do not have the right size bags for they customer. they need to have a floor manager on site at all time.

Nice place to get things, and quick to shop and get out quickly. People are very friendly and helpful to get what you need. And the price are far also. I shop there all the time when I need something.

Store is a mess and always check ur receiptI bought 5 items wich 2 of them had the wrong price!!Manager went with me to check and got mad with me!! Like is my fault they cant even put the right prices in the system!!

The Freeport store is large, with ample parking, & is well laid out with wide isles.The selection of items is endless, the quality is good, & the staff is helpful & courteous.
