Customer service to Walmart doesn’t matter! They seem to think having one register open and all of the self checkouts open is enough.I was not versed in register 101, So it took me even longer to get out of checkout, because there was only one register open. And to my amazement there’s six people in the self check out?! Why not pull one of those, and put them on a Register? That was my exact question to the manager, who proceeded to tell me she’s not allowed to have less than five people in the self check out. Absolutely ridiculous! I would suggest Aldi’s or Tops if you need groceries. People are a lot more courteous and kind.

We caught Walmart at a good time, not too busy and still had plenty of supplies on shelves. Love the self check out with own conveyor. Store was clean, great selections, no complaints. Alex in electronics did a price match on a new Apple-pen that saved me $50. Store was clean.

Went for groceries the other day and everything was well stocked and store itself was very neat. Pictures were from the other day I took my daughter to spend some birthday money and was just taking some pics of things I liked. There is so many new things and with the remodel things just seem fancier.

Sunday at Walmart 2pm. i went for deli turkey and cheese, however i couldn't get service from anyone in deli. the first time i waited a long time and no one waited on me. I finished my shopping and stopped at the deli again and even though i waived my arms and yelled for service, even tried banging on the counter & still no one came. there were 4 people back by the walk in cooler and yet still no one came to the counter. there was not a bell to ring for service.

For mother's Day, I ordered before 1pm, it took 9 hours and waited to be told they weren't sending my orders that I paid almost $300 for! I'm disabled and have no transportation that's why I pay for Walmart Plus! Thank you Walmart for sending this disabled mother to bed without any food in her house to eat and no transportation to retrieve my items and I'm on bed rest with a back injury. The only thing they've offered for my grief is a free delivery which I already pay for with my Walmart Plus subscription. Thanks Walmart on Bennett Rd! you've made my already depressing day that much better !

When you schedule a pickup order, make sure you bring your own bags. BF and I are both sick but needed groceries so we did a carside-to-go order. Around $250 worth of food. The website did not advise us to bring our own bags, so just like with any other carside order we expected some bags to hold our food. NOPE. They told us they no longer provide bags (even at a price) and loaded up food one by one into the back seat of our car, which resulted in beef juice dripping onto the floor. I’m not very happy with Walmart, a multi-billion dollar company who couldn’t at least tell us to bring our own bags.

No plastic bags at this location, only old school paper bags at the self checkout registers. Big rig/RV parking possible in the northeast end - enter through the left side of the store and go around the back passing the auto center bays. Overnight parking not allowed as per posted signs, just stopped in for food and a computer keyboard.

Can you PLEASE either get some new mobility carts, fix the ones you have and pay attention to the state they're in!!There are first off NO BENCHES ANYMORE!!people sit in the carts and wait for rides, if you have mobilityissues they have nowhere you can sit to wait for a cart, or a ride or if need be because of being unable to walk very far so shopping doesn't happen and you have to leave 3 out of 4 times.2 of the carts at this Walmart do not hold a charge and go from 100% to 15% in about 5 minutes. Yet they keep returning them back to the hallway . PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS ISSUE

🚨📣 Attention WALMART shoppers 📣 For mothers day i purchase the ring from Walmart in Fredonia on Friday upon looking at it today realized that it was not the right ring in fact it was not even real let alone white gold. (900$ ring)Upon returning the ring I noticed they were three other rings that were the exact same one that I had bought all in different boxes all marked with different prices I asked the lady if I can see them and proceed to tell her that there is a problem someone weather employee or customer is ripping you off and placing rings with fake ones she took the one of the Rings out I showed her that it was in fact silver not white gold and that it was the exact same one that I was returning she did not want to listen to a single word I had to say she did not believe a single word I had to say told me I was wrong other employees around her staring at her said nothing I calmly tried to explaining to them what I had figured out but I was refunded my money and shooed out the door with no employee interest whatsoever of the possibility(FACT) that i uncovered an employee /customer/someone scheme steal real gold(white gold) and diamond jewelry.

And then let me go ask someone and leave and never return. I waited 11 minutes. On my way to check out, about 4 associates I'm talking about a customer . The manager named Josh that works there is lazy & won't try to help, basically if something doesn't work he doesn't try at all to fix it or look at it. Really needed to get diapers the coupon I was trying to use wasn't working, he did not look at it himself. So ended up going to the Dollar General, it worked there, not planning to go back to Walmart for anything. I will find other places to shop for what I need... Also if you order anything online you cannot pick it up till the time it is given even if it's just 1 item..

Nine employees at the self checkouts on the Subway side of the store this afternoon. For the second time this week I was asked to give them a five star review. So, I'm the one scanning and bagging my groceries, so who is that review going to be for? If that wasn't enough, they stand and watch your review rating. It feels like being bullied.

Very good but parking is a pain because it's always sooo full.....it suxs cuz my grandma is handicap and there's never any handicap places available....one place where there could be one is reserved for cops...it's always empty so there's no point in having that

My husband and I would like to give employee "Tracy McDonald" of customer service recognition for her awesome knowledge and technology to find a "lost reciept and sale of a damaged Samsung TV we were returning. We were very upset to be so "dumb" to have not saved the reciept or misplaced it. She made the situation at hand a calming one and was able to find our transaction. Many many Thanks!

Never a dull moment. There's just something about people watching at Walmart in Olean. Always weird and fun in a unique way however the store itself is usually almost always very clean and tidy decorated for every coming season I'm giving 5 stars for how well they do with what they have!

I worked for this company back in... Probably 2012.. probably longer than that, even. long shifts, ridiculous unending work.. I personally happened to be going through a rough patch in my life and was let go from my position, fired as a punishment.While I understood and understand the reasons behind said incident, I still can't understand why, over a decade later, I'm still being punished and apparently put on trial for a mistake made over a decade ago. I'm followed around by LP & AP workers, waiting for myself to slip up, but it never happens that way. I'm just dumped unnecessarily, followed in complete obviousness, making my entire trip uncomfortable, deterring my return to shop in store.That particular occasion I had previously purchased and paid for, in full, three custom cakes not to mention the thousands of dollars I've continued to spend there via the Walmart app.

I am a truck driver from out of town I did not know that the Walmart did not have bags for me to put my stuff in. They informed me that I had to buy reusable bags, since when does Walmart not provide plastic bags. Is Walmart not making enough money to provide bags for Shoppers to where we don't have to buy bags? I spend enough money in there that I feel like I shouldn't have to purchase bags to use to bag up my groceries.

Best option between the two Walmarts nearest me (the other being Lakewood). The options for purchases are in wide variety, especially in the baby and office sections. The craft section is easy to navigate and well organized. The auto and beauty sections are also nicely organized and easy to navigate. And I especially love how friendly some of the employees are. I actually have a favorite, and he's always super peppy and super nice to everyone he sees. In a tough world, you don't get that much anymore. They must enjoy their job, or like it enough to keep smiling.

Ok so i have rated this same walmart with a one star for the way i was treated by the manager pete i believe was his name. But because of the majority of other really nice people who work there and the fact that they have really awesome selection of kayaks ill change it to a 3. It would be a lot higher if it wasn't for that manager which I explained everything in the other rating he was horrible.

Close to the interstate. Very convenient for going into or out of Buffalo.Did not have a plethora of New York tourist T-shirts but had some as well as sports teams. They have a lot of food, alcohol, clothing, electronics, automotive and sporting goods.

The lack of hand baskets and paper bags at checkout have made this place far more difficult to shop at when you're not making giant trips, it's unreasonable to assume everyone needs a massive cart or always remembers to bring their reusable bags in.

I went into Walmart around 7:30 p.m. no check out cashiers available, of course so I went through self-checkout. I must say, what a degrading experience it was. I was the only person cashing out & the young lady working stood approximately 3 ft behind me watching every move I made.I realize stores are losing revenue b/c of the theft at self check-outs, but we are all NOT thieves.It seems to me that this process is not working as you had intended, so perhaps it's time to bring back the "old fashioned" cashiers back.I know I won't be in a hurry to come back to be treated like a CRIMINAL.
