Small town grocery store, carries a variety of things to get you through until the next big shopping trip at a larger store. Fresh meats, dairy, and a small produce section.Bakery section is all brought in, doesn't seem to be made on site and very limited.Deli has a small variety of subs, pizza, and deep fried things. Could offer fresh made salads or wraps though.Decent beer/seltzer/bottled drinks section.The staff is very friendly and helpful!!

Disappointed on how my sandwich was prepared. Usually the sandwiches here are good, I didn’t check my order until I got home. They were closed by the time I got home.

Friendly service is why the 3 stars but other than that most of their prices are extremely high and i dont mean 10 or even 20% higher. Some things are double the cost of other stores. I bet if they were more reasonable with the pricing on many things they would be more profitable with the increase in customer base. Im sure the big grocery shopping days are spent out of town instead of here.

The people who work there are so nice and they actually talk to you lol. Some stores the employees won't say a word. The food is expensive and having 3 teenage boys who eat everything we don't go there u less we have to.

You can tell you’re in Franklinville when you call to order a cold cut sub and you hear them laughing in the background saying “ I don’t care I’m taking a break tell them 40 minutes” for an in toasted cold sandwich. Then you ask to speak with the manager and the manager Barb says “ I know for a fact they have 15 subs to make back there” like dude if it takes you that long to make subs maybe you shouldn’t be in the deli. Besides I wasn’t complaining about the time but the comment that I heard. Awesome customer service all around. Don’t bother ordering!!! I actually miss the Rodgers family!!

We campers in Franklinville would give more business if prices werent at convenience store level so you make a less profit but would increase sales. Think about it!!

It is a shame that a supermarket in a one horse town can not or will not knock it out of the park. The produce is consistantly off or worse, moldy on the shelf, they have a policy in the deli where if they have any old, shriveled rotisserie chickens in the cold case, no more are prepared fresh (hello, a staple for busy people as a convenience) and the prices, oh the gouging and over-pricing here in a relatively non-wealthy town is pretty disturbing. Up the game here and maybe people won’t travel a half hour to Olean to do their weekly food shopping.

Produce is rotten, freezer items over priced by twice as much as every where else. Bakery pies and cakes are only thawed from frozen. Totally pathetic.

Went there to get some groceries asked girl there to use restroom she said there was no bathrooms for public it's a gas station and grocery store and no restroom I will never go back there also it is very dirty
