Check in process at the gate took about 10 minutes. Wide open, not a lot of traffic or trailers. Friendly employees. I was in a dock and unloaded in under and hour, didn’t take much longer to get paperwork and leave (same gate you enter). They do have vending machines and a clean bathroom.Would be nice IF they did overnight parking since it seems like they have more than enough room for it.

Nice reception.My appointment 5pmPulled at gate exactly 4pm.Turned around to come at 5pmWent to the new truck stop just adjacent to this place to wait.The truck stop is new and big with catscale. I went inside and it’s clean and have hot food and showers.The only thing I never get is why companies build a public place with a single bathroom 🚽even in our own home we have multiple. Anyway!

5-23-23 11:17 am lady guard checking out had a attitude for no reason because empty trailer they gave me me was showing out of service on my tablet then gave me another trailer full of pallets on purpose because she was mad about something. Nice guy came out and got me a correct trailer. She really doesn’t need that job with that type of attitude just makes the company look bad

Fast unload no overnight parking at facility but their is a truck stop dire tly across from it but if gps doesn't find county mile I think 2571 higby rd frankfort NY will bring u there

Nice clean facility, but if you're in a hurry don't expect to be in an out for a drop and hook load. They have one guard on duty and he is very slow so your check in will be at least 35 minutes or longer if you have trucks in front of you. The checkout is just as long if not longer.

They’re really quick about unloading but hope you don’t come in at night. Appt at 11pm. tried to check in at 9:50pm and got rejected because they had no doors. And they had more open doors than doors being used.

Facility is easy in and out, good room to get around, however the few times I’ve been here the attitude of the guard shack is nothing to be desired. They always think or feel they are better than you because your a driver. A bad look for TSC, however that’s the norm across the board in this industry.

my appointment was for monday morning today is Saturday i went in and they were waiting for me...unloaded in 20 minutes what a great place...the guard guy was really nice...5 stars is not enough...thanks
