Was not happy with the service I was provided.I was quoted a fee and charged more. I understand there was a pick up fee so I dropped my dog off.Neither one of the gentleman mentioned weekend fee until I called to question my credit card charges. Needless to say the day we picked up our dogs ashes I asked the gentleman if he show us what was in the bag...he took the bag out of my sons hand and slammed it on the table which was very scary. Wrong name on the dog certificate and fake foot print. My poor dog 😢😥😢First time ever going through something like this and I pray that's my dogs ashes and not just some ole white sand...NEVER AGAIN 🙏🏾i didn't care for the services I was provided. Rest in heaven BELLA B 🐕

I and my wife Jess give Vinny and his team a very good rating as they handled our fur daughter Princes very well with compassion and respect. It was around 8:30 at night on the 3rd of March which is the day before my birthday sadly when she passed and Vinny answered my wife and helped me and her morn. Wish we knew about him when our other fur baby Binky which was a lovely rabbit who died 2 months ago. We are keeping these beautiful people for future reference and I recommend them to anyone who wants good care for their animals. Thank you so much Vinny and his team! Lots of love and light to them. ❤️

We used Forever Meadows recently to handle our sweet Teala (border collie) who passed on 9/13/23. We called Forever Meadows the next day and Bob picked her up promptly from the vet the following morning. Teala’s ashes were ready within hours and we were able to pick her up that afternoon. Bob handled Teala with respect, dignity and compassion and also spent time with us listening to us talk about her. Teala meant so much to us and losing her was devastating but Bob and Forever Meadows made the painful experience as bearable as possible. The people I spoke to on the phone were very respectful and professional as well. Very highly recommend them.

I truly appreciate the opportunity and time spent and will always appreciate you and your company for helping me out and my family we had two cats passing away week's apart from each other both cremations were difficult to deal with especially for my Dad a few of the other family cat's know that they were missing something a part of there pack was missing My 2 kittens were looking for them they know they were missing about 5 months after we lost another cat unfortunately we decided to buried her next to an apple tree that was planned for a family member that had passed on I'll always appreciate there work ethic and how they have handled things with a timely manner

We lost our Johnny last Monday, we called at 9:45, Julie met us at the facility at 10:30. She is such a wonderful caring person, she made it easier for us I picked Johnny ashes on Wednesday , I was greeted with another nice person Tim.. I would recommend there services to everyone. My old man (chihuahua) passed away Friday 4/29/21 afternoon. I immediately called Julie. She and Vinny came to my house and picked him up. They are two of the most kind, caring and compassionate people I've ever met. He was ready to come home the next day in a beautiful wooden urn that was provided by them, a clipping of his fur, and ink paw prints. When your best friend passes these are the people you want to trust with your final wishes for your pets. Thank you Julie and Vinny
